I went into the Anaheim Hills, CA store and was treated like a valued customer - Miss M. Sanders was present on the day I ordered several sample quarts and the morning of pick-up - she was VERY helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her assistance has been invaluable and I hope to interact with her again soon :-)!! In addition, credit to quality customer service should be extended to all Team Members at that store, they work well together and they keep the customer engaged and informed about products they are purchasing. The store is kept very organized and clean, which in my books, is a BIG plus!!

I painted my kitchen cabinets about 6 years ago. Over time, the edges of the cabinet doors have become chipped and stained. Everyone told me I would have to take all the doors off and sand the entire thing and then re-paint - just to touch up these small areas. Instead, I took a cabinet into Vanessa at Sherwin Williams and she used it to custom match paint for me - which saved me hours and hours of work.Im sure it wasnt easy, but she took her time and worked at it until she created for me the EXACT color to match my existing doors. This meant that I only had to sand the damaged areas and repaint those areas.I know that places like Home Depot have a similar service but Ive tried it many times and the color never exactly matched. Ive always been disappointed. This time, I was not. I couldnt be happier.This particular branch of Sherwin Williams is always stocked well and always manned with professionals who are very friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend them.Oh, and ask for Vanessa if you want a custom paint match :)

Every SW store I go to is so slow and understaffed... Anyone who thinks SW is a good paint store never been to dunn Edwards. There are 4 people waiting and its not even busy.... Ive been waiting 20 mins and barely 1 customer. I might have to wait a hour before its even my turn. One worker for the whole store in the morning when its the busiest... just totally waste of time for contractors... horrible store. Contractors should try to avoid SW at all costs...

Excellent customer service, a little pricey but the service we received was outstanding.

Some time ago I had a Home Depot mix up touch-up paint for indoor repairs and I was never quite satisfied with the match. Close but not quite right, especially the sheen. At Sherwin-Williams, Vanessa (I think thats her name) took extra time and care to match the color and the sheen, which was somewhere between two standard sheens. The results are perfect. I cannot see where the new paint ends and the old paint new begins.

Good quality paint (Eco friendly) no smell and dries fast to finish.

A color was mixed incorrectly and had to properly match.
