I highly recommend Abra for all your car’s body work and paint job. My entire FRS was completely damaged by a landscaper, causing my car to be sanded down throughout the entire car. They told me 4 weeks and had it back to me in 3 weeks. It looks like a new car from the showroom!! They were very helpful, with setting up a estimate for car repair.

My husband and I were referred to this place of business by our insurance company, Nationwide who assured us that all work would be guaranteed. Plus, if any other damages were found, they would be covered. We first went to have an estimate done and an appointment was set-up about 3 weeks later. When I called to make an appointment with Miss Lee, I asked her how long would the repairs take? She replied, about 7 days. The appointment was made for Tuesday, December 15, 2020 and arrangements were made for a rental for 8 days. We dropped off our SUV a day earlier on Monday, December 14, 2020. We actually parked it inside their fenced in area. I called within 2 days to inquire how the repairs were coming along. Miss Lee told me that the parts had been ordered and that they were still waiting for them to arrive. My question was why wasnt the parts already ordered and delivered when I dropped my vehicle off?!! Being mindful that she had already given me a possible time-frame for the repairs to be completed. I was later told by Stephen that my car was pulled in the garage and the doors were taken off, this wasnt true because I checked on the vehicle after work and it was still parked in the same location. I also took several photos of our SUV while it was in their possession. By Monday, December 21, 2020, I had called and talked to Stephen who told me that the parts came in and that they did not work. He went on to say that I would need new doors which would increase the damage amount above 75%, more than what my insurance co. would pay so he was going to total the vehicle out. I ended up going to clean out our vehicle and retrieving the tag. I signed a release form for my insurance co. to pick up the vehicle on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. At that time, I noticed that both rear tires were flat and that my battery was dead. I later asked Abra Body and Glass to hold-off on releasing the vehicle until we were finished negotiating with our insurance co. We decided to retain our SUV because we had spent a large sum of money having it repaired in 2020. It is a good running vehicle with 2 dents to the passengers doors. Moreover, when we went back to pick up our SUV, I asked Stephen to let me see the doors that he claimed wouldnt work, he quickly responded, I already sent them back. I then asked to see the invoice, he replied, I shredded it. I then asked if he sent a copy to my insurance company? He said, I dont have to give an account to anyone? On their home page, it states how Abra Body and Glass offers their customers a hassle-free experience and how they keep you in the know. What a lie, I received nothing but heartache and confusion from this company. If I wasnt constantly contacting them, they would not have made contact with me. I even told Stephen how my car sat out there on their premises the whole time. He replied, yeah, I didnt touch your car, I did interrupt him because at one time he did tell me that my vehicle was pulled under the garage and the doors were removed. He continued to say, I dont know who told you that but all I did was open the doors and knew that they wouldnt work. I. didnt receive that to be true because he was unwilling the whole time to keep us informed nor did he take the time to show us that the doors were delivered and that they would not work. Furthermore, for him to shred any form of evidence or proof to validate what he was saying leads me to believe that he cant be trusted and that he is running a shady business. Stephen, one last thing, but most important for you to recognize, you may have spoken arrogantly to me by excusing yourself for your actions but you will have to give an account unto GOD Almighty, Yashua for the sins you have committed in this lifetime.

Used for to repair pickup invoice was for 8k. The management is awful. Learn for others in the community and stay away. They are other better rated body shops in Anderson. Found out after going there abra had problems with my insurance many times in the past. I am sure the manger was involved.

Great service, great people, great result. Hopefully will never have to go back but if I ever find myself in a similar situation…. I’ll gladly head to Abra in Anderson.

I came to Abra for body work repair from an accident with my neighbor’s car and decided to have some work done as self pay while my car was being fixed. So part of my work was self pay and part was from my friends insurance. Abra did excellent work for a fair price. I will definitely return to them for any future needs and highly recommend them!

Abrams provided excellent quality work. The staff was very professional and showed compassion toward me as a customer. The assured me of the approximate time of completion my vehicle would be available for me to pick up. Will certainly refer them to family and friends.

Abra-Auto does fantastic work and does a great job keeping you informed of the process the entire time. I have unfortunately had to use them twice as my car seems to be a magnet to other people; each time they are able to restore it back to original. Will be using them again for any future repairs needed

Car got a bit messed up when someone decided not to stop and hit my back passenger side bumper. Got back to me within a day, scheduled my repair in two days, fixed my car quickly even though it went in right before Easter weekend. Kept me updated the whole time and did a great job fixing it! Also they cleaned the outside AND inside of my car. Looks amazing and worked with my insurance company. Also really loved the woman at the front desk, I feel silly for not asking her name but girl if you read this you are SO sweet!

I had front end damage from an accident, and the insurance company directed me to Abra. They completed the work in less time than expected, sent me daily updates, did exceptional repair work, conducted all business professionally and in a friendly manner. The car looks great. They even washed and returned it much cleaner than I left it. I left with assurances that should I have any issues, I should call immediately. Todd was a pleasure to work with and I recommend Abra.

First time we used abra and we will only use them from now on we are very satisfied with our car and the time frame they worked with us and made us feel so comfortable and was very welcoming the first time we took it they offered snacks as we had to wait and all the issues we had to deal with our insurance dragging and they helped is through all of this and they did a awesome job in great time and amazing friendly staff I loved the ladies at front the best I highly recommend this company to everyone i am so excited to have my car back and it looks brand new

We are very disappointed with meeting the timeline provided. We were provided with a date to bring the car in and told it would be 5 days to complete the repairs. We have reached out to follow up on the progress to be told a part was being ordered which would delay completion. Followed up again and given a 2nd possible completion date. We are not given a courtesy call on the progress. We are going into a 2nd week of out of pocket pay on a rental.

Great customer service. Absolutely love the job that was done on my daughter’s Honda, the car looks amazing! Gilbert kept me update throughout the whole process. I will definitely be recommending Abra to my friends and family. Great job guys!

The people at Abra was nice and helpful got me straight in and started working on my truck and gave me an idea of how long it will take to fix it and when i can pick it up again so i can get back to work i will tell anyone if they need body work for there cars or trucks this is the place to go

The work they do is great. Unfortunately I was giving many estimated finish dates with the car. The day would come and I would call, and the service center would say” it’s going to be about 5 more days”. This process happened on three different occasions. And they had my car for over a month.

SECOND EXPERIENCEMy second visit with abra was completely different than the first visit. I am so confused as to why after having my car for two and a half weeks that it was not repaired properly. My second visit they only had my car for 3 days and the difference in the work is 100% better. Lucas was AMAZING!! He called us daily to give us updates on where they were with my vehicle, he even changed an air bag sensor that came on while he was test driving it. As far as im concerned, he went above and beyond to satisfy us and, I am very happy with the job that Lucas did on my car. I wish that Jarvis had done things right the first time and had he done things properly, i would have no complaints because my car wouldve been fixed right from the get go. I am changing my rating to 3 stars. I will not give them a 5 star rating because i had to bring my car back a second time to get things fixed correctly. I would reccomend Abra to friends and family but, i would also tell people to only speak with Lucas. This is a perfect example of how one person doing shady work can make the whole company look bad. It affects the whole company! After my first experience, i did not want to bring my car back there but, im glad that i did because Lucas really compensated for Jarvis poor work. THANK YOU LUCAS!!FIRST EXPERIENCEMy initial experience with Aabra was not pleasant. They had my Tahoe for almost three weeks and when i got it back the paint wasnt blended (so it was two toned)the whole front of my car was off centered, the mud flap wasnt screwed on, the running board wasnt fixed, my front right tire was making a noise everytime the wheel was turned, and the bumper literally was hanging over the left front corner panel but was flush on the right side of the car and there was a couple of other things wrong. My husband and i decided that it was best to bring it back and speak with someone other than the first guy (Jarvis)that handled everything. So we went back and talked to Lucas and He was very pleasant and professional. Lucas agreed that there are things wrong and made an appointment for us to bring the car back in so it could be fixed correctly. We are dropping the Tahoe off tonight so that they can start on it tomorrow. I am hoping that our second time around with them is better than the first and my car is fixed the way it shouldve been fixed the first time. If we are happy with it when i pick it up on Friday then i will be leaving a better review.
