Cant rave enough about Chris & Mike from the shop. My 2009 Sportster had been sitting for years before I purchased it. They took the time to make sure everything was in great operational order before I was to ride it. Never made any promises before they knew all of the issues. Always professional and great at returning calls. I HIGHLY recommend them if u need work on any bike. My husbands Suzuki Boulevard was repaired by them as well, and we couldnt be happier! Fair pricing as well!

Excellent service, told them what I needed and they helped me without all the typically pushy sales stuff. They treat you really well and make sure you are taken care of up until your on the road. Best dealership Ive ever been to and well worth the 2 and a half hour drive for me.

I’ve only been here on one occasion but while in there it was a nice experience. The store is clean, well organized. The staff all seem friendly and eager to help which is great. Only one sales person approached us but quickly left us be when we stated we there for products only. They do not hound you or pressure you into a conversation. That makes me want to eventually purchase a vehicle from them or have them service our Atvs. The whole experience was pleasant and as they say you can only make one first impression.Also the prices are all reasonable/fair for the quality of product you’ll be getting.

I have been taking my motorcycles to this location for a few years now. Chris and the staff in the service department are what you would expect at an organization. They are honest, responsive and prompt when answering questions. I just took my 2016 Honda Gold Wing to have my 32,000 service maintenance completed. The mechanic Todd found a few additional issues while performing the work. I was immediately contacted by Chris about the issue and Chris provided me with options and even considered cost to resolve problem. I am confident when I pay for the work that was perform on my bike that is was with quality in mind. Thank you Chris for the excellent work and awesome staff.

Just purchased a 2021 Kawasaki Z400. First time purchasing a new motorcycle from a dealership and I have to say I am very pleased. The sales rep Mike was very helpful and made the buying process easy. They have definitely earned my future patronage. As for the bike, its my first time being on a bike that isnt 40+ years old and Im in love with it!

Saturday, February 27,2021 . It was our very first visit and to say we were impressed is a understatement! From The moment we walked in the door we were acknowledged by their wonderful sales and finance manager Trent, never ever did we feel pressured or followed just just a very friendly and welcoming Atmosphere.Then the parts manager Chris helped us order a motorcycle windshield that we had been trying to get help with for over a year he made it a painless and enjoyable transaction that took less than 15 minutes to do he offered to help us on anything and everything. Then as we were leaving a very sweet young man by the name of Curt came up and helped us see on the TV how to do the information on a motorcycle we were looking at , as far as what accessories it had how much it weighed all the information we needed. We will be doing all of our trading and shopping with this wonderful dealer amazing customer service they definitely go above and beyond. Thank each one of you for being the best at what you do!!! It’s refreshing to see people who love their job and their customers.

Chris is the service department made sure I was happy before I left. I brought in for a warranty recall by the manufacturer, so there was no money exchanged, but they also fixed an unrelated issue on the house. He did not want me leaving dissatisfied. Also the mechanic who worked on the bike. I can’t remember his name. Thumbs up!

After looking for quite some time on an UTV, we were finally able to find one at Tom Wood Powersports Anderson. We are very pleased with our purchase on the 2021 Kawasaki Mule crew cab. Traded up for a ZX14R. It was unlike most of the dealerships I called. They were happy to work with me, and offered trade in values and a price that nobody could match. It was an easy decision. I treated it like I do every dealership and thats to believe that you are always being deceived, but it just wasnt the case here. They were almost too easy to work with.

Super awesome experience working with the crew at TW Powersports! They were a respectful, quick and to the point, no bs, no pressure group. I was in and out in around an hour. On top of that, I drove over an hour to buy from them, because their prices were so much more competitive than the prices where I live.

Last month I bought a new 2019 Yamaha Tracer 900. What an amazing bike, especially for the price. And Tom Wood Powersports sold it to me for the best price I could find. They also set me up with the best financing as well. I traveled 2 hrs with 2 other Yamaha dealers closer to get this deal. Cito made it easy and my bike was prepped and ready to go when I got there. The young tech who prepped it also installed a phone mount for me. Very polite young man as well and quite knowledgeable of the bike and informative. Actually, everyone I met at the dealership were very professional and super nice. I’m 58 years old and this was absolutely the best experience I ever had purchasing any new vehicle I’ve ever bought. Great shop. Amazing service. Very nice and kind staff. I did purchase a beautiful bike from them. I had to drive from out of the state of Indiana. Everything was ready for me. It didnt take more than 30 mins. They helped me to load the bike into my trailer as well. The manager (Cito) is a great guy and enjoyed working with him. I had not been in there for several years. I was impressed with the place. Lots of bikes and gear in stock. I needed a battery for a rare motorcycle. They had one and it was a lot less expensive than ordering from the original dealer where I bought the bike. The two guys behind the counter were very helpful. I will be going to Tom Wood Powersports when its time to replace my current bike.

I recently purchased a Yamaha Stratoliner during the Covid crisis while the store was opened with limited hours. Cito gave me a great deal and provided great customer service during this unprecedented time. And the other staff members were very friendly and great to deal with. I wish I can give no star but it won’t allow it! I took the only one of its kind in the state Campagna V13R on the recommendation from the manufacture in Canada. These guys at Tom Wood knew nothing, didn’t have any of the Harley software required, had my bike for 6-7 mo and I had to bring it back 3-4 times. My original problem was still never fixed. Paid them 3k for nothing. Now when I call or email the service manger I get no return calls no nothing. They don’t have the knowledge to figure out a simple charging issue. If you have an expensive toy, don’t take it to these guys!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went there to purchase a new used motorcycle and was treated very very well the only issue I have the experience is I’ve had my motorcycle for a handful of months and it’s only a 2016 with Low miles And they left the stock battery in it and sold it to me. Now I have a beautiful motorcycle with a junk battery. Moral of the story when you go to buy a used motorcycle from them definitely demand a new battery be put in it before purchase .

I worked with Jesse at Tom Wood Powersports. He was really responsive to my calls and emails and we were able to put a deal together very quickly! I had to drive from Cincinnati to get to the dealership, but it was worth it. When I arrived, the paperwork was ready and so was the bike - almost. We found that the battery was dead and Jesse immediately installed a new one. No hassle.I would have like to have been able to pick up some gear while I was there. The selection was limited. Thats the only criticism that I can offer. It wasnt a big deal, so I just shrugged it off.If youre in town or within a reasonable driving distance, you should definitely consider Tom Wood Powersports for your next purchase or to stop in and talk to the crew. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. It was like we were all old friends having a reunion. Due to traveling from out of the area I got there closer to closing time on a Saturday then Im sure their families would have preferred, but you would have thought their team had just arrived by the way they treated me. Ordered parts. Finally went to check on them as I had not heard anything. Parts person said the had then for a while but no one had called. Wont go back. Ill drive 188 miles to Lancaster Ohio before I drive 20 miles over there. At least Ill know when I am going to get the parts and when I can pick it up.

Prices way to high, was going to buy a bike from them until the bank said they where $3800 above value of the bike.Went in today to get an oil change for my bike, asked the kid at the counter why so high ($40) he told me I dont know what to tell you so I left! This place is a joke, I called them several times just to set up an appointment to purchase a vehicle both times, I talked to the shop mgr. Who pretended that they were so swamped they couldnt get me in, but he transfers me to there salesman voicemail, no one ever bothers to call back,😂😂😂😂😂 if I was Yamaha or the owner of Tom Wood Powersports i would take a very close look at this team. I was prepared to purchase 2 vehicles. And I since took my business elsewhere...

I hesitate to say my experience was a good one when I entered the Anderson store a couple weeks ago. I went in looking at the new Hondas with intent to discuss a potential purchase. Not wanting to seem pushy, I kept to my self. 30 minutes elapsed as I listened to background chatter beyond the showrooms line of sight and I never did see a single sales associate or other employee the entire time. I left a bit disgusted. Since my visit Ive purchased two more Hondas, and the temptation to go back has been bland at best. I shouldnt have to hunt down someone when I walk into a business establishment. A true and honest 30 minutes wandering around the showroom while everyone was apparently more concerned with gossip and non work related goings on is totally unacceptable. If I ever do return, I hope there is a bell installed on the showroom entrance door and that the employees heed that bell and come to my aid. Lost sales to Anderson is no ones fault but their own. Time for a change guys and gals....Like Now. Zip~

The service department was fantastic! TJ followed up throughout the repair and modification of two ATVs. I was shocked at how fast they said they would have it back and then they had it done a day earlier than scheduled. I am very impressed. I wont go anywhere else in town now.

Went with my son to the dealership, only two customers in lot...me and my son...was told I would need to make a appointment..I explained I wasnt local..was then told if they let us in they would have to wipe everything down..then he said only half the normal total of customers inside the store...I SAID WE ARE TWO!!!-NEVER again...
