Jared and Adrian thank you so much for spending the time answering all my questions and allowing me to test ride the street glide. Unfortunately we werent able to make a deal because I just couldnt take such a low offer for my trade and still pay top dollar for the new motorcycle. I did learn quite a bit about the way Harley dealership works compared to other brands. Earlier way I do appreciate the time both of them took to try and get me into a new Harley.

The staff at The House of Harley helped me feel like I was part of the family. Johnny took very good care of me and Harley financing through Harley was easy. I received a fair price for my trade in and I could not happier with the Revival. I would highly recommend anyone interested in getting a bike, new or used. Awesome experience!!

Cool Store..Trevor was really cool!

The shop needs a major overhaul. Anytime i schedule any maintenance or even a tire change. Its a month out.!UNACCEPTABLE! As short as the riding season already isNo one needs nor wants to be waiting a month for their bike.The showroom downstairs serves 0 purpose. Maybe for storing bikes but they dont make money off that. Get rid of that showroom, make your shop bigger, bring in more guys. DO BETTER!

Awesome selection if cool shirts that really play on the Alaskan frontier theme. 3 levels to browse through and they offer free camping to riders visting Anchorage. Went to several different shops looking for a good motorcycle helmet and these had a good selection, but their customer service is head and shoulders above other shops here and that is why I spent my money here.

Staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Very knowledgeable. Steve is a great salesman and has an excellent attitude. While we didn’t buy anything aside from some T-shirt’s this time, there’s no doubt this is one of the better Harley stores I’ve spent time in!

I’d say my time spent at this shop was one of the top 5 highlights of my Alaska trip (along with Denali and Homer) and my favourite part of Anchorage. The staff at this place are all absolutely *phenomenal*. Every single one.They offer free camping for riders and even hot showers, coffee, and wifi. I was only supposed to be in town for 2 days but it turned into almost a week (and then I even came back... twice!). I’ve been riding/traveling for years and this is the first time I’ve really come across what felt like an actual riding community. If you’re a new rider I’d say you should definitely just come here to get started, or else you’ll be missing out.It’s a shame I had to get my tire changed at another shop (that had already ordered my tire before I arrived in Anchorage) as I ride a sport bike. But in the future I’d choose this shop for anything I needed!It’s officially my favourite motorcycle shop now, and I’ve been to many, all over Canada and the lower 48! :)The shop is very well run, extremely clean and organized, and they have a huge variety of nice gear. And a gorgeous showroom, of course. There is also lots of nice art! All the staff members clearly enjoy their jobs as well. They will take care of your bike like it’s one of their own and go above and beyond to help you out. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust these people with my bike aka my life.I’ll be back...

Made it to Anchorage, AK. A few of our bikes needed oil changes so we stopped in to the local Harley Dealership.We found the staff very accommodating. They even got us in to have our oil changes done even with a huge backlog.One of our members had gotten too large of wet weather pants and they helped with that also.To top it off they even had free camping for customers in the back. Since it was raining they allowed us to setup our tents under the awning in the back of their dealership.Highly recommend these guys. I bought a new 2020 Road King Special. The motorcycle was in Soldotna AK and I live in Anchorage AK. The two dealerships made the arrangements so that I could make the purchase in Anchorage and delivered the motorcycle from Soldotna to Anchorage at no charge. The deal was great - I am a buyer not a shopper - so the time to make the deal and finish the paperwork was less than 30 minutes total - just how I like it. And blasting the horn to ring in the sale in the Anchorage shop isnt bad either.

I camped at your dealership twice this summer, and even as someone not on a Harley was treated to the best of Alaskan hospitality. My wife and I came up to Alaska in July on are Bikes from Port Charlotte floaida . We had a great experience with you all we needed are bikes serviced before heading back to the lower 48😀 as they say up here 👍. We pulled in first thing in the morning at the service area and was taken right in ahead of everyone else , when they found out we were traveling. The service writer Sawyer and technician Chris had us out with are bikes cleaned and ready to go in no time . Also had a great breakfast across the street . Gail , Dan and are dog Manny . Thank You all . we just got back to Florida 2 days ago . We tell everyone about you all .

House of Harley is the place in Anchorage to get your ride! The crew there are experts in making sure you get exactly the motorcycle thats right for you. Along with the ride, theres all the gear you need for riding comfort, safety, and adventure. Lots of accessories for wearing and fun whether your a HOG rider or just like cool clothing. The staff is great!

It seem like a really pretty cool place. They have a little bar in the place during events. The merchandise was cool. I personally was there because my band played at an event there. I love the clientele - bikers, and not the frilly and sissy kind.

Great dealership, with awesome employees that always make my day!!! I love to stop by and see all the new bikes and never feel pressured. The events I have been to are always a blast, the last free cookout I went to I met some out of state riders that were camping in the dealerships free camping spots right next to the creek. Great place to start or end a ride. Highly recommended !!!!

I traveled to AK a lot over the past 20+ years. Lately (3-4) years Ive been stopping in to House of Harley. Mostly to look around. Ive always been treated with respect and patients never rushed. The staff is well informed and ready with the answers for me with no pressure. Ill be in Anchorage soon and plan on stopping in again. They treat me right!

My sister and brother in law recently moved to Anchorage. We hauled his Indian Chieftain in the back of the pickup truck from NC. The staff at House of Harley were awesome and helped us download it from the truck, no questions asked! We walked around and spoke with several employees including the owner. All were genuine and helpful! Im returning to NC but my Brother In law and fam will definitely be back! Much appreciation!

Rudest HD store I’ve ever been in. Not one person spoke a word to our entire party of 6 people. Not even a smile or welcome of any kind for 20 minutes we were shopping. Refused to help or acknowledge our existence. Ended up putting hundreds of $ of merchandise down & walking out. Wouldn’t give this place a penny.Very disappointing as someone who’s been in hundreds of HD stores across the country/globe. :(

I stopped into House of Harley this afternoon just to look around and kill some time. In comparison, right after I left Harley, I stopped at another dealership right down the road, and they couldnt have cared less that I was even in their showroom. I dont like to write negative reviews, but the salesman Sam has warranted my first. Never before have I been so wholely displeased with someones behavior that it negatively impacted my view of the business as a whole, but his attitude and demeanor have dissuaded doing business with this outpost. Better to buy your bike in the States and your accessories online so long as he retains employment there. Not sure how courteous the rest of the staff is, so hopefully its a singular and easily rectifiable issue.

I have a 2017 Dyna Street Bob. After 9k miles I put a Screamin Eagle Stage IV street performance kit on it and substituted the cams for 585s. Base line was was 76.24hp and 97.23ftlbs-torque.The Dyno showed 112.49hp and 122.90ftlbs-torque.The bike sounds super fat! It rips! handles great in town.The service department (Amy), The parts department (Joe), The mechanic (Billy) and the parts manager (Deedee) all made it happen with excellent customer service.👌🏻 Thank you HOH!! 🇺🇸

Got a great bike but I had to make multiple trips back to sign things that they forgot about. The service department is a total scam and complete trash.

Dont have your hog servced here unless you want it damaged. Since nearest Harley dealership NOT owned by same person 350 miles away they have no competition so dont have to give good prices on hogs.
