What great service Santiago and his crew gave me on short notice. I needed a amp and sub install and they came threw and hooked me up the same day. I would highly recommend them. Definitely coming back.

I honestly feel like these guys did the impossible. Best Buy installed a head unit it took them two days and they destroyed more parts than they fixed. And I have gone without a Soundsystem in my car for about a year now and I felt like there was no way of fixing it. They took my car in and had it completely repaired with a new sound system and fully functioning within three hours. My mind is literally blown. They’re good people. They care about their customer for sure. I would definitely recommend and I plan on going back.

Yesterday Saturday July 16, 2021 M/S Car Stereo warehouse in Anaheim they:They Tinted my car’s windows and installed a Navigation with DVD and more accessories This took quite a long time, which went very quickly because of they were very friendly and generous.I want to thank Tony and Nabil for there very nice attitude and company, I also want to thank the professional team who work hard in my car.I recommend Car Stereo Warehouse in Anaheim to anyone wants to do accessories in there cars.

Santiago is a great guy with good intentions but long story short. I brought my 2017 Honda Accord with a cracked screen and left with a $1,450 bill with a stereo with the most simple thing not working AM FM, my side camera not working, my top screen not working, my rear view camera not working. The camera they gave me for free was installed off center and terrible position. My seats were dirty with hand prints. Overall a terrible experience, I rather not deal with them anymore and call my money lost. If you cant do the job put stuff back together instead of screwing people over.

Update... 3rd Car completed by Rami and team... And as usual. Quality, High End work all the way through. From start to finish- selection of the right speakers, amp, use of factory locations- to expert installation and then of course listening to the great sound system they created!Top notch all the way around! Would give more stars if possible.Ive taken two cars here... Always knowledgeable and make good suggestions based on what you are looking for. Installation was fast, clean and without any issues. They were even able to custom fabricate a bezel for the next head unit.Overall, They have competitive prices, knowledgeable team members and expert install. You cannot go wrong!

Came in to get a stereo put in my lancer, staff is respectful and professional first and foremost. Trans friendly which is always an awesome thing and had the parts needed to replace my giant ancient system in the car, parts on hand was very impressive. Price was very reasonable HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYTHING AUDIO RELATED being put in your vehicle.

I purchased my Viper Alarm here, over 2 years ago, Ive had a lot of problems with it, including getting locked out, when the alarm goes off it takes not less than 30 minutes for it to alert my phone, and as long as 7 hours to alert my phone !!!This means if my Tacoma is stolen, it could be in Tijuana, before I get an alert, now the passenger door sensor doesnt work, I paid. just over $800.00 for a REALLY unreliable alarm.Then I went back to them. After I got locked out, they told me it is still under warranty and instead of waiting 4 weeks to get the main brain repaired they would give me a new one out of the box. for $50.00 I agreed then 3 weeks later it wasnt responding, and I looked at the part they replaced, It was the Same part, they never replaced it, just charged me $50.00 and said they replaced it. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. Dont come here !!

Place was absolutely phenomenal super glad I did business with them. Got great speakers and head unit for a great price and the service was the best Ive had in a while. They finished well before they said they would be done and were extremely knowledgeable. With all that said they also properly followed all protocalls and they also have 2 separate work areas one for wheels and one for speakers. Overall highly recommended over anywhere no matter how far you are because they also did the work the same day for me.

I had a really good experience here, they really care about you and take good care of you. I got my windows tinted and I was really satisfied!!! It didn’t take long and I got attended really fast!!! I‘ve had my dad get his alarm and much more things done here in the past and he is still really satisfied and would recommend family. THE WORST!!, customer service ever. The owner was rude beyond belief, rushing me n hovering over me every chance he got. Lets not forget the fact that he was usless in helping me with a simple wire harness problem, that when i tryed finding the part myself he said i wasnt aloud to touch anything. Flat out insinuating i was going to try and steal something. Like i need to steal anything, im walking around with $900 in my pocket. So i finally got over beeing in that store n tryed purchasing a stereo wire harness n he hits me with a $75 price tag. U GOT ME FUKED UP....NEVER going there again.

Do not support this business! These people will rip you off. Ive spent close to 3k at this place and Ive had nothing but problems with my BMW sound system. I should have just stayed with the stock unit. These will botch your car! And you take it back and they sell you more things to fix what should have been working properly in the beginning. The technicians here are horrible at their jobs! The sales people are even worse! Ill be filing a BBB complaint as well. These type of businesses should is a shame to the community.

GREAT JOB! I love my new alpine sound system and everything was installed so nit. My wheels are awesome 👌 Sam was a great help keeping me updated on everything and making sure I understood everything that was getting done. Price was pretty good for everything that I got done! The thing I like the most is that if anything is wrong they take care of it right away!

Rami was the sales person who took the time to listen to what I exactly wanted, price compared, and gave me top brand components installed for a reasonable price. The shop took my car in a Friday which I thought would never happen. I drove out with my perfect audio system. I’m very satisfied and I think you’ll be a happy customer as well.

Rami is the man hooked me up big time.Update: So everything was working great until this past weekend, I went and tried to do my own diagnosis but could not figure out. Called the guys back at the shop and told me to bring it in and they will take a look at it. My connection wires were shorting out and they went ahead and fixed it and replaced the wires. This is why I am a repeating customer, or I always send my family or friends their way.

About two years ago I had my jeep wrangler set up with an awesome system at a great price. All of my friends love driving with me because the sound is so great. My car is like a concert setup, its that good. Other than their great systems their customer service is outstanding. Every time I visit the guys over here treat me like family. Despite my system being bought two years ago, if I ever have a problem I can drop in without any notice and they take the time to help me out and solve my issue. They did an awesome job repairing my 3rd party after market alarm system on my 1994 Nissan frontier. The assembly in the door that locks and unlocks the doors that are controlled by the remote alarm had fallen as part. They were straightforward and honest about what had happened to it then repaired it promptly. The job was quick, the staff were awesome and the repair price was great

Brought my girlfriends 2007 Mercedes E350 in to get an updated stereo with all the modern amenities and also a backup camera installed. Santiago greeted me when I walked in and listened to what I wanted and recommended a system that did everything I wanted it to do without breaking the bank. I went in to defiantly upgrade my stereo on a newly purchased 2007 Honda civic SI...found out the factory amp and speakers were blown on left side. A lot of repair was needed and I wasnt told...it defiantly shows I love this car! 6 speed. So about a week ago they installed stereo, new 10 speakers...the next day they installed blue interior lights KOOL! and 10 500 watt subwoofer... And I ordered the intake system. No one tells me WHEN will the order will be complete. One thing I hate is giving up my car for too many hours and too many times...I agree on price I feel I got robbed a little.I have a lot of cleaning supplies in my trunk. Protecting my subwoofer is necessity and I paid over $3000 for all mentioned. So why wouldnt mounting subwoofer as well as a cage to protect subwoofer...just wondering...and I am still yet to know when part will arrive. I am job searching...I have interview Monday for full time job that I need...wont be able to fit car time off to finish...let me know please!

This place is awesome. I have brought my camaro and my Jeep to get products installed. They are friendly and will work with you on pricing. Both cars I had LED headlights and fog lights installed and have not had any issues with them. Have also had wheels and tires done on my camaro and I absolutely loved them! First time going here. I just needed a single din radio to replace my stock and run sub amp wires. Stereo was $79 and amp wire install was $80. Installation of the radio, stereo and amp wire install some how come to a total of $340. I waited 2hrs with noone else in line. I was already tired after, paid and left. I should of just gone to my local Advanced Car Creations in Garden Grove.

Ive coming back and forth here for hid headlights constantly not to mention the type of labor they do here. Not pleased with this place at all I came here because of the good reviews but totally different experience for I guess.

Just walked in to purchase a speaker ... cost a little more than expected, which is fine ,I get that ... However I went to just plug the 2 wires in ,speaker will not work ... went in for a return not even 5 minutes after purchase. Wanted to charge me $33 to restock .. Unbelievable... good job with bad customer service... never again will I EVER deal with an audio store ever again

Don’t recommend this place if you need an alarm system. They charged me 300$ which is fine for a 200$ system plus the labor, but they broke my door lock actuator and I had to buy a new one from them which was an additional 200$. They didn’t want to take responsibility and gave me attitude the whole time. Not friendly people.

I brought my car to get a new full system (around 7 thousand dollars, and after I pick up my car one of the switches was not working ,they offer a communication between my new alpine top of the line stereo, didnt happen the were asking for 350 dollars more.i end up not paying for it but this delay my business travel for half a day, my tinted window has to long knife scratches in one window and the other one has a hair in the midle of the window, we also had the pilar door rap and one of the sides was of level and patch up with another litle piece.And you can see in the pictures this is how they claim 20 years of experience.Dont do the same mistake I did.They are very friendly but this dont justify how dangerous this instalation was done!Ill be posting more pictures once I stop by the dealer and Ill let you know guys how do they handle this matter.I think is fure sure this void permanently my dealer warranty for life.

Loved the customer service hut I got ripped off. Sold me speakers with installation for over $200. The speakers were at walmart for $80 the 4 speakers and found somewhere where they did the labor for $40. So I did get ripped off. Not going back there again. Too expensive. Save ur money and go elsewhere

Excellent worksmanship, custom personalized work, reasonable pricing. These guys are Wizards and can do the impossible. Every other place I went to told me they couldnt add a DVD player to my Toyota GPS system but they did it without disabling or inhibiting any of the factory GPS audio.

Came in on Black Friday, right off the bat I was greeted by Santiago. He is very friendly and professional. I came in and asked about getting a leveling kit for my 2018 Silverado and told him exactly what I wanted. He showed me the best leveling kit for my truck and sets of tires and ended up purchasing the leveling kit and a new set of tires with installation for a great price. A day later he went out of his way and looked for better tires that I would like better than what we originally went with and decided to go with the new tires. Im glad we went with the new tires, my truck looks way better. I got the rough country front shocks and americus 33 inch AT tires. My truck sits badass now. I will definitely be coming back to get more stuff done to my truck.

I dont want to discredit others reviews since I suppose anything can happen. In our particular case, we were treated with a friendly demeanor. I do think there was a bit of an attempt to upsell, though nothing major. To be honest though, I see it as part of the hustle. Again, it wasnt by a huge amount. After asking some questions though, the upsell (again, this was my perception) item was discarded. The guy attending is was nothing but respectful with no attitude. The service and product we purchased has held up as of the date of this review. Should anything change Ill update this review, but as of now, our experience was a good one.

I needed a stereo for my new Crown Vic Police Interceptor and stopped by on Sunday to check prices. I was going to just by the unit and install myself but, they gave me such a good price on the unit (Pioneer) I asked how much for the install. It was a little more than what I had on hand but he got me out the door for the cash I had. They did an excellent job and even installed the mic for the bluetooth phone use which I wasnt expecting. I was out in an hour. Highly recommend these guys. Im going back this week for a window tint.

They advertise $99 for tint but thats just to get you in the door. Once youre inside they try you charged you $300 just for regular tint they told me if I wanted a 99 deal its only for three windows how ridiculous is tht.

Car stereo warehouse is doing it right!!! went in yesterday to upgrade my radio for my dodge truck to something with iPod capability and touchscreen. The guy that helped me out was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling, and at no time did he make me feel like i had to buy what he thought was good. he simply gave me all the options and we were able to figure out the right deck for me.(I ended up going with a Pioneer) I was shocked we he intially said the car was going to only take about an hour and a half to finish. sure enough by the time i walked down the street got something to eat and came back my truck was pretty much finished. they gave me a quick How too and i was on my way. Thank you guys for your great service.. I will be sending all my friends to your place!

I went in for a back-up camera, just a back up camera. When they handed me the keys for my truck, they had installed a new radio system, which I did not want, and the old radio was still there in the car not working. I had a stock factory nav system and the new one had to use your phone to work, the screen is smaller and there is a black microphone handing from a piece of molding. I have Satellite radio in my OEM system. I have to add an additional unit with an additional antenna hanging somewhere in order to get my XM stations. Anyway it is just a mess and not what I wanted. I tried talking to them and told them this is not what I wanted and for them to remove the system and replace my old unit. They refused unless I paid them to take it out. I filed a police report but the police cannot interfere in sales matters. So now I have to pay someone else to remove this system and put mine back. I then still need to get my BACK UP CAMERA INSTALLED. This company has some nice equipment, lots of stereos and wheels but their customer service is the pits. The one star is not really the right response but there is not negative stars to pick. I ONLY WISH I HAD LOOKED AT GOOGLE BEFORE I WENT TO THIS PLACE. CHECK OUT THERE OTHER REVIEWS.
