They’re ok, if you’re far right individual this place is perfect for you! Donuts taste chemically and not fresh. Did like how fluffy the dough was but the overall taste wasn’t there. I’d rather poison myself with Krispy Kreme donuts.They don’t wear masks or go by the current mandates.

Open 24/7 Tuesday through Sunday afternoon. You have always got a good selection of a variety of donuts. This has been my Sunday go to place for 20 years or more.

This place is amazing! Definitely worth a visit. So far the crumb donut is my favorite but all the ones we tried are delicious. The White Mouse (?) Coffee was delicious too!

All I can tell you is the lady who helped me today was so kind and friendly and extremely patient as I sometimes cant make up my mind. The other lady working as well has a positive disposition. I truly believe the owners and family care about their patrons and want them to have a pleasant experience. Behavior over time is telling. For years I have not had a single negative experience and am grateful! Thank you!

My Danish wasnt sweet? Im super upset, I was so excited to eat this giant yummy Danish only to be massively disappointed and dissatisfied with it. It was just thick bread slathered with cream cheese. Ive had gas station danishes better than that. I also got a chai tea that was supposed to be iced but it wasnt because nobody bothered to let me specify how I wanted it prepared, I had to get her attention again to ask for a flavor and she immediately disappeared again >:(

Listen donuts are one of those Indulgences that you know you can’t do often so when you do break down and get one… Or a dozen… You want it to be absolutely amazing and worth every calorie. Golden doughnut does that for me. The donuts are sweet, tender and if you go early enough, plenty of variety.I also love that it’s family owned and local. No big Dunkin chain needed. Keep that kripsy cream in the gas stations where they belong. I want Golden donuts in my neighborhood forever!

Easily the best donuts in Alaska! I searched this state for a donut that wasnt 95% sugar. These are flavorful. Each different dough actually delivers on the promise of a new texture. Some are super sweet but not all of them. Some are fruity, some are doughy, there is a variety for each taste.

We came in from the peninsula and got to talking with a gentleman who was a bit older, bald, tan skinned, didn’t catch his name but he threw in a couple extra donuts while we talked with him about how much we missed some good donuts. Love their donuts and LOVE the service.

2020 updated with pix still my fav2017- My fav donut place ever. I have been going every weekend for past 3months at midnight. The worker is very nice. They are open 24/7 excluding holidays. They price is worth it. They have gourmet donuts, esspressos, cafe, pastrys. Drive thru where you can actually see the donuts to be able to pick. My favs are glazed vanilla (angel) cream, apple fritter, blueberry cake, donut holes, crueller... etc.

Love the donuts. They need to get a pull up spot for people with special orders like McDonalds. That way you can serve the next 6 cars in line. Im not going to wait in line for 30 minutes to buy 5 donuts it doesnt matter how good they are. C: the donuts are awesome btw.

This is one of our youngest sons favorite places; he insists that you can get about the best coffee in town here. I try to discipline myself when it comes to donuts but I do have a couple of favorites here, the ones with coconut on top and the Boston cream style donuts. They are done to perfection at Golden Donuts! The workers there are friendly, courteous, and efficient (and have been known to slip an extra donut or two in my bag a couple of times, for no announced reason). The location is convenient and the hours are good. Note that they are closed on Mondays. Stop by!

Didnt care for it. I was looking for donuts that were as great as the ones I have at home (upstate NY). We have cinnamon sugar cake donuts that LITERALLY come straight out the fryer. With all the great reviews this place had I was at least expecting warm fresh donuts. Nope.And they didnt even have the cake donuts that I wanted so I left. The place looked dirty and customer service was questionable. The woman made faces at me when i asked a question and before i was even done she moved onto someone else. Cool.Also the sign that said We have the right to deny service to ANYONE turns me off as well.Could just say this is a privately owned establishment.
