When you need a tool in a pinch, they will most likely have it here. I only had to do it once but returns are super quick and easy. Ratchet straps, tarps, towing equipment...they have it all.

Harbor Freight has thousands of items to choose from. My friend and I were literally shopping in store for hours. We went to buy mainly one item and left with almost hundreds. Any and all kinds of tools and machinery you can imagine and at dirt low prices. I even found a cast iron dutch oven....the type you can take camping with the hanging handle. My friend bought this for me and Ive been so excited to actually go camping just to try it out. The employees are very helpful when needed and did not disturb us while we were searching this massive store. I would recommend to anyone looking for that special something for their partner or friend.

Nice big store and clean. Employees are friendly. Watch out for people in the parking lot. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy and they dont hesitate to do a hit a nd run on vehicles parked in the lot. Looks like a lot of unlicensed drivers in the area.

Store closed 5 minutes early and when I asked them to please let me just grab something real quick they could of let me in to buy a switch and could of still closed early they said NO! Rude!!! Wont be going back. Ever!

Very knowledgeable staff, tools arent quite the quality of u.s. made, but they do the work, cost a small fraction of the price, and they are real good about exchange. And when you find tools that work, they last a long time. However the power tools are premium though.

Most of the clerks are pretty nice. The guys at this location seem to always appear to be bothered by me asking questions. Wish I were closer to the Anaheim store. They know what customer service is and Sometimes its just a smile when you make eye contact instead of an eye roll.

Not very helpful in trying to find a product that would be functional for me.

They had the bolts I desired. Found all the corresponding washers and nuts for me, notated the pricing, discussed different options, and made the whole experience pleasant.

They ALWAYS have good deals and sale items. Love this place. This particular store, not so much but I can usually walk out of any Harbor Freight with a nice addition to my tool box.

After inquiring about an item I couldnt find, staff checked inventory and found the item I needed and got me one from the back because the floor items were sold out.

Great prices on tools. You should always invest in top quality tools, but when the chips are down Harbor Freight deletes my frown. : )

Typical harbor freight but because of covid you have to wait in an isle to be next to go to a register, simple enough Right? No, the isle should be the middle one between the two registers, no its not its the far isle where you cant tell if your next or not, so they are constantly stopping the ongoing purchase, telling people to go get in line ,no signage and no arrows on the floor indicating where to go or where to line up. If only there was a store that sold duct tape or painters tape to add direction arrows to the floor or something....hmmm.Cmon fellas get it together!

Found what i wanted. But customer service? Well it could have been alittle better. I had questions but no one to ask.

Before I go into the cons, Id like to say the older gentleman who I think his name is Bill, is awesome and has great customer service skills. Store is pretty spacious, well stocked, and This store is busy most of the time. It is hard to find an employee who is willing to help. They seem to be understaffed. I once asked a female employee to see if they had a certain impact wrench in stock. She told me she would check as soon as she got a chance. So I waited to the side for about 30 minutes. The female employee, at first, was helping another employee at the register. It took three people at one register to finally get the line moving while the other register was just slow. After the female employee was done helping, she was just wandering about and doing nothing, no stocking, no cleaning, no nothing. At one point she was just leaning on one of the registers.I got tired and left the store knowing the female was not going to help me look for that impact wrench I had inquired about. Some of the local homeless/crackheads sometimes come in to steal like its normal. Just in and out. If you desperately need something from this store, by all means, but dont expect good customer service or any customer service at all.

Good place for cheap disposable tools. Quality on many products suck but so cheap so I dont mind that it may be a one time use disposable.

I know this store so well now I can go in and get whats on my list without getting to many extras. Although the extras are always fun to pick up. Love this store. They have everything. Other than tools my regular stock items are disposable latex gloves, disposable latex mechanic gloves, 3 sizes of zip ties, clamps, 8 round sandpaper disc in all grades. My favourite item is the cordless engraver. It works great on everything because everything I own has my initials.

Great place for when you Need that One Tool!

Every tool you never knew you needed until you saw how good the price was. It a great place for tools that you may only need one or 2 times. There is no reason to invest in a high price name brand just get the Harbor Freight brand and get the job done.

This harbor freight is the best. Its always the cleanest, most spacious one around. The employees are always willing to help and address customer needs. I live within half a mile of another harbor freight, but I enjoy this one so much more due to the size and cleanliness, I always make the trip to go to this one instead.

Good shopping experience, not crowded and clean inside. Tools and supplies are decent, nothing fancy. I would not recommend for certain power tools. But disposable pieces, tarps and some hand tools its a great value. otherwise you get what you pay for.

Harbor Freight always has amazing deals going on and have great coupons they send you when you sign up for the mailing list. The store is clean inside and the staff is helpful. If they dont have what you need on the shelf you can ask if they maybe have it in the back.

Great and friendly service. Cheap tools for the person on a budget. I would give 5 stars, but the parking lot was filthy and a literal paper bag full of human excrement was splattered on my truck in the parking space. Please clean your lot in front of the store or contact whatever cleaning service to have the lot cleaned every morning.

At first nobody could help me with item I wanted to purchase which was a table grinder that was on sale. I couldnt find on the shelves anywhere. Then the sale was over when i went back the second time but I explained to the manager what happened earlier and she sold me the grinder at the sale price. Place very clean usually well stocked and lots of parking lot sales.

I stood in line yesterday, older lady told the guy in the other line to come to her, I asked her why I was next, she said hes next, there was 2 separate lines, that was absolutely disgusting behavior. I waited to see if she continued doing that with other customers, she did not. Ill never shop at your store again as long as you hire people like this.

I love the prices on tools. I saved a lot of money on basics, over what I would have spent at Lows or at Home Depot and the staff were very helpful and polite.What I didnt like was the feeling of insecurity. There were street people in and around the store who were just hanging out, and or sleeping in their cars.While I as in the store, the back door alarm sounded. Someone took a shopping cart full of merchandise and just ran out the back.I plan to continue shopping at Harbor Freight Tools for the wide selection and good prices, but it will be at another location where I feel more secure.

Tool i needed very long pliers

I usually really like Harbor Freight Tools but today I had a flat tire on my beach cruiser and I was very tired from walking with my bike and I asked one of the employees (and he was nice this is not against the employee) but I dont understand why theyre carrying bike inner tubes at all if theyre not going to carry a 26in bike inner tube. This was just very disappointing after being stuck walking my bike for about 3 miles.

I feel very lucky that USA has this store. Well put business, quality differs from acceptable or awesome which does make it a value. Helps people be able to get what they otherwise hardly could. Example: Using 25% discount coupon to buy 10 lbs welding wire gets it for me at the price that in any other place I can never get it for! The wire is decent, if it welds poor for you it means you meed to get decent welder. Any wire will weld poorly with cheap welder. Yes Harbor Freight, long live!
