There is ZERO sizing or fabric information on their website, which is essential for kids clothing! Upon asking for that info via email, I appreciate that they responded, however, the answer was basically to come into the store to try on, instead of simply adding that info to the website. If I had the time to come in, I would have. So unhelpful and needs to join this century- update your website with essential info!!!

Speaking for the working parents, there needs to be at least Saturday hours during the month of September, one or two Saturdays. Even once per month? It is difficult taking time off from work, especially when your child needs to try on the merchandise for a comfortable fit!!!

Sofia, owner at American Casual, is the BOMB!!! She provided mockups of our school logo (free of charge), detailed comparisons of various products, and quantity discounts. She made the process smooth and easy for our PTSA, creating our store on her website the day we requested it. For delivery, each product is individually wrapped for each customer. She also include a sign off sheet for the school so that we didnt have to create one. All these little details end up being big when you are on a PTA/PTSA and are volunteering your time for the school. AMERICAN CASUAL IS A+. You will NOT go wrong ordering your school products here. Theyre awesome.

Placed an order for my daughters P.E. uniform. Staff was very helpful and polite. Called me within the hour and let me know it was ready for pick up. They made this a very easy stress free experience. Will definitely be placing another order for my husbands work uniforms, the prices are very good

American Casual is the clothing vendor we use for our High School Sports team Spirit Wear. The customer service we receive is excellent from start to finish! I highly recommend!!

I had a horrible experience. I ordered online and was planning to pick up my daughters uniform. A couple days later American Casual rep called and left me a message to see if I wanted them to drop it off at the school instead. I called them back right away and accepted their offer. When my daughter went to the school office they didnt have her clothes. I called American Vasual back to find out what happened. They told me they didnt have a note anywhere and that they still had it for pick up. I explained what happened and the girl said to hold, when she came back on the phone she said only her and her co-worker take calls and that neither of them spoke to me. I am so disappointed in their customer service. They pretty much called me a liar instead of fixing the mistake. Instead of offering to sent it to the school on the next drop off she said to pick up at the store. She was also very rude!!!

They created 2 online web stores for our staff and students. This has been huge for me. When the items came in, all of them were prepackaged and ready to be delivered in-person. This was huge! They were so flexible with extending the order deadline and top of it, they completed the order before Winter Break.Pre-COVID, Ive used American Casual for our spirit wear items, PE Clothes, ALL CLUB SHIRTS, staff gear, and even personal shirts Ive needed created.Sofia, the owner, has been huge in maintaining this relationship. I was looking to get some T shirts printed for my company. Found this screen printing company in Anaheim.They delivered my shirts in 5 days which I thought was pretty good. I am also going to use their embroidery service to make me some baseball caps with my company logo.

I wish if theres option of no star for this store ,they promised to ship the school uniform to the school in 2 weeks, now 4 weeks and I am still waiting, also they called me yesterday before and asked me to come over to the store and pick up my order,but i said I am not accepting that .

My biggest gripe is to arrange to take time off of work because advertisement says closed Sat. Get to the store to day to find they had Sat hours 10-2 every Sat in August.
