I dropped my car off to get the whole car painted doors inside and out. I prepared the car as best as I could by pulling out door panels and trim work. Spent 4 hours doing so.I left one single door panel on so I could assess the window and such. I drop the car off and they do their thing. It turn out they used the wrong paint. So the car was mismatched. Then I had them spray the roof and inside of the door to match the paint. They told me the car was ready. I pick up the car without really looking at it. and there are places on the car were you can see the old paint and they did not buff out the inside of the car so there was a line of clear coat on both side Than I had clear coat bubbles form on my roof. And other things. They had my car for almost a month. I decided to have them fix up all of those issues before I put the car together. I dropped it off and they had it for just about another month. While they had it they somehow scratched my door and had to repaint it. And I picked it up and they only fixed half the issues it had. I’m done dealing with them. I’d rather give the car to someone else to finish it rather than give the car back to them and wait another month.

My ‘93 Jeep Wrangler spent 20 years in MT at5,000 feet alt where the sun is strong and the deer are plentiful. The paint job makes the jeep look brand spanking new and the scars of 4 deer meetings are all gone. Tara and Hannah were super and my jeep is blinding other drivers for its shine. Thanx to all of you -great job.

I called in to get a simple quote on repainting a vehicle. The lady who answered the phone was extremely hateful and rude. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Did not do what I ask while panting my truck. They give me an estimate after me explaining what I wanted. They than didn’t do what I ask and said it would be more to pant the doors trim on my truck. I might add was painted from the factor black and had clear coat coming off. Why would you pant a whole truck and leave two small sections on each side of the doors with clear coat coming off?

My brother and I went here and ask them if they could install a spoiler on both of our cars. It ended up costing double what they quoted me and they never called to tell me this. They also said that they could do it but didn’t mention that that’s not something they do often. They told my brother that it would be done the next day but they never call to tell us if they are done or not. When we called they said that it wouldn’t be done until Tuesday of next week and that wasn’t going to work because my brother had to go back to college before then. We called and asked if we could pick the spoiler up because we realized that they didn’t know what they were doing. They then told us that they were basically going to try and paint it again. They would never call us and inform us about the problems that they were having so when we would call they would just tell us about all the problems they were having with it. If they would have called us about this we would have already picked the spoiler up. They also told me I could only pay with a cash or check and they my receipt was written with sharpy on a piece of printer paper. You’re crazy if you pick this body shop over any other :).

Ill admit that there were a couple of minor things that needed to be corrected after the initial work was completed. And they promptly addressed and corrected them.The price was reasonable. And their paint work has been on my old truck for over a year now as seen in the photo. I think they did a great job and I would go back.

Took $1700 deposit on Feb 16, 2021....stated car ready in 2 weeks.... have not touched my car as of March 11, 2021. Refused to give refund when I picked up car....

Absolute awful customer service!!! One of the women at the front desk was really rude when I came back!!!! The paint job was awful, was brought to their attention right away after it was done. They told me they will fix it. Came back on appointment day and they got themselves out of fixing it leaving me with a damaged paint job. Would not recommend ever. Would not waste my money here!

My husband and I had a fixer upper we were getting ready to sell but knew it needed a touch-up. We called and asked a million questions before taking the car in and they patiently answered each and every one of my questions. When we took the car in we were only expecting the bare minimum for the price we paid but when we went to pick the car up it looked like a brand new car. Im going to say standard 3 for right now. Currently as I type this my car is in the process of being painted right now!! A basic job is $400. I inquired about my driver slight dent so thats an 1, bringing my total to $500. I have an old 94 Accord so it can do anything but look much better. But at the end of the day regardless of age, its STILL $500, Im excited about the future results, just hope Ill be satisfied🤔🙄😏!!!!!!

Extremely rude owner. Tried to talk to owner about where they messed up paint job and owner was rude and hanged up the phone. They refused to fix the paint. Go some else to paint your car. Dont waste your money here.

Had my car fixed here after having an accident. Had to fix the whole driver side. The price was very reasonable... way cheaper than any where else I took it to get an estimate. They got it done really quick! When I picked it up you couldnt even tell anything ever happened! Looked amazing. Ben and Rick were very helpful, professional, and friendly.I would definitely recommend you take your car to them! They wont disappoint.

Absolutely horrible service, I had to bring my car back 4 times to fix mistakes, everytime they fixed the last they made another all in all it was a 4 month experience, 1700 dollars in and and I have the softest most easily scratched paint, DO NOT GO TO MAACO believe what people say, yes its that badUpdate a month later, my car is covered in hairline scratches everywhere when I havent even use a microfiber cloth only a hose, covered in scratches not even remotely worth the money

Very unprofessional company. Made a mistake of taking an antique car there for a paint job. paid $2000 dollars and got a paint job that didnt even cover the full car, they missed multiple spots on the car including a big spot on the Hood of all places. the tape work was so sloppy that they tapped of part of the body and when they pulled the tape off you could still see the original color of the car! I paid them to fix a rear fender as well which was even worse! not only does it now look different than the other side but it has ripples in the body from where they were hitting thecar. I ended up with more dents on the car than when i took the car to them. Terrible job, went to confront the Manager and he refused to accept the mistakes and he acted like a child, got angry at my for even questioning the issues, refused to take responsibility for any of the damage and got angry at my wife for even being there. He told her she needed to shut up multiple times and wouldnt listen to a word either of us had to say. I even had picture evidence of before i took it to him and after and he wouldnt even look at the pictures. he just told me i was wasnt telling the truth, even with evidence! This is the worst run business i have seen and will be sure to warn every person i meet about how bad of a shop this is and how childish the manager acts.

Maaco in Anderson,SC did a fantastic job with my sisters truck. Needed some body work done on it from a dear. And a full paint job. They were even able to rino line the tailgate that I had to replace right after getting the whole bed done.Timing was a lil bit extra but was mainly due to weather in getting it in to paint. Also my sister wanted the 2 tone paint so it was an extra day for the bottom color.All and all, I am really pleased with the outcome of the job. It was reasonably priced as well.

Received a timely estimate. It was cheaper than everywhere else I received an estimate. The quality of the work reflected the price, however. Within 18 months, the paint on the hood started peeling. The liners for the front wheel wells must not have been attached correctly because some of the clips were missing and now the liners are misaligned and sagging. Front grill was repaired by gluing broken pieces together and now some pieces have fallen apart.

If I could give less than one star I would. Ben (owner or manager) is highly unprofessional. Brought my bus that I am converting to a Mobile throw your own pottery studio in on a Monday as instructed at the estimate, at which time they said it would take 5 days. Great! When I dropped the bus off and signed all the paperwork Ben said it might even be ready Thursday, even better!! I was driving by the shop on Thursday and saw my bus parked in the back having not even been touched. So I went in to talk with Ben and see what is going on, and he just went off on me. Said I can take my bus right now. UNPROFESSIONAL. And to think I was going to pay him over $2000 and everyone in the area would have known MAACO did the job.

We didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a paint job for a 2002 model car. The owner Ben is SO unprofessional and would never return my phone calls and actually hung up on me four times while I was trying to get information on my car that they were working on over a period of a month! After not getting anywhere with Ben, he finally told me they couldn’t do anything else and to just come get my car!!! It still isn’t fixed, guess you get what you pay for even though it did cost me over $1600.00!!! I should have read the reviews before my nightmare started!

The paint job was excellent...but Im disappointed in the vague communication I received when I asked if the car was ready (after being there 5 days.) Then once Im driving it home, I find that all the weather stripping on the windows hasnt been sealed back. Also the inside of the door handles is still rough. Now we have to wait until Monday to get that repaired.

Wish I could leave less than one star. After leaving tape marks in paint, accidentally hitting crime with sander, getting overspray on LOTS of parts, and charging nearly $2000, they threatened calling the police on my son when he tried to question the manager about the poor job. Got into his wife’s face and yelled at her right in front of him. He stayed calm but the manager kept being belligerent and extremely aggressive. I hope they get shut down by the corporate office. Nobody should have to put up with the way they were treated after being trusted not to screw up a classic, collectors car. The antique Fiat will have to be done all over again at a much more reputable company. At least THAT won’t be hard to find. Unbelievable!!!

I was skeptical about taking my Acura to maaco after a minor accident that my daughter had. I could not be more happy with their service. Rick is awesome! He is so kind and knowledgeable. Ive told everyone I know about the dedication to service that they as a company have! I can not say thank you enough!

As a professional detailer and classic car enthusiast, the quality of paint work performed on my friend’s Fiat is downright shameful. I’m quite sure I could have done a better job blindfolded with a broomstick. Pieces of trim that could have been removed in seconds were simply sprayed over. Helen Keller herself appears to have been in charge of taping off the trim work, which were then damaged with a DA Sander during buffing. They’re all ruined and he’s out $2000. What’s left is a classic car with runs in the paint, overspray all over the engine bay, fender liners and emblems, and unfinished body work and dings all over the car that were supposed to be fixed. He’s going to have to start from scratch, so to save you the trouble of doing the same, I’d stay far away from this shop.

Made the mistake of taking my car to be repaired after a wreck. They did a sloppy job. Paint had dirt in it, the hood was not lined up. Other problems that I was told by the owner (Ben) to bring it back so he could repair it. After taking it back I received a call from them and was asked what all needed to be redone or fixed. I had to remind him of the conversation we had the day we were called and told it was ready to be picked up. My wife and I pointed out all the things that where wrong with it and the things that he needed to do that he missed. After all of that he advised me that he was not able to fix some of the things that were broken. I then told him that I had spoken to my insurance agent and he had come to my house and looked at the car and pointed out the things that he had written up on the repair list to get fixed and had paid Maaco to repair and they did not fix. Once I told Ben this he then advised me to just come get my car and I could just take him to court. He then told me that he was going to fix what he thought should be fixed and then hung up on me. So after all of this he keep my car for 2 more days and once I got it back it still has things to be done that my insurance company paid for. So Macon (Ben) I will see you in court. Please never take your car to Maaco. They will not be able to repair your car.

THE WORST! I go there get an estimate , then agree to the price , they tell me about 2 weeks will be ready , it took about 25 days and guess what , 1- the car was 2 colors2- over spray every where all over the car even on the tires!!3- every thing is lose on the car feeling like its going to fall out.so I complain to the manager and all what I get is getting CUSSED OUT!!! I Paid in full for what they asked not to mention that my car is a bout a brand new and now worth less than half because of there job that no one can fix now, And when I got to the owner he tells me I am too picky and tell me that his employee has the right to act the way he did . DO NOT GO THERE!! I WILL PAY ANYWHERE ELS $100 MORE OR SO AND NOT BE TREATED LIKE THAT AND GIVE THE JOB TO SOME ONE KNOW HOW TO DO IT!

Got a trunk lip painted there and it was a bad mistake.....they cracked the underside of the lip and said its already been cracked on top of that they put 2 holes on the underside and also the paint had bubbles on one spot..told me to come back in 30 days so they can fix it but im to busy with work to go back. Should of gotten it done right the first time...ill take it to a real paint shop to get real work done on it..yall can keep the $125 yall gonna need it to stay in business.......GO ELES WHERE FOR BODY WORK AND/OR PAINT!!!!!!!!

Busted my mirror then replaced with one that doesn’t work. Had runny in paint and after the fix had holes showing in filler. Would never recommend such a business to anyone. I will pay out of pocket to get it done rather than take it back a third time.

Not happy with 100 s of dirt particles in my 2014 car s paint , and the clear coat over spray all over my chrome grill .The integrity is just not there .
