Recently I had a situation come up where my husband was the only one who could get a new key to our storage, but my husband is incarcerated I told Dora. In my mind I said oh God how will I be able to get into my storage? Dora assisted me with information I didnt even know would work to get the key. Power of Attorney. Then I thought Ive got to get his signature and how would I do that. No visits due to Covid. So I called the Attorney we got my husband and he did the rest. This has been the absolute worst storage renting experience. After our unit was broken into and burglarized a month ago, only the hatch was broken so they told us to just put our lock back on it and use the same lock/key with new hatch. 3 other surrounding units were broken into also. The insurance company they provide they we paid for also has not responded to our claim filed back in February for our burglarized belongings. I called both the manager Angie and on site person Dora to confirm last week that we were moving out this Saturday and paid our final balance and confirmed gate/key/lock would work. We arrive today with our movers and our lock is gone and has been replaced with a new lock/key without our knowledge or without us having a key. We are locked out of our unit, no one has answered phones or emails and they don’t even get in until 9 and we are paying our movers who are here. It is so frustrating to have both an unsafe storage facility and extremely unorganized employees. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I love that it is all on one floor and the gates require a code to get in and out. The unit I looked at was clean and ventilated. I was able to use auto-pay and I like that it is easy to change it if I want to. Arsenio was great to work with. He answered all my questions and helped me make a good choice. This is my 3rd encounter with Extra Space Storage. I have got to hand it to you folks ...you sure know how to choose great employees!

My storage unit got broke into 2 times in 2 weeks they stole everything of value my mom who just passed away they stole all her jewelry ,priceless,also,my Louis vitton luggage and much much more.They take no responsibility for this....theres no light in my section and no video ,not even a sorry....all they said Is too bad u didnt have insurance,I regret that now...

Absolutely, can not say enough nice things about the Extra Space on South Adams. To say they have been helpful , does not give them enough credit. They have truly went above and beyond. I am the owner of a company and frequently use storage facilities around the country. I have never worked with one more delightful than this one. I had to have multiple things delivered to my unit and was not able to be there to over see any of them. I was in TN and would not be able to be in Anaheim for another month. The items were extremely important to our client and there was no room for error. So when one delivery went disastrously wrong, you could imagine my panic. The awesome people at Extra Space took care of everything, got all the items into the unit and even sent a pic to put my mind at ease. Just wonderful people , would have ended up costing me a lot of money and a client , if not for their extra effort to make sure everything was right.

I used Extra Space Storage a year ago and was very satisfied. I need to use them again and I just rented out another storage unit today because of the excellent service and the gate hours being more later than most storage locations. Angie was the one who assisted me and was very helpful and nice. I definitely will recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone I know.

Came in to Extra Space Storage tired and worried after thinking i wouldn’t have a safe place to put my belongings. Angie was extremely helpful and courteous. She explained how everything worked and they even had my niece and nephew coloring while they talked to me about availability and they had just what I needed.
