The pharmacy is fast. The deli is my favorite place in the store. And the cashier s are always friendly.

We love Publix and drive 45 minutes almost every weekend to shop/ buy subs. Today was the first time we ever had a negative employee experience in all the years weve shopped at Publix. Kayla was working on deli orders and she was in a very foul mood. There were bags of croissants on top of the roll bin and I touched them thinking I would purchase a bag and I upset her because, She special ordered them. She was SO rude with two other customers and an employee, Stephanie. Kayla had a fit because the salt was in her space! Stephanie stayed calm but didnt deserve the hostility. We thought it was just us that noticed but another customer mentioned the behavior when she was leaving. Her tone with others was awful. We know theyre busy but theres no excuse for her rudeness. Stephanie was very friendly and we enjoyed our deli order. 12:30pm 10/03/2021We will be back but if Kayla is there well ask for someone else.

I have order cakes and deserts from Publix Bakery on Clemson Blvd. for 15+ years. Last week I went in with a picture on my phone of a space themed cake for my sons birthday party. The Cake Decorator MASTERED the cake! It was much more than expected. Not only was the cake beautiful but it was also delicious! To Publix Bakery, you have an amazingly talented employee!

If you like down home cooking, this isnt. Went for breakfast with friends. My one friend likes fat back and they give a piece on each plate. She collected everyones who didnt want theres. We all had a great time. There was 12 of us and the staff had no problem.

I Visited the deli today at Publix on E.Greenville Street Anderson and was roused by screaming comming from the back... I noticed a Gentleman screaming at 3 Ladies... I came to realize this employee was screaming at his manager.. I got the name on the Young mans tag it was Keith.. I find it hard to believe but after witnessing this hiss fit the employee proceeded to ridicule his coworkers right in front of everyone... Very Poor taste of employee Publix... Not the first time I have witnessed this employee belittling and ridiculing not only coworkers but also us paying customers

This Publix is the best always friendly. And the place is clean never to crowded. Food is fresh. Best place to get fruits and vegetables.

This Publix is always so easy to navigate. I go here every 2 weeks for groceries. The ladies and gents in the deli are so nice and timely with my meats, also with the seafood as well.The store is always clean and Ive been treated every time ive come I the store. The buggies have been whipped down and sanitized. Its also valuntary masks for fully vaccinated people.

I really like this store as they have a great variety in a very clean atmosphere.

I would highly suggest go to a different pharmacy. 3 trips to be able to get an antibiotic prescription and Zofran. I only went here bc I thought they had free antibiotics. That is not true and having to deal with them is not worth the headache AT ALL.

On Friday, 09-03-2021 at about 7 pm, we went to Publix to get a prescription filled for Penicillin VK, which is listed and advertised as a free prescription antibiotic at Publix Pharmacy.I tried saving time by attempting to call ahead while in the parking lot. The automated phone service did not allow me to speak with a real person. I had to call the store main number and speak with customer service who allegedly transferred me , but after waiting 10 minutes, my purpose was frustrated by their negligence. So I disconnected the call and went inside. The person at tge pharmacy counter was snarky and rude when I told her about the difficulty with trying to call. She then started making excuses rather than just saying she would report the problem encountered. I asked to speak to the pharmacy manager who was also rude and then she charged us for the Penicillin VK, contra Publix Pharmacys policy of certain prescription meds being free, Penicillin VK being one of them. I checked on the Publix website, too.So, we got our prescriotion and just left. We had planned on buying some if our groceries there while at tge Pharmacy, as we normally do whenever we go to Publix to get a prescription filled. So, the rude snarky attendant there and the other rude, hateful manager ( probably not a real manager) ingluenced us to NOT buy anything there that evening, which their bad attitudes cost Publix at least $100 in sales.I think I may start getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere. There are plenty if other good grocery stores with good, friendly employees who actually try to take care of the customer. Well shop Ingles from now on. They are closer anyway.I would have rated them 1 star but I imagine not every employee there is a snarky rude employee who charges for things she should not have.

If you love truly fresh and delicious fruit..this is the place to shop.The breads, the fruits, the meats and cheeses, Its like the grocery store that all grocery stores want to grow up and be like. 😁

Ordered a sandwiches meat and cheese for about 30 people suppose to ready at 8:30 and they even called ti say they didnt have the Turkey meat I ordered so it was replaced with pepper Turkey which was ok and again I said needs to be ready at 8:30 am got there it was NOT ready had to wait about 15 minutes, no excuses for not being ready and I was late delivery it!

Food from deli is good but have had issues getting what I want 2x now. Yesterday they had fryers down an hour before closing deli so I couldnt get sides family wanted.

A little pricy but great store

Your deli meat section needs more training on acknowledging when customers are present. The last 3-4 times we have shopped there the deli department seems to be overwhelmed with what customer or service has priority. I stood there at the deli counter and several staff walked by with out any acknowledgement. We are disappointed. No customer curtesy at the deli .

Best grocery shopping experience in Anderson. Clean, well-lighted and easy to navigate. Deli subs are Anderson’s best. Pharmacy friendly and always looking for ways to save money.

This is the only grocery store that I know of that has your shopping cart sanitized and ready for you to walk quickly into the store. This shows exceptional customer service to me.

Publix has a front of having the best customer service and the cleanest store, which is simply a lie. The managers and assistant mangers have been the opposite of helpful on several occasions. the employees have always been helpful, but they are miserable. the managers don’t care about anyone or anything except for the ridiculous amount of money they get paid. They are nothing but pretentious and insensitive. one of my cashiers, who i will not name, cried while ringing me up because they had him alone doing bagging, registers, AND retrieving carts on his third day. he would ask for help and the managers wouldn’t acknowledge him. this is how every employee is treated. not to mention how many roaches i’ve seen in this store. they may seem happy and kind, but they are miserable.

Great unsweet tea in deli

Had ordered a sub. Staff was hateful when I asked for help. Im disabled and had too stand at counter 10 mins while they was on there cell.

The lady at the customer service desk was amazing. She helped me locate the dry ice, got me a paper bag to put it in, and rang me up at the customer service desk. Thank you for making this experience a lovely one. My son can now learn about dry ice!

Lovd shopping at publix. Great customer service and they always have what I am looking for. Especially go there for their excellent sushi and also they are one of the only stores who carry Tyson Steak Fingers.

Their deli is THE WORST on the planet. Two different times we’ve ordered subs online for a certain pick up time and they’ll be HOURS late. Ordered one for 1:45 today and showed up at 2:25 to pick up and they hadn’t even started. Just shut the whole thing down please, useless

They have some good sushi here. They have a larger variety of fruits such as dragon fruit, jack fruit, star fruit. They also have fresh fish; sometimes we order crab legs here, and they boil them for you too. Nice store.

If I could give publix bakery a zero star I would. I ordered a cake and cup cakes for my daughters birthday party. The cup cakes are not what I ordered. The cake it by far the worst cake I have ever got anywhere. The icing is literally falling off the cake. I will NEVER use publix bakery ever again.

Very nice store and super clean

I havent even stepped foot into this store and I probably never will. I called to have a cake done by the bakery. The lady was rude and snappy. Asked if there was a way to pay over the phone so that the person picking up would not have to pay it and she snapped at me, then said I need to put you on hold and thats it. Just absolutely rude. Disappointed, I usually really like these stores.

I love my neighborhood Publix Super Market. The store is always clean and well organized. I love the weekly (actually twice a week) meals they feature, including samples. The recipe cards are provided free of charge. I had a sub sandwich from the deli today. AMAZING! Fresh baked bread and Boars Head meat, how can you go wrong. The people are so friendly and helpful. It is a joy to shop here!

Waiting for more than 12 minutes at deli department, what a bad experience, talk to manager Ernest, he is probably worst than the people working at the deli, he did not seem to care at all, we will not be using Publix at 1611 East Greenville street for quite some time, store is going from bad to worst fast, quality of products very low, even expired products, it used to be very good, not any more
