This company is fantastic! We purchased a CO2 Glavo laser from them earlier this year, and it has worked wonderfully. It produces crisp, clean, high quality marks on our ceramic paint coated tumblers, and everything else weve thrown at it. What few issues we have had were quickly resolved by their technicians, and explained to us so it didnt happen again. All around 10/10 product and continued service!

We have had our Radian laser (30 watt fiber galvo) for about 2 years and it has been the most dependable piece of engraving equipment I have had the pleasure of using. So far, it has been virtually maintenance-free and has run all day every day. The Radian support team has quickly helped us with the few minor issues we have had (mostly our errors).
