Really unacceptable treatment from Dr. Tran. Very dismissive and judgmental towards clients’ assumed income level. The very reason why health care should not be privatized and should not have incentives to push certain products.

Dr. Tran is the best optometrist in Alaska. She is smart and personable with the most advanced equipment to thoroughly examine and treat her patients. She provides several treatment options without ever being pushy. The entire office has exceptional customer service. I highly recommend her for all ages.

Ive been wearing contacts for a long time and have sort of accepted that they will never be comfortable, and that I would eventually get a headache the longer I wore them. I struggled like this until I was referred to Dr. Tran at Nova. She introduced me to daily contacts and discovered that my current prescription wasnt what I needed. I am grateful that she took the time to listen to my concerns and really give me the time to find out the best solution. 10/10 I would recommend her to anyone with dry eyes, uncomfortable contacts, tricky vision, or anyone who is looking to make their eye care a priority like I did.

Nova Eye Care Center is very competent and professional. They are using the latest technology for your eye exam. With this new instrument/machine, they no longer have to put those eye drops in to dialate your pupils, which also precludes you driving for a couple of hours after the exam. That alone makes it worth it to go to Nova for my needs.

Nova Dry Eye Care Dr Tran excellent service devoted care. Found online by searching for a LipiFlow machine. Only one in the state. Extreme dry eyes became livable again with LipiFlow. ProKera and Regener-eyes drops. Switched to Dr Tran even though a several hour drive. Only dry care specialists in Anchorage do not hesitate to go.
