I have been using Compare Business Systems for my copier needs for several years. Part of their service includes repair. I had my system go down I had a serious error caused by my WIFI company which prevented me from scanning. Compare had Joe out within the hour and he had everything fixed. Not only that he provided an explanation as to what went wrong so that I know and understand the issues. I am not very tech savvy. Joe was patient and courteous and I would highly recommend Joe and Compare Business Systems.

I got a new computer and I couldnt set up scanning. I called customer support and they promptly got Dominic out here to help with the set up. It took less than half an hour and he walked me through the various ways to scan to my Mac. Great service!

And I just renewed my contract and the price went down and now I have two newer copiers with even better technology. Joe just dropped by for a preventative maintenance check and we are good to go. Our Copystar 5501 copier has been solid since we got it 2 and half years ago. Compare Business Systems service has been great. Always helpful. We are in the mortgage business and print, fax, scan and copy tons of documents each month. The machine has been great. Jams are extremely rare. Toner last 6 months usually and they are great about getting us more when we need it within 24 hours.I would definitely recommend their service, especially for offices that do large volumes of paperwork.

Is bad news when ever my copy machine brakes down like once a year but it is always nice to know that compare has very nice and professional people working to help you. when ever i get someone from compare comes to the office to work on the copy machine is like seen a friend that you have not seen in a while. very friendly people my copy gets fix on the same day they come and fast toner get here next day and here at the office we love the copy machine prints and scans very fast as well as fax. is always nice to talk to Joe very nice friend.

We were having a problem with our system after changing an email password. Kyocera directly could not assist with solving this problem, our own companies email services and web services could not solve the problem either. I reached out to compare and was helped by Shanney who quickly set up an appointment for us at 9AM the very next day. Not even 5 minutes later she called back and said she could have a service tech to the office within 10 minutes. Dominic was our service tech and in less than 5 minutes was able to find and solve the problem for very easily. If I would have called Compare first I probably could have had this problem sorted out and handled in less than an hour. They will for sure be my very first call next time. Thank you Brandon & Andy for being so helpful and patient with us. I had two other competitors visit our office & said they could lower the monthly costs & could buyout our lease. I called Compare for our Lease Agreement, and Brandon came by the next day. He read and outlined what our lease included etc. (my only issue with lease was the costs).
