I had an accident in my Rogue. It was in really bad shape. It needed a lot of work, parts and paint (and a lot of tender loving care). It got all of that at Top Quality. Kip and the guys do an awesome job and I would recommend Top Quality to anyone that needs auto body work. They also have awesome customer service as well.

Top Quality Collision did a awesome job fixing our 2014 Ford Explorer. The care they took with our vehicle as if it was their own. The vehicle was super clean after body work too, impressive.

I have a 2017 Honda lx civic. I got hit by a deer. My car has been there a week. When I call and ask about my car. I dont want to hear we will call you. I am on the phone whats the big deal about telling me the answers to my questions. I am not impressed

Took our car in and Kip had our car back within a week. After a horrible experience with another collision place that wouldnt take us bc we were paying cash Kip insured us he will work on it. I had my new truck repaired here in April. They were very helpful and kept me informed about the repairs needed and how long it would take. The owner dealt with the insurance company so we didnt have to. When I got my truck back I couldnt tell at all where they had painted to make it match the rest. I will always take my cars there for and body and or paint repairs. They are great!!!

I cannot thank Top Quality Collision Center and its staff enough for its excellent and friendly customer service in dealing with my unfortunate fender bender. They helped me out tremendously by ensuring that I received an insurance quality part for my truck that I did not think I was going to be able to get with the ridiculously low ball quote from the opposing insurance company representing the person who hit me. Paid $3500 for a paint job & after 2 years the paint started drying out & clouding up. MAACO could have done that good for a whole lot less!!! Truck was painted Jan. 2014,started seeing a slight blemish in the early spring 2016. Little over 2 years from when it was painted. I work out of town on construction jobs & the very first chance I got, I ran it by their shop. It was this past winter of 2016 . I think if Mr. Riddle will think back when I dropped my truck to be restored as factory with new pin stripes, truck logos & emblems ,he went on vacation. After 4-5 weeks of waiting to get my truck back I started calling every week. Week after week, it was an excuse of cold weather or his main guy was sick etc. until finally after calling & being put-off, I think he just ran it on through the paint process hurriedly & simply dropped the ball. Im sure he has a lot of satisfied customers, but Im not in the group!!Ill get my truck back right, like I always kept it, but NOT at TOP QUALITY ,which to me is just a name!

O.m.g Im kinda lost for words! Amazing would sum it up though. I took my truck to top quality collision and left it for a week and a half for body repair due to a mishap in the yard. When I saw my truck for the first time I couldve cried.These guys work was amazing and my truck was washed and inside clean as new.No other body shop will ever touch mine nor my familys automobilesever again.U need work trust top quality collision and the owner Kip Riddle again these people are amazing...thank you so much,wanda
