My wife and I needed breast pump last minute and they had exactly what we needed. Emma was able to answer all our questions. The customer service was excellent and they had exactly what we needed and in our hands out the door within 20 minutes. Emma even remembered us a month later when we came back to return the rental equipment. Very friendly and genuinely cared about us and our well being. Would definitely recommend.

Very unprofessional. It wasnt good talking to the guy over the phone as he hang up the call on me. He wasnt familiar with the questions i was asking, although he was trying. I appreciated the time he gave despite the calls i heard at the background.

If I was able to rate this business a 0 I would. We decided to rent a semi-electric bed for my mother, she recently fell and is currently staying with me. The man who delivered it, Edgar came in with a nice attitude, at first. He brought in the supplies and grabbed a wrong pole, practically beating the bed to make it fi t. I asked him if he needed any help, but he resisted. We were in a hurry, my grandson had a therapy class. We ended up getting a phone call from my mother saying the bed didnt want to lift, she called O.C Medical Supply and the boy who set it up was trying to blame my grandmother saying she broke the motor. I know my mother, she would not touch any bed until there are pillows, blankets, and sheets. She is unable to get onto a bed without help. My mother told me she pushed the button and the bed didnt want to rise. Im assuming the mans supervisor came with him and was telling my grandmother that she was going to have to pay $200 for a new motor because SHE broke it. We threaten to get a lawyer and after calling their Manager they were finally able to get it replaced for free. The supervisor grabbed the motor and threw the mattress on the remote. They were both very mad. I was literally gone for 2 hours, and Im certain the young man messed up the bed. When I got there they looked mad, told us to get a lawyer, and pointed the finger at us, three witnesses. This is surely the last time I order anything from this company. Straight out of high school employees that will lie to stay out of trouble. No adult in their 20s would point the finger at a 70 year old woman who cant even move.

I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE THERE THE PEOPLE ARE REALLY NICE IF THEY ARE BUSSY LIKE THE TIE THAT I WENT THEY HELPED AS FAT AS THEY CAN THEY HAVE GOOD MEDICAL THINGS THAT U NEED AND THERE IS GOOD PRICES WHERE U CANT GET NOWHERE ELSE THEY HAVE A NEW LOCATION IN IRVINE WHERE IS EALLY NICE GO AND GET UR MEDICAL STUFF THERE FOR A GOOD PRICE

Thought the year old reviews might have been outdated, but I called today and clearly they are in it only for the $$$ the equipment is not durable either. At least if I paid for it it should last?

They had childrens pediatric slings and braces for arms and legs
