Personnel is attentive and quick. We bought the dress in 05/2021, we were told it would be there in August, we stopped by early September and they said it would be there til Oct.Today October 21 we were finally able to get the dress. I know its out of their control, but at least keep the customers updated/informed.

The dresses in this store are pretty amazing. The staff is ok..As some of you know, my fiancé and I are planning to get married in March (YAY!). We went here to find a nice reception dress. They have a section just for quinceañera dresses. And another for reception or ball room dresses. Just so you’re aware, each is managed separately and require a separate appointment if you want to try on.Just in case you’re wondering, their dresses start from around $500 and go up a few thousand dollars per dress.We had an appointment when we walked in. The staff was pleasant and escorted us to the reception dress section. There we were transitioned over to another staff member who did not speak English at all. Not even a single word. And no other staff came to help us communicate. Needless to say that selecting and trying on dresses and asking questions was not the most ideal with Google translate.But in the end we found an incredible and relatively inexpensive dress. There was a small alteration that needed to be done to fit Kristina’s body frame which was initially extra, but the staff actually nicely offered to make that for us for free. They even gave us a nice matching veil for the dress at no additional cost.Overall, we had a good experience shopping here and would highly recommend the place to anyone who needs formal women’s wear. You may want to bring someone who can speak Spanish just in case :)

The place is very unorganized, owner is rude and wants to give you something you didn’t ask for or payed for. it only comes to their (her) benefit. owner demands her workers when their busy. we ordered what we want or to get alternaciones and they don’t do it. i would give this place a 0.Don’t come and waste your money

My friend recently went to Moda to look for a dress for her Quinceanera and the staff were horrible. They wouldnt help her look around because she has dark skin and they staff were only helping the light skinned girls. If I could I would give this store 0 stars!

If I could rate zero stars, I would. I went here looking for a prom dress with my friend and we were the first ones inside the prom section and my friend got to try on one dress before they ignored us. For two hours. Every single girl that came in got to try on a dress but even after we had perused for an hour they still wouldn’t let us try on anything because those girls were “ahead of us” even though the prom dress section had no reservations. I truly do believe that they didn’t want to let me try on a dress because I am a black woman. They did not even ask if I wanted to try anything on. Would not recommend if you’re getting anything other than a Quinceanera dress.

Really liked this place we made an appt to try on some dresses and we were gonna be late due to traffic and they were nice enough to wait on us. Once we got there we went all in and my daughter n niece started trying on dress after dress they looked so beautiful it was hard to decide so well be coming back lol but these were my favorite on my daughter n my niece

This place is great. One stop shop for all your needs! It was great bc as the family we were able to just sit & relax at the tables. Enjoy & watch as my daughter got pampered in trying on as many dresses in this store as she wanted however many times she wanted. We did go back twice since we had months in between before our debutant ball. On the 2nd visit is when my daughter made her final decision. Even though we thought she made her final decision on our first trip. The helpers were helpful.My daughter totally felt like a princess!!!

Moda2000 was great they where so kind and patient I went to go get my quince dress it was a good experience with them and the people I got to met there

When I realized I got scammed from another store, I only had 1 week before my quinceanera. Luckily they were able to get a dress of my dreams here in Moda. When I tried it on, there was a big dressing room for others, and while there was little to no privacy there, you could also ask to go to a different dressing room which is what I did for my last dress fit. The staff was so understanding, and caring they allowed us take photos, and show us how to help me tie up my dress. They were very quick on helping me and my family. My final dress fitting had loose sleeves, and under an hour they were able to fix the dress and steam it. They are truly professional.

Amazing store!!!! The owner is beyond fantastic. She knows many of the designers personally and even offered to get me the custom beading I wanted. Sooo many beautiful choices at this store. I highly , highly recommend coming in and taking a look--beautiful gowns here you cant find anywhere else!

Not a fan of the dresses on the floor. The ones advertised are gorgeous idk what happened. They say do to Covid, but there advertising them sooo??? Also one changing room for the girls, they have to remove their top there. No privacy my daughter wasn’t a fan, but the girls helping were nice. My advisor I guess was Bere mmmm, she was “friendly” the two times she addressed me in our 1 hr appointment that was shared with 2 other girls. I did move my appointment up, but made sure they had an available time slot. No further help offered except to set aside the only dress my daughter liked. Price was definitely cheap. Not bad but the material is comparable to the price....We were supper exited to shop here drove 2hrs and left empty handed, even though the XV is 2022 I figured I’d walk out in love with something & set aside her dress.

My daughter found her dress here, customer services was ok - it seems like sales matter more than anything (of course). Place can be a bit more clean and well more organized...with or without appointment you still have to wait. My main disappointment with this place was that even though my daughter may not be able to have her sweet 16 due to the current pandemic they did not want to cancel my order - dress was still not ordered yet they refused to cancel and said they could not do anything about it. So now we are possibly stuck with a dress we will most likely not use because of the current stay at home orders. SHAME ON YOU for being so inconsiderate to all girls who will not be having a birthday party due to the pandemic. You are definitely missing some ethics! I personally wouldnt return here...nor I would recommend but ultimately its your choice.

I came to this place to find my daughters quinceañera dress. This place greeted us promptly and friendly. Great selection of dresses that my daughter liked and they had good pricing. Sales lady Berenice was very attentive to my daughter and us. Not pushy at all. It was very appreciative. They even had a snack bar (not free) since we spent so much time there, the snacks helped pass the time.

Pretty much just Quince and prom dresses, also wedding dresses. No dama dresses. Prom dresses on the pricier side though like over $200. Very sparkly. Almost every dress had glitter and sparkles so not really the place to find something more sophisticated.

We came to Moda 2000 to find my daughter’s dream dress. The entire staff is very nice, professional and always willing to help. My daughter had a certain style in mind but the style did not match the color she was looking for. However, Paty our sales rep went above and beyond to help my daughter find what she was looking for. It only took one appointment and we came out with two gorgeous dresses and all the accessories. Coming to Moda 2000 was the best choice we could have ever made. It’s a one stop shop. When I went to moda today Blanca was the one who helped my pick my Quinceañera dress. Blanca was a wonderful worker she make you feel welcome at moda. I personally like Blanca was every helpful!! I had so much dress I wanted to try on and Blanca help me make sure the dress was perfect fitting. All staff where so nice and helpful. I love Moda 2000!!!

My daughter is having a Quinceanera and was really undecided about what type of dress she wanted. We went to Moda 2000 and had the BEST Experience. We were welcomed when we walked in. We met with Patty who was so very friendly, helpful she sat with us and explained the different styles to my daughter. She was so patient and took her time with us. She let my daughter try on many different dresses until my daughter was happy and found what she wanted. I felt like we had our own stylist, Patty is the absolute best , she met all of our needs and they had so many Beautiful dresses there Everyone is really friendly and helpful. And they even let you take as many pictures you want. My daughter was so happy she could post pictures. The prices are very responsible for the type and beautiful dresses they have. I highly recommended this store, You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Patty and staff for helping my daughter chose her “Dream Dress”

Doesnt Matter Whether An Appointment Is Made Or Not. Wait Time Til Attended Is Approximately 30 Minutes Or More. Just A Large Warehouse With Dresses. Selection Is Vast But It All Appears Very Cookie Cutter-ish.

PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE BEFORE YOU GO....YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT THEY RUSH YOU AND THROW RANDOM ITEMS AT YOU. They make you feel like your options are limited so if you dont say anything theyll give you anything as long as they get your money and you out the door. Their motto is probably HURRY, PICK, AND PAYBTW, i paid over $1,000 for a dress and crown.

I do not recommend this place at all... First of all I had called to schedule an appointment when I arrived they couldnt find my appointment... They ask my daughter and I to look for dresses so she can try them on, it took an hour to try the first dress...Come to find out all the girls trying on dresses have no privacy, they have one big open room and are ask to remove their blouse...I understand that some girls are comfortable but there are others that are not...Plus it doesnt help when the employees helping them dress look at them whisper and giggle among themselves ...Making then feel uncomfortable ...So my daughter special day became her worse day... As a mother I believe our girls should have their privacy and their special moment...They should have their own dressing room and own special experience...I really hope Moda 2000 takes my advice and makes changes with the fitting rooms and gives each quinceanera their privacy and own special moment ....

The staff is busy at times attending to customers,dresses that are on the rack you cant buy but have to order one and wait for it. You can book an appointment to try dresses or you walk in free with a couple people ahead of you and wait a long while,They also have quinceñera dresses that were pretty standard for a quince but was a bit funky looking,staff can be persuading you to buy more things instead of just a quince dress which is overpriced,changing rooms are messy and staff can be rude.

I had a good experience trying on dresses the staff treated me amazing even though i didnt have an appointment i found my dream dress and it got here earlier than expected i also got my crown that i lovr but my only complain is that when we got my crinolina it smelled so bad they said it was because it was on a boat for a while and thr smell of fish got to it, they got us another one that still smelled like fish but not as strong they told us to put in the sun to get the smell out but we shouldnt be struggling with these problems after paying so much money!

This place is the worse. The staff is not attentive at all. You cant just buy a dress off the rack you have to order one and wait for it. I called ahead and was told I could take home a dress that day. The very few they did have available were some of the ugliest dresses Ive seen. They also have quince dresses that were pretty standard for a quince but with the staff not paying attention and the couple staff I did talk to being rude I would not recommend buying from here.

At first, I was very excited about the dress that I ordered in this store. Until I got home, I noticed the dress was not in well condition whatsoever. Pieces from my top were falling off. Please check your dresses before leaving the store. I would not recommend this service to anyone. This really ruined my event , and I am very dissapointed. At first, I tried on the House of Wu Quinceanera Collection I saw the official tag on the sample that I was trying on. But, when I look at the dress that I ordered , there was no official tag at all.
