This company is very fake with their customer service. They do not return calls for weeks and refuse to admit when their employees make mistakes. I used them based on a previous recommendation when they were WinDor but B & W s work is not the same. I had an expensive item scratched by their inexperienced workers (in addition to window frames) and their owners ignored the issues and will not take responsibility. Buyer beware before hiring this company.

I had all my windows and sliding doors replaced by B&W LLC/Windor. Their workmanship and knowledge of installation was suburb. They were courteous and very clean. They even noticed a tiny scratch in one of the windows, which I would have never noticed. It was replaced in a short period of time.
