Great customer service, affordable, family owned and have been in business a really long time which is always a good sign!

Ive been here several times for maintenance work (which usually turns into more than maintenance work since my car is 15 years old) and have never been disappointed. They are professional and seem competent and their quotes are reasonable and the work is done quickly. I just wish they didnt close so early.

Service was great! Mechanics explained that the flush service might not work on my old vehicle. They asked if i wanted to forego this service. I told them to go ahead any way. They did a great job and while at it they found a vacuum leak. I asked them to repair it and add it to the bill. They declined to add it to the bill. Very nice and courteous. Will tell my friends about them.

John and Jerry who run this establishment are the best. Theyve serviced my familys cars for the last 25. I Drive 50 miles 15 just to bring my car for service...

Ive been coming here for over 30 years and can honestly tell you this is by far the most honest, knowledgeable, and straightforward automotive, tire, and really all things automotive related center Ive found in Orange county. Jerry and John are no nonsense and to the point. I trust their integrity and honesty completely and Im as skeptical they come.

I was in a rental car on vacation and got a flat tire. The rental car company was useless and sent me to another rental place who actually directed me to West County Tire & Automotive. I was so thankful for them! John was SO helpful and kind and the team happily saved my tire. I really cant thank John and his team enough for being so amazing in such short notice. I don’t usually write reviews but this time I can’t hold my myself. I went this morning with a flat tire to the store. Jerry took care of me right away. Not only that Jerry was very nice, he was extremely professional. They were able to fix the issue in no time and didn’t even wanted to charge me for what they did. I don’t take it for granted and really appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I’ll definitely give them my business in the future.

Before our 6 hour trip back to Phoenix, we had a low pressure error, so we called up this place to get a price and time estimate. Both were 100% accurate. The man on the phone was very friendly, helpful, and seem to have our best interest in mind! They located the nail in our tire, and patched it up, all in 30 minutes and for only $25. Super friendly, very fast, and great prices, would totally recommend! (:

Was stressing out over bringing my car in after driving over a nail on my way home from work. I get anxious going to repair shops because I never know if its a quick fix or if itll be an unexpected big expense, and since I was walking in without an appointment I was nervous Id be impeding on the shops schedule by coming in. I shouldnt have worried at all though, John helped me out right away, assured me he could get my tire patched up no problem and didnt try to upsell me on anything. I was out within 30 minutes and $25 later, and I couldnt be happier with how easy the process was especially when I wasnt feeling too confident about it at the start. Hard workers and friendly people here with fair pricing. Id come here again for my future car needs. 👍

We are one of the many that purchased an RV to travel during Covid 19 pandemic of 2020. With a used title in hand and little experience in the RV world, we traveled from Iowa with several items that should have been fixed prior to our journey out west. Through my sisters referral, we put our trust in West Co. Tire & Automotive Inc. Every day I would add another item to the list of making sure our motorhome would be safe to travel back to Iowa. From the moment Susie pleasantly answered the phone to Johns extensive background knowledge and Jerrys pleasant conversations, we knew we were in the right spot. A great big thank you for installing new tail lights, adding two batteries w/ secure cables and a new water pump. We thoroughly enjoyed the time out west with family. Other reviews are spot on. I had a screw lodged in my tire. They fit me in that day with their busy schedule. They fixed it for under $30 in less than an hour. I ate lunch at the nearby Subway and it was ready by the time I was done. I also saw them treating other customers very respectfully. I highly recommend

I have been going to Good year for 15 years maybe longer! I had a problem with my tacoma humming. Went to 3 different Toyota dealerships. They all told me it was something that happens to Tacoma s around the years of 2008. John told me the humming was a front wheel bearing. They fixed it among other things and my truck doesnt hum and rides as smooth as did when it was new. These guys are the best!!!! I recently moved to Arizona. I drove all the way from Arizona to have them do some work. The wheel bearing was a huge bonus!!!!

John the manager/owner is very friendly. I have an Electric Car and this was the first time I needed to replace tires he was upfront and honest with me. He also told me I should not do a brake fluid flush saving me money. This guy is very trustworthy fantastic place.

John took such good care of us. We got a flat on our way to Anaheim and he got us taken care of with a set of 4 new tires (the others were in need of replacement too and we knew it) for a fantastic price. He offered us a ride back to our hotel, and arranged things so we could pick up our van after they closed because we were working late.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of West County Tire & Automotive in Anaheim for many, many years. They are dependable, honest, and great at what they do. They have an excellent rapport with their customers. An added bonus is they are avid baseball fans, as are we. They have an amazing collection of Angels memorabilia in their lobby.We have referred our family and friends to them, and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them.

Got here around 7:40ish. Employees were starting to open. As soon as clock turned 7:59, a guy opened front door. Found out his name was John. Needed my transmission fluid changed and replace front brake pads. He was honest about the front pads. While I was waiting, I overheard him talking to other customers, he did refuse 1 service cause it was not safe and not the right thing to do business wise. I was impressed. At the end, John told me my total (which was a lot less than I was told at other place...I used to go to) and I was completely satisfied. He even told me about $25 promotion gift card I qualified for. I have looked at other GoodYear locations and was not happy with the reviews I read. I am glad I came here and met John. I would recommend this place any day. Thanks....

It can be a little unnerving to get a screw in your tire when you are 700 miles from home. My hotel was unhelpful in recommending a place to take my car but on a quick google search I found West County Tire and Auto (A Goodyear Place). After reading the reviews I decided that you dont stick around for that long of a time period without being honest to your customers.My car was patched and ready to go within 45 min. The price was reasonable for pulling the tire and patching it. Jerry even told me to come by before we headed back to home and they would just check it out and make sure it was looking ok before the long drive.They made me feel comfortable and even let me nervous chatter in the lobby with them the whole time I was waiting.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing tire work, or any other work for that matter. Trust is something that is earned, and West County Tire definitely earned mine.Thanks Guys!

Im never coming back to this establishment. I brought my car for a simple tire change. The guy gives me a good price and i follow up the next day. They installed the tires and about a month later the tread is more than 60% worn down. I notice the weight balance wasnt properly down. I suspected someone also adjusted my alignment because i had just got that done at the beginning of the year and it rode fine. So i take my car back there and watched the mechanics work on the tires. They had to use my tiny little jack that comes with the car. Laughable. Once they were done, i paid. I went to inspect the car instantly i can see FROM A MILE AWAY THAT the mechanic didnt screw my lug nut in all the way. He did this for both side of the car. This could have caused serious damge to the car and myself and other. I CANNOT TRUST A PLACE THAT CANT EVEN SCREW A LUG NUT ON. How they hell they have 4.7 stars is beyond me.

I always buy my tires here. They have great service and excellent prices. They also do many other services for your auto.

Had an awesome time in anaheim ..came up on a flat ..the dudes @ west county are the greatest..good service .good price..Goodyear .they even checked my spare tire and made sure it was dependable..I actually had to leave and come back such was no problem as I was in town visiting Disneyland..the shrine to the angels in the lobby was cool and gave me something to talk about as I am a big baseball fan..I recommend them.
