Tina and Joseph were both great!!! I told them I wasnt going to be at my rental when they arrived. I asked for a call in advance when they were on their way, so we can meet there. They had no issue with me not showing up until they were done with the installation. This is my second home with Alert 360. They are awesome! Definitely recommend them!!!

My experience was great!! The GENTLEMAN who responded not only fixed the 2 minor problems but checked every window and doors that are alarmed, the fire alarms and motion detectors, giving me piece of mind that all is well and I am safe! He did not rush and took his time checking everything and answering my questions. This company is a great alarm company and the cost is very reasonable! I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!!!🍀😉🌈🦋

We called Alert 360 after ADT told my husband that we would be getting charged only $600 for the equipment they would be installing. My mouth dropped and I called Alert 360 since my parents home has this set up. Not only was David Olsen (from Sacramento) AWESOME, he explained many things and helped us with many other things! Installation was $199 and they offered everything plus a few extras for that price! I would go with Alert 360!!

From the time that Travis entered our home we could sense that you do what he was doing. Courteous friendly and assured he had been briefed on our problem. Expecting just a short visit he took the time to upgrade our panel with a new 4G computer then made sure that all zones were functioning properly. He found that two windows with alarm devices had not been programmed and added those into the protection. He checked my wife’s medical pendant and added two way communication through the panel for her peace of mind. We give him five stars for thoroughness and now have a more reliable system. 👍

Technician Minh arrived within the appointment window. He was friendly and courteous. He checked all features of security system and made repairs and replacements as needed.

Job was less than 30min. Quick and he ask questions about any problems with the sensors, I said no. Ask him questions and he answered them and he was done. Very professional, very good job. Thanks

Great customer service. The technician corrected the issues we were having with our cameras and with the “lights” section of the Alert 360 app. He was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and followed the recommended COVID-19 safety precautions.

I was having trouble with the key pad after replacing the backup battery. Tina H. was very helpful in solving the problems. she came in and check the errors and walked us through how to interpret the error codes and reset the clocks, she checked the system and make sure everything is working normal before she left. Had this system for about a year and a half now. There have been many bugs in the system because of weak data signal here. It would fall out if sync at least once a day. Then you have to reset alarm. Then it was hard to activate the alarm and deactivate. Took so long we fall asleep waiting for it to set. Most of the time it would not set. So finally I calle them again and a very knowleable person showed up , Tina and put a WiFi booster on the alarm and made other adjustments she is very good and deserves a huge bonus since she is such a good asset to Alarm 360. Gave it a four star rating because up till Tina showed it was very unreliable.

Mr. Mingh arrived 30 minutes early and did a Fantastic Job reprogramming my Alert360!video recorder that was offline not letting 4 of my eight cameras record. He also adjusted 3 of the 4 cameras not working for better views of what was happening on my property. All cameras and video recorder were on line and working properly when he finished. Mr. Mingh was respectful, knowledgeable, and very competent in his diagnosis of my offline situation.Wednesday October 14, 2020 I was very fortunate to get Mr. Minh for a second tepair to my Alert 360 Security System. Mr. Minh was again very punctual arriving five minutes early for my 1pm appointment. It took him amazingly 15 minutes to repair my system to normal. Mr.Minh listen to me attentively and encouraged my input for assistance in diagnosis of my situation. He was very respectful and courteous.When I saw him I knew I was in good hands. My 360 video App was not recording and he solved my camera issues in a few minutes. THANK YOU MR. MINH😀
