Love the new shower! Couldnt be happier with everything we received from Reborn. The initial appointment was with Mitchell and his knowledge on the material and the process was incredible. The initial appointment took 5 hours and Mitchell was very patient and went above and beyond to figure out the best way to get our shower installed. He was incredibly accommodating. Andrew was our installer and he was great and efficient. The one day installation is real and I highly recommend this company to anyone.

All glitz and smoke/mirrors. Everything they did on our job was subcontracted to whatever piece worker they can get ahold of that day. The backsplash tile guy arrived and did not have a work order or diagram of what was to be done. He wanted us to tell him what to do and he was about 10 tiles short of what was agreed upon. The only guy who seemed to have any idea of what to do and did it correctly was the electrical contractor.

Updated 4/28/2021: Ive had to revisit this review due to workmanship of work being less than adequate at this point 4/28/2021. Its been over three weeks without work being completed. The workers used the counter tops as ladders and broke the very granite we were trying not to harm. Granite was broken in 4 different places.The company sent out a project manager to look at the job. He reordered doors, molding and many other parts. Its like the job is being completely redone!The inside of the cabinets had nails driven through the cabinet walls. A lot has gone wrong - what can go wrong had gone wrong!I will come back to update this review as the job progresses three weeks since the start of the initially quoted start to finish time frame.To be fair, Ill come back when the entire job is complete and update the review. It is our hope that Reborn, Inc comes through with an excellent, properly competed job soon.I cant wait to see the compensation package theyll offer for the inconveniences experienced, along with the stress it has caused the lady of the house. Ill post to keep everyone updated.Reborn was secured through Costco, who seem to have very little control over anything...It is true that they do have a nice big showroom. Excellent customer service willing to help while inside showroom.

We have done resurfaced kitchen cabinets. We got contract done by Costco. Because people love Costco and we do too! Costco has lot of signings contracts with them as well.Anyway, but they were very professional and recommended for next time too!Work wise very good and attitude was very professional too! Horrible, worst customer service ever. Need a replacement parr and its a joke the part is just sitting there and nobody can ship it to me. Its been 2 months of calling, on hold, repeating the problem over and over again. They keep saying we will contact you and nothing. So over it

Reborn replaced a walk-in tub with a shower. I have now complained about a cracking noise emanating from the shower pan no fewer than 4 times. Each time they promise a response within 24 hours. Dont believe it. Absolutely no response from Reborn. Slick operation, but so far, no support apparent for unhappy customers.

We had 4 installers, Tariq, Jesse, Robert, and the Project Lead, Jesus, that magically transformed our 22 year-old kitchen cabinets. They did a wonderful, professional job and I truly appreciate their professionalism. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Reborn Cabinets!

Reborn did a very good job of our cabinet refacing. We got connected via Costco. It was not cheap, but the quality of the workmanship and finished product was well worth it. The attention to detail was excellent. I would highly recommend using Reborn.

They were very courteous and took time to explain what their plan was, and they kindly gave us a heads up on when they would turn off the water. They were careful not to hit our stair railings or walls as they brought in the shower pieces or took out the bath tub. They put down drop cloths and made sure to clean up after the installation. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. They were just super nice guys and we are very happy with their work.

Eduardo Gomez and Daniel Sandoval did all they could to make our experience pleasant. I loved them, and their work. We hired Reborn to Reface our kitchen. The 3-day job took 6 weeks. Many mistakes with the work, and many teams came over time to try to fix things. Its still not perfect. But it looks nice/new. The workers were great. The product that the company does isnt top quality, and mistakes occurred over and over. Raymond Gutierrez, Jorge Gomez, and Joseph Gilges also worked on it. Thanks, guys. You did what you could, with what Reborn gave you. Their mistakes are not yours. Hopefully we can resolve the issues...

Just had our kitchen cabinets refaced by Reborn Cabinets and couldnt be happier. The installers, Guillermo and John, were great! They were on time, professional, explained the progress along the way and made sure I was happy with their work. They even went above and beyond and covered openings under my cabinets after I mentioned the challenge of keeping my cat from sticking her head in them over the years. The cabinets look great and I was pleased with the whole process!

They take advantage of Seniors, they charge too much and they love it when the customer is not fluent in the English language. They also fail to tell the customer that their interest rate might go up after 6 months. Why does a company drive from Anaheim to Cathedral City.? Have they exhausted all the residents in Anaheim that they can con?. They might paint a pretty picture and be extremely nice and polite but PLEASE BEWARE Watch out for all your senior friends and family members.

I had my kitchen refaced I did off white shaker cabinets. Took out my black oven and replace with stainless steel to match my other appliances. They also built a new drawer under the oven. There was AC copper frigent line got accidentally cut & Mike made sure everything got repaired & working again, before finishing shower conversion. Beginning with our sales man Rick (Kenneth) Lewis, we have had an excellent experience with reborn bath solutions. He was a very personable man. He was thorough in explaining the product he had to offer.We had two bathtubs removed and two walk-in showers installed. David and Matthew were our installers for one bathroom and we felt they were outstanding. On the second day Omar and Lacory came to install the second shower. Both showers were installed in two days. HORRIBLE SERVICE. do not do work with them. my bathroom from October 2020 was never fully finished and the team does not communicate and is very unhelpful. we paid in full and it is now July 2021 and still have not received information on our issue and are trying to fix it. The cabinets were manufactured with care and that care was evident throughout the entire process. Reborn refaced our cabinets (from 30 yr old wood). Very professional, timely process from start to finish. Sales to installation handoff was smooth, no surprises.In a large remodel this was just one project but it set the bar for all other contractors and was by far the most efficient and professional before, during and after installation. Ohan and then Christian did a great job as project managers, very responsive and owned every detail. Ana was the most meticulous mesurement taker Ive experienced.Nick was our lead installer (working with Tyler and Tocla) and was so professional and expert that he made this piece the least anxiety-inducing. Nick answered a million questions, discussed options while installing and worked so cleanly and efficiently we were beyond pleased. Thats why when there was a tiny mistake (addressed immediately and professionally) it wasnt a big deal. Reborn Bath Solutions recently removed the tub in our master bathroom and converted it to a beautiful walk-in shower. Our experience working with our team was exceptional. Our sales representative George A. was very knowledgeable and carefully explained all our options for the conversion. He was professional yet very personable as well and we felt he really cared that we understood everything to make the best decision.Our installation team (David A., Blake L., and Andrew A.) were fantastic. Originally we were told the job might take two days, but these talented craftsmen started at 8:00 am and stayed until 7:00 pm to finish the job in one day. They were professional, courteous, respectful of our property, and kept us informed throughout the day. They were pleasant to be around, worked well together and when my husband looked in from time to time he could see the care and precision they put into their work. The quality of the completed shower is outstanding and we are very pleased.

My wife and I became aware of Reborn through a good friend whose kitchen had been remodeled by them. We were so impressed by the work done and our friend’s experience with the company that, once we’d decided to to have our own kitchen “refreshed,” we contacted Reborn’s Anaheim office. We were not looking to do a complete remodel but a refacing of all cabinets and drawers, and the replacing of the sink and two countertops. After meeting with Scott: to walk through our kitchen, to look through their showroom to choose cabinet/drawer styles, countertop and sink types, and finalize work and financing contracts, a schedule for demolition/countertop measurements/kitchen refacing/countertop installation was put together by our project manager, Erick. Both Scott and Erick were professional, personal, interested in our vision/goals for the kitchen, and attentive to our questions with respect and good humor. The refacing team of Eduardo Gomez and Daniel Sandoval were exceptional! From taking great care to protect floors and existing furniture, to installing the fixtures we’d chosen with precision, expertise, and attention to every detail, they completed a projected three day job in two, leaving the site clean and better than new. The countertops/sink are to be set in three days time, but we have every confidence that we will be as completely satisfied with this work as we have been with the entire project.

We hired Reborn to resurface our kitchen cabinets in our home in Burbank and could not be happier with the job our team did. They look totally flawless. A million times better than the old, tired ones we had. The team also took so much care when they were in our house. And they were fast! They finished the job a day ahead of schedule. Yaser Khodaei and Zach Campbell were the installers who spent four days transforming my kitchen and they were wonderful! They carefully protected my existing countertops and appliances, masked everything off so the mess would be contained in the kitchen, and cleaned up everything perfectly when they were done. They did such a wonderful job making my kitchen cabinets perfect, I cannot thank them enough!

Installer Michael Carver had the task of re-finishing cabinets built in 1980. On day one he came ready to work, had his tools/equipment available, and worked almost non-stop. The kitchen looks so much better and finished very professionally. Michael was easy to talk to, kept us in the loop about the job. The job was delayed a couple days because of some drawers needing some retrofitting, but Michael came back to finish the job on New Years Eve by 6PM. We plan to have our master bathrroom remodeled by Micheal in the near future. Great installer, cabinets and company.

I talked to the lady inside Costco about refacing my cabinets. Later that day, I received a call and set up a meeting with a company rep. 2 days later we met and discussed refacing. She stated that since this is through Costco I can save a lot of money. She then informed me that Costco will pay for all new handles along with 10 new doors or drawers free of charge. After looking at samples she informed me Costcos offer of handles and doors is only good if I sign a contract that day while she was at my house. I informed her I wanted to get a few more prices and she then informed me again that unless a sign a contract today, Costco will withdraw there offer. In the conversation, she called her manager to see if she could get a better price. It was extremely bothersome that she spoke to her manager in Spanish knowing I didnt speak the Language. She kept asking me why I dont place the order right now. This is certainly no way to conduct business. Who in the world doesnt get a few bids on a $25,000 job

Joshua and his crew were so great to work with, so conscientious and meticulous. The shower in our master bath came out amazing and we are so pleased and would recommend them to everyone.

We had our Master Shower done by Andrew A. and John R from Reborn Cabinets INC. They where so nice and perfectional while doing the work. They had all the right answers when I ask a question about the job. Loved how John was cleaning up as they were demolishing my old bathroom. They cleaned up and swept, I loved that. They left no mess the 2 days rhey where here.

The service I received was a installation of a new bathtub/shower. Art was very professional. We had our shower remodeled. He replaced the shower pan. We had new walls hung. During the demo Art and Jonah cleaned up everything. They explained what they were doing and kept us informed about everything. Our shower was in bad shape. Art showed us how bad and told us what he would be repairing. He did an awesome job. Our walk in shower is bigger and way better than before. We are very happy with the job Art did.

Beginning with our terrific salesperson, Steven Llavsky, everyone at Reborn was professional, helpful and great to work with. Our head installer Eduardo Gomez was outstanding. He informed us all along the install process, answered all our questions and really cared about the quality of our install. He arrived promptly as promised and cleaned up each day. He took special care to protect our flooring and appliances. All the guys that worked with him were outstanding, James Ellis, Tristen Romey and Ryan Robinson all took pride in their work and paid close attention to every detail. Christian, the project manager stopped by twice to check on things and he made us feel like a valued customer.Overall we can’t say enough about Reborn. They are world class and made our kitchen and master bath look fantastic! If we could give them more stars we would! Great staff and great job on our cabinets! Thank you Reborn.

Hello my name is Anita I live in Camarillo Ca. I had two men Henry and Trevor show up on time, they were wearing the mask and staying a safe distance from me . I was having a shower taken out and a Bath and shower put in, I was amazed at how professional Henry was and how I was able to see the quality work that was done , the work you never see when things are complete . They worked very well together every measurement that was given to Trevor came back exact and did not have to be recut . They cleaned up as they worked taking all the mess with them. That surprised me that they didnt use my trash cans, its really nice knowing everything was done so well that not only did the end result turn out to be beautiful but I have no worries at all about the quality of work behind the beauty , I see why Reborns warranty is so good , I hope to have more work done in the future hoping to have the same two men . I would be happy to refer Reborn to anyone . Thank you

Ive used Reborn Cabinets several times over the years and am always impressed by the quality of the end result and the care they take in installation. Many thanks to Jesse Jones who helped us recently to reface some areas that were newly exposed after some kitchen work - his work blended seamlessly with other work that was done by the company many years ago. Highly recommended!

We signed up with Reborn Cabinets Inc. through Costco to reface our kitchen cabinets. (We also had a new counter top, sink, faucet, etc. replaced. Waiting for the plumbing to be finished next week.)From start until now, Reborn has been very professional, clean (even during and after demo) and installing the new sliders for the lower cabinets. Juan and his apprentice Wills were very polite and accommodating with our questions... Juan was the one to come back to prepare our wall for the tile backsplash and everything went perfectly.Mario Munoz - what can we say about Mario? He is very polite, professional, meticulous and a perfectionist. Mario kept our home as clean as he could. There was a lot of dust from the job, but it was kept out of our family room as much as possible. We truly appreciate what Mario did with our kitchen! He is a wonderful worker!!!Our plumbing should have been completed 9/17/2020, but the plumber found some things out when he arrived and wants to do a good job the first time... we of course want that as well and agreed to reschedule for 9/22/2020. We cannot wait to have this complete but feel it is worth the wait.

Justyn and Will came to install and reface cabinets and drawers in our kitchen, and they did an amazing job! They were on time and efficient every day, and they were kind and helpful. Their work is exquisite and clean, and my family and I are incredibly pleased with how everything looks. They cleaned up after themselves and maintained a professional attitude every day they were here. We truly couldn’t be happier!

Not worth the high price. Unprofessional and bad customer service. We were so excited to get our bath and shower redone in one day, by one company. We thought it would be so much better than Home Depot where you deal with several subcontractors and Home Depot takes no responsibility for the work.We may as well saved money and gone with Home Depot. Such a headache. First, they call us two days before and say actually came to tell us it cant be done in one day like they promised. Then they dont show up. When they do finally show up, they install the cheapest fixtures, even though we paid extra for nicer ones. So we call and call and email and over a week later someone else comes out to fix it. They came and did half the fixtures! So we now have half what we wanted and half the cheap ones. Still trying to get someone on the phone....
