Like any home improvement project, there are ways to have a home theatre without pros like ICD involved; but if youre planning to live in and truly enjoy your home, ICD can bring you to the next level and beyond.My wife and I grew tired of our soundbars lack of performance in comparison to our 75 TV so we reached out to ICD. We met with the owner Dustin at our home and never imagined the lengths to which they would go to get our home the system it deserves.Since our TV is currently mounted to an exterior wall full of studs, wires, and insulation we are having a wall constructed so our left, right, and center channel plus all associated cabling can be mounted and routed through the joist bay to an unused hall closet where all our equipment will reside in a custom built rack. All told we will have a 7.1.2 channel Dolby Atmos system featuring Focal, Yamaha, and Klipsch components!Working with ICD has been a breeze so far and we are excited to see their ideas and creative solutions come to fruition in the days ahead!Pictures of the current setup and speaker locations cutouts in the ceiling included

I contacted ICD for a service call to repair a broken wire for our cable TV (the local cable company would not do a service call). From initially contacting the company to the completion of the job the service was absolutely top notch. Luke was friendly and professional and arranged a service call in a very short amount of time. Matt and Sean who did the service call were very efficient and finished the job in half the time we expected. The customer service of this company is outstanding. I would definitely recommend ICD.

Worth the money.I am a VERY particular individual and Dustin & Co. have really impressed me.Post-build installation of full ATMOS system, a scaled-down setup in a separate location, full security system and future lines for an outdoor entertainment all coming together nicely racked in a very tight (by request) installation location in the upper section of a small hallway closet.Everything is clean, clean, clean. Pre-, post- and in-construction activity was clean and well kept. Not a fingerprint left for my discerning / critical eye to find.Communication was excellent with only a couple of mid-point execution changes by my request.Looking forward to exploring deck and outdoor entertainment A/V with ICD in the near future.

I have had ICD perform upgrades and installations multiple times at my residence and they have always been helpful, professional and thorough. My theatre room was not working optimally and by consulting on options I had atmos speakers added which significantly improved my overall sound and effects, amazing to say the least. I also had a UniFi WiFi system that was installed that improved my speed and connectivity throughout my entire house eliminating dead spots, I could not be more pleased. ICD is flat out the best, they are always available to help trouble shoot challenges I have faced, following upgrades and component changes. The team is always patient and helps me understand how to trouble shoot issues. I have updated my system 3 Times and there is always a learning curve with an upgrade and ICD takes the uneasiness out of making that change. I could not recommend a better Audio Visual provider.

ICD installed the data infrastructure for my company at our new office space. ICD completed the work ahead of schedule and took control over every aspect of its portion of the project, even the little things like serving as the point of contact with GCI for my internet site survey and install and procuring materials for my smart conference room. This saved me time, which ultimately saved me money. ICD is not only technically excellent, but each and every member of the team is a wonderful person. The young guys that performed the install said “Congratulations on your new office! This is really nice. How exciting!” That made me feel really good and proud. I would hire ICD again and recommend ICD to everyone!

I was having trouble with intermittent, unreliable internet and ICD, Inc. was recommended to me since it seemed to be an internal wiring problem in my built in the 80s house. They came, worked quickly and efficiently, explained what they were doing well, and now I have had reliable and consistent connectivity for 10 straight days!

I had a fantastic experience here. I came 2 separate times - the first, I bought some headphones. The second, a headphone amp. Both times I was greeted warmly upon coming in by clearly passionate staff members. I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Integrated Communication Designs. My HDMI cable lost its connection to my television, and I needed immediate attention. That is exactly what I got from ICD. Luke was fantastic at explaining my options and getting the job scheduled promptly. When Mat and Alex arrived at my house, they quickly discovered that my cable had inadvertently been severed due to some recent electrical work in my crawl space. They were able to quickly problem solve the situation and run a new cable from my television down the wall into the crawl space and out into the wall outlet behind a table which holds the cable box. Mat and Alex were both professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, patient, and laser-focused on doing a good job. Dustins service was exceptional. From TV setups in a new house, camera surveillance system, and all the rest of your technology needs. We just moved into our house and I said my first request is I want to be able to watch the Masters! Dustin made it happen and got everything setup. He is very knowledgeable and excited to discuss the different systems for audio, visual, and security. He will walk you through the pros and cons of each system. They are very creative in their design and problem solving. ICD responds quickly when you reach out. I would recommend them to friends and family!

Long review short:It is so rare to feel valued by a business today. ICD value you as a customer, are excellent at what they do and seem to enjoy doing it.
