Hands down my favorite coffee spot in town!! My drinks always come out perfect regardless who makes it. The entire staff is nice and greats you with a smile. Definitely recommend!

Service was friendly and quick. The coffee was pretty good but not terribly strong even with an extra shot. The cups were super cute.

How nice of them to tip themselves without asking or offering to give back change, would only recommend using a card at this establishment. at least the coffee isn’t bad

You need to know that you are getting a details crafted cup of fresh coffee. Coffee Queens has a great location, system, customer service and options.If you are looking for a high quality expression shot or even some late art this is not the place.

I can only give a 4star rating because Ive only had a Red Bull smoothie here. (Bob Marley) Excellent choice, by the way. Good service, good menu. They also have Burrito Factory burritos, Grannys cookies, and chai tea. Get treated like a prince/princess at Coffee Queen today!

Coffee, food and service was great! This was our first time going here but we will definitely be going back when we make it back that way! I was dying for a muffin before we arrived and was pleasantly surprised to find not only muffins on the menu, but a whole list of different variety muffins. I opted for the lavender lemon blueberry one and it was very moist and delicious! And the s’mores latte was great too. But the best part was the prices! Not sure of the worker/baristas name but she was very courteous and listed all of the flavors for me and was very pleasant.

Polite young woman made a killer caramel machiatto sub. But its not a true caramel macchiato to my taste buds. I believe theres a shortage of Carmel drizzle.

I hate the taste of coffee, but I still drink it all the time. The frappes are really solid, and the pricing is what you would expect-on par with other local coffee places. Staff are really nice, I’ve probably been here 20+ times and they’ve always been pretty kind

Coffee Queen has become one of our favorite places to visit since we moved up to Alaska. While there are a bunch of great little coffee huts, this one stands out above the rest.

Very bitter coffee, second time Ive ordered from them. First was a hot latte, second was a iced latte.My iced latte didnt even come flavored, I ordered a vanilla. I had to make my own simple syrup at home to not gag. Will not order again.

Not the best service today...there were 2 ladies in the hut even....so I arrive at 714 am and the one lane has 3 cars and we pick the one that has 2 cars...the long lane was faster than the lane we were in! So we went to the side that was empty and still waited for a few mins.... by the time we got our 2 hot drinks that were the same it had been almost 15 mins!! Unhappy with the service today

I’ve came here three times. I kept giving it a chance. They don’t know how to make frappes. They have a weird consistency. It’s liquid but also chunky and it’s gross.

Wow! I dont think Ive ever recieved faster service from anyone in town! I reached the window, ordered, paid, and recieved my drink all within 5 minutes. Umm- hello! Great job! They have the best soy lattes in town. The owners work their, too, and are wonderfully hard workers. It’s like the Cheers of drive through coffee places. I drive out of my way to go there before everything is so good.

Well... if they could open on time Id love this place 5stars. Good coffee. Nice ladies. Always late, no bueno.Early is on time; on time is late, because late is unacceptable.The cups; the queens. Read the cups. However, coffee needs served at 06:00 hrs, daily! Beyond being late raisers its a spectacular stop.

Coffee queen is great for my mood. The other day I went in for coffee and realized they sell apple cider, needless to say i decided on the cider I didnt know I wanted. There is always friendly service, and their prices are fair. Thanks for hitting the spot.

This is one of my top three favorite coffee shops in Anchorage. The baristas are very friendly, and the menu is unique. I also look forward the different designs/messages on each coffee cup. They make me smile.

Love the service, every employee Ive interacted with has been super friendly and efficient. One reason I continue to choose Coffee Queen is because they are consistent in the way they prepare their drinks, it doesnt matter which girl I get on any given day my drink is always the same and any coffee drinker knows that this is a rare find.

I am reasonably sure they possess special coffee making superpowers here. The specials are always delicious. I frequently drive out of my way just to go here just because Ive been so rarely disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful as well

Ive been at coffee queen almost every morning for the past month. It does sometimes take a while to get through the line of cars, especially on weekends and holidays when there is only one barista. That doesnt stop me from loving Coffee Queen. They have great coffee and the best prices in town. The Baristas are always friendly and I will continue to frequent the drive through every morning.

I was happy with them long time, but last 2 month notice that most of girls very short with me, and my situation was after when I asked one lady to punch my card for yesterday because I keep forgetting and lady’s never offer to me to punch my card like Darte cafe for example they always remind you about punching card.09/26 I asked punch my card, exactly what one of Café Queen ladys told me “ How I suppose to know that you was yesterday, I wasn’t serving you. I was pointing other lady that she was here yesterday. So she punched my card unpleasantly and said that I suppose to show card all the time and I suppose don’t forget about it. Very disappointed, I stop to have their services.

Im not a coffee person but the cinnamon rolls are incredible! They are HUGE like the sign says and the price cant be beat.

EDIT: The last time I was here, the barista said she was having a cranky day. Ok, fine no prob. But then I ordered a big train chai and she informed me that they dont carry that. I politely pointed it out on the menu. She brusquely intoned that they do not have it and have not had it for quite some time. I told her Id ordered it the last 2 times with no problem, THEN I remembered! The time before this visit, it had not tasted right at all! At the time I had chalked it up to a new barista, but now I realize I was duped. :/Anyhow, I ordered a chai, it was watery and too sweet, and that was the end of my enthusiasm for Coffee Queen for now. But! I may return when I can drink coffee again and check it out again.------
