Part requested. Told part was not in stock. Ordered part, called back 4 days later to find out the order had never been placed, and that the part actually was in stock all along. Arrived in-store to find the part was not what was needed (ignorance on that count was shared by the customer).
Called the phone line and an automated message started asking me if I wanted to save on life insurance. When prompted jo, the call immediately ended.
