These guys are the very best in town and I recommend them to anyone who needs a GREAT MECHANIC...Surprisingly if they arent able to fix something (which by the way is VERY RARE) They will tell you who can. Elliott and his crew have been working on our vehicles for a long time and they are, and always will be, our go to Mechanics. Ladies just an FYI they will be honest and fair with you too. I made an appointment within 2 weeks in advance, I also got an email reminder few days before my appointment. I scheduled my appointment at 8am and I got to the shop 10-15mins in advance.. I waited until around 840am and nobody showed up. Never got phone call or email again from them. Definitely not the best first impression and I dont know if it was just for me, but I wouldnt recommend a place that cannot complete their appointments.

I went in for a alignment an they gave me my truck back with the steering wheel turned to the left, and they said it’s ok it drives straight.So I took it to the dodge dealership an the had it straight an running normal, they said it was a bad alignment job

They work on my company fleet. Always get me in and out quick, very easy to work with. Recently they gave me a second opinion from what a dealership was telling me regarding a personal vehicle. They were honest, and showed me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle, turned out the dealership was trying to swindle me. Go with quality, and you won’t be disappointed.

I was charged $1300 and the problem was not addressed there were no diagnostics done on the vehicle when they released it to me. I immediately saw the the issue wasnt resolved before driving off the lot and I had the mechanic check out why the problem wasnt fixed and he said hes not sure he didnt run a diagnostic because I didnt ask him to. I asked him why he would release an undrivable vehicle to me without checking to see that the problem was fixed and he started spouting out a bunch of nonsense to cover his tracks. I finally just picked up the car after they told me when conducting the diagnostic after the fact that it was going to be another $2500 to fix a separate problem that they didnt even know about.I got a second opinion and had the new mechanic run a diagnostic turns out the total for parts and labor were only $169.00.The part that was replaced by quality tune didnt need to be replaced and the other part that they told me Id needed to get wasnt causing problems at all. Needless to say I will not be returning to this sketchy business and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Eliot is top notch! I would highly recommend quality tune for your vehicle. He is thorough but very fair. I had a recurring problem with my vehicle that has many other issue and he stayed focused and never tried to oversell. When the issue did not resolve he was great about communicating our options with me and persistent in solving the problem. He has since followed up with me to check in on the car. I am a young female with limited knowledge on auto repair and Eliot put me at ease that I would be well taken care of.

I have been taking my vehicles to Quality Tune for a very long time, and they have always done outstanding work, and the prices are very reasonable. Also, the owner, Eliot, is very honest and I know when I take my vehicle there I am not going to get charged for work that doesnt need to be done. Some places in town might be cheaper on certain things (but Eliot generally uses the BEST parts, so you get what you pay for). Ive done quite a bit of research on various auto shops in town, and Quality Tune is definitely where I would take my vehicle If I had the choice. Quality Tune has been MUCH cheaper on certain repair work than others, depending on the job being performed. They are also very quick. Highly recommend!

Elliot and his crew put new brakes front and rear , half shaft , and found broken bolt on fan belt adjuster. Squealing fan belt was driving me crazy but they found problem and fixed it. No problems with their work. Shop is well organized , clean and very professional. They did not try to do anything that was not necessary. I would recommend them with no hesitation.

I have had two very good experiences here- first with tire change over when I brought in the wrong rims, competent, fast, fair. So I thought of quality Tune when my sons car was spewing out clouds of black smoke recently. Quality Tune gave me an inexpensive tow company to call, the car was in the shop first thing in the morning and the cooling system hose was fixed, ready to go by 9am. I appreciated the honesty, efficiency and fair price. They could have told us anything, being ignorant about fixing cars, but they didt. Thank you for getting us back to work and on the road

I brought my first Alaska vehicle to Quality Tune because it was a short drive from my apartment and I could walk home or to the University while they worked on the car. I continued to use them because of that same reason. But as time went on, Elliot and the rest of the gentlemen there got to know my vehicle very well because as much as I tried to take care of it, the previous owner had not. There was no shortage of work that needed to be done on my Olds Bravada and the work that they did was high quality. They take pride in the job even if your car is a piece of junk like my Olds Bravada. Eventually the day came when I brought it in for repair and they explained to me that while they certainly COULD fix the issue, it would be a better use of my money if I were to use it as a down payment for something newer. So I bought a newer vehicle and continued to use this business for whatever I might need. We have moved to new locations since I first started using them, but I will continue to take the longer drive because these guys won me over with the quality of their work and their incredible honesty.

I had my car towed and the same day they started working on it. He kept me updated and all the prices seemed very fair. When I got the vehicle back everything checked out and it ran great. Haven’t had any problems with their work and I would highly recommend them!

Good guys. Never had an issue getting something fixed from them. Theyre honest, and if you ask them to, theyll show you whats going on. Ive had them pop the hood on occasion and show me exactly whats going on without dumbing their speech or insulting me as a customer.

I went to Quality Tune for several years, as far as I knew, they were great. after some time I found myself going to the shop more often, fixing things that have already been fixed. I went to get the ball joint replaced on my Jeep, this is where I noticed that they in fact where not fixing the correct things and charging me for things I did not approve. I looked at my receipt after I had my ball joint replaced and noticed it said REAR AND FRONT BALL JOINTS.... being a young, blonde, women I assume they figured I wouldnt notice. On most vehicles now a days there is only a front ball joint, not a rear. My jeep did not have a rear ball joint and they charged me $150 to replace a non-existent part. After this experience I took my Jeep to a new shop, one my father knows personally and had them do a full diagnostic of my jeep and review all of the parts that they said they had replaced the entire time I had gone to Quality Tune. Come to find, only about three things that they had said they fixed did they really replace, everything else I got charged for had not been replaced in several years. My entire steering unit went out (they said they fixed all of that), my heater core blew and corroded my front passenger side floor and electrical (they said they did not cause it) and my brakes I had them replace three times were never replaced. Needless to say I could have been seriously injured or killed due to their negligence. I would NEVER recommend this shop to even my worst enemy!

Elliot and his guys helped me out of a tight spot. Usually I change my own oil, but the other day, I stripped out the drain plug. They could have seriously taken advantage of my situation, but didnt. If I ever need more work done, you know where Im headed. Thanks guys!

Ever since I owned my first vehicle up here, Qualoty Tune has taken care of me.

They Tell you a part is going to be $630.00 and 100 for one hr labor and when you call auto zone they have the part for less then 200 and you can fix it in 10 minutes! Dont get parts through them without double checking another place first!
