Miriam helped me and was extremely informative. The store is open with a mask requirement, the inventory is a little low for normal (as mattress manufacturers had to focus on supplying hospitals and care facilities over the past months). Still there are plenty of choices with new items coming in daily. They have a great sale going on right now thru July 19, 2020.

Judy was very helpful and knowledgeable in all the ways to select the right mattress for the way you sleep. She has been doing this for 30 years. Highly recommend her for your sleeping needs

I’d like to express to my fellow service members and veterans that I would not go to this place to buy mattresses or box springs the prices are totally overwhelming.And they only give discounts to active duty service members.Even though it’s Veterans Day weekend and they donot give veterans any discounts which is totally wrongThey need to understand that there is a difference in arm forces day honors all active duty service members. And on Veterans Day we honor all of our veterans so this vendor should give a discount to veterans during Veterans DayThe customer service agent named Julie you will find out that she is very pushy trying make a fast sell this is truly extremely bad customer serviceAgain I like to express to my fellow service members Veterans family members do not go to the store and buy a mattress or box ring they are totally outrageous I’m very pushy and unprofessional customer service

We came in and told the sales associate we wanted a mattress that was in stock. She was able to get us what we wanted quickly and was very helpful. They gave a military discount which was great, but they would get so much more business if they would deliver to JBER. (You pay for delivery!!!) If we didn’t have a truck we would have had to leave and go somewhere else. So, if you’re a military family living on JBER, don’t come here expecting them to deliver to you.

Kristy was amazing and knowledgeable. She took her time with us, and we felt NO pressure. She thought of things I had never considered. She was quite honest about the products!

Went there 2 times, the first time the lady barely talked. Just pointed to mattresses and left. She didnt even give us the correct pricing for the mattress. Second time the lady wouldnt stop talking. Mattresses themselves were over priced. We found a cheaper mattress at another home

The store does not have the same inventory as online, no problem, however it took the gentleman in the store about 25 minutes to tell me that, I walked out immediately after. There are two other locations in town so maybe youll have better luck there.

We had ordered 2 box springs on July 19th and they said they would call as soon as they were in.Finally- on August 19th we were in the area and stopped to get an update. The lady got a hold of warehouse and they were there (and HAD been there since 26th of July.) The lady was having trouble writing up our receipt and called another women- who yelled at her saying I already showed you how to do that ( loud enuf we could hear ). how RUDE to a new employee!!!!! She wThen called the manager and he walked her thru doing itWe were upset- both by how new employee is working alone and with not enuf training.( She was a total sweetheart ) AND by the fact they never contacted us that the box springs were in- wonder how long it would have taken them to call us if we had not gone in.

Now that a sales rep (Donald Jones) isnt there the quality of service and salesmanship isnt the same
