Always my first choice when looking for hardware needs. Helpful, friendly staff. I’ve been surprised more than once that they have just what I’m looking for. Saves that drive into town when your trying to get a project done. Shop local, support this great store, you’ll be glad you did.

They kindly put up with me bringing my 6 kids into their store. It was also nice to see their smiling faces (without masks). Had the deep socket wrenches I needed. Shop local!!!!

I needed to get a measuring tape, and popped in just as they were closing (my reading comprehension on signs is nil). The guys at Trustworthy immediately helped me find what I was looking for. Honestly the best place in Alaska to find what you need, and they always do it with a smile.

Trustworthy is now the only hardware store in town, and it is a well-stocked store with everything I needed to get a critical job completed in a time crunch. The floor salesworkers knew exactly where to find everything I needed. I was able to get in, shop efficiently, and get home to finish my project. Ill definitely be back!

Quaint little place. If I had a choice, I would have a more user friendly layout. When you first walk in the checkout person is right there. Dead end aisles that force you to turn back around and go thru a tight aisle if anyone else is in the aisle. Polite and helpful employees though.

Great store! Friendly staff, they were all super knowledgeable and helpful. We had a complex plumbing project and Justin set us up with everything we needed to get it done.

Amazing service! One night I had a water leak and I went to their store right at closing time. They took the time to help me find what I needed even gave me great advice.

Locally owned hardware store in Eagle River. They carry a variety of things among paint, tools and Black Rifle coffee! Owners are great people who will go above and beyond to help you find what you need. Whats not to like 😉

Trust Worthy Hardware is a wonderful Hardware Store in Eagle River. I get help the second I step foot into the store, returning things is easy and quick and they are always very friendly and so helpful and knowledgeable because I mostly walk in there not even knowing what I’m looking for to finish my little projects around the house.Plus their counter is covered in business cards from local Handyman/Contractors etc. which I love.Going to get my Turkey feed there this summer too as soon as my coop is done 👍 no more trips through traffic to get to anchorage just to buy a bag of feed.

We showed up at 8:30 on a Saturday because we needed propane but the store didnt open til 9 am. About 5 other vehicles came through so they might think about opening earlier on Saturday. As soon as it was 9 they came over and filled our big bottle up right away.

They seem to have just about anything you need for small home or yard projects.

Came in about 4:30 on August 10, 2020. Had to wait to go in as two customers stood in the doorway, conversing with no masks. Not TW fault. However, once inside, NO ONE had on masks! No customers that I saw, nor either of the two employees. When I asked where their masks were, they replied that we didn’t need to wear them. We turned around and went to AIH were everyone was masked up. So disappointed at the lack of respect for fellow human beings.

I love this store!! Even if they don’t have what I need which is RARE they help me find it! Justin and team are amazing! I also love that they support our community and troops. I always come here first!!

This is the first stop I will go to for hardware needs. Their selection is great and if they dont have it theyll tell you where to go to get it. Also want to give them a belated shout out for staying open after the 7.2 earthquake last year.

The name says it all. Great service and honest prices. Ive bought everything here from fishing tackle, rods and reels, tools, to just plain hardware.the entire staff goes out of their way to be helpful. Theyre always having a sale, and theres blow out prices on top quality gear at the end of the fishing season.

Talked with owners for a good 15 mins gave me the layout for the store well organized!!! I had a key made for my kia and it worked for my doors, trunk, and started it up, I have been to many different places to get this key cut never made past the door. Great place to support!!!

Ive only gone to this hardware store twice, and each time its been out of desparation. And each time, theyve had exactly what I needed, when nobody else in Eagle River did. Most recently, they had shear pins for snowblowers on a snowy weekend when AIH was all out. I just need to be more in the habit of stopping here first instead of last. The service has always been terrific too. I highly recommend this place for your local hardware needs.
