I have had only pleasant experiences with Renpho and the last time I purchased Renpho products. I had what I would call a great experience with the Renpho Air Purifier. Much better than the air purifier I have already owned. This air purifier is so quiet (on low mode) that I couldnt hear it. You can hear it on the higher mode but its low enough that it doesnt bother me. There is a timer and the buttons are easy to understand. The size is small that I can move it up and down the stairs easily. Very user-friendly. I have no complaints really about the Renpho Products.

I have purchased multiple items from this company (mostly through Amazon) and the product quality and value has really impressed me...but in my experience the customer service has been impressive. They monitor the comments and are looking to make things right if there was any dissatisfaction. The ratings on their product on Amazon speak for themselves...4-5 stars on almost.

The variable speeds and pulse pattern options make this a must have. The long battery life means you can massage every part of your body, and still has plenty of life left. I also use their scale and it is amazing as well  I recommended this company and its products.

Keen to buy a Renpho digital scale and body fat monitor but its almost impossible to find out what the difference is between the products they offer and what youre getting for the extra money, even on their own website. Amazing that a company can spend so much on R&D and marketing then hold their customers back by not providing good, clear information needed to make the purchase. Ive spent all morning on this and Ive finally given up..

I have used multiple Renpho products so far and they are good quality products. A shiatsu massager and a smart weigh scale. Both are really good and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I don’t write many reviews but the Renpho scale really impressed me! Their scale works so much better than the over $100 Fitbit scale! I had the Fitbit scale for a few years, it was difficult to set up, kept falling off Wi-Fi, and eventually had an error and kept wearing out batteries. The RENPHO scale was beyond easy to set up, it’s fast and syncs perfectly with the app and Apple Health. Did I mention it’s consistent? Works every time, the Fitbit scale would constantly need resetting and if you stepped on the scale 3 times in a row, you’d get 3 different numbers.In my option, scales don’t need their own Wi-Fi connection, Bluetooth is easier to set up and faster to sync.
