They never have what I need. Always out of stock. When buying the whipping cream make sure that is not expire. To bad they close the location in Pico Rivera. They always had everything I needed it.

Well I was really to found this place, but when I was in there omg very disappointed because they dont have anything what I need I was excited because in the videos and pics they have in the website they show a lot stuff but honestly they dont have anything very very disappointed because I drove to many miles and I just lose time and gas

Needs to be open for more than a few hours and employees need to be more clear. Asked if they were open sundays, they said yes on the phone. When I came in they were not open.

Drove 45 mins to get there and found what I wanted. A box of 2 pack clear hinged container for cupcakes. One to share and one to enjoy. My small company needs have always trusted this store. Ava Js Cupcakes approve this store.

I purchased to take a class.They called the day before to say the class was cancelled and an instructor would call Monday to reschedule. Monday comes and goes never received a call I decided to call on Wednesday told them I never received a call and there was never an apology so I told them I would like a refund person on the phone told me their manager came in later on that day and would receive a call in regards to the refund , I never received a call. I called back Thursday no answer but conveniently after that phone call and no answer I got my refund . Bad customer service will not shop here or take any classes very unprofessional

I was so excited to come to this bakers bodega after going to their Baldwin park location because this was much closer to me than that one but after coming here I dont mind the extra 20 minutes firstly they had limited stock of everything and is looked like it was going out of bussiness or something l. Secondly their staff I found was very rude one of the ladies who seemed to be a manager didnt really even seen to care whether or not we were taken care of they seemed too busy talking amongst themselves. I brought a friend with me that day and I had told her how awesome their Baldwin park location was so when we got here we were both very underwhelmed at the other store they make you aware of all the discounts that apply to you and encourage you to take pics and tag them with hashtag and location for a discount. Here however the cashier in a hushed voice asked the lady who seemed to be in charge and she very rudely told her if they know they know if not then dont give it to the them which to me was a little disrespectful both to her employees and to me and my friend will most likely not be coming back

I use to love going to the Pico one before the new location. Being that I had to commute between Maywood and Santa Ana. I waited for the Santa Ana location to open and I can’t go anywhere else. They always have a working printer for images. The girls are wonderful specially my image girl she always helps me maximize my page, rearrange my images and reminds me of the discounts. I probably visit this location 1x a week and she is the only one that remembers me. Lately the box selection has been limited and the gum paste pre-made bows. But they said new shipment was coming in. Because all the customers from Pico wiped them out while it’s grand opening. So I understand & classes I really want to take one will do soon with Ale.

If they dont have what you need let them know and theyll try to get it... the classes are good and easy to understand

False information to pico Rivera one is not open have people driving for miles coming to the pico Rivera one the website states it’s open and then they tell you to go to Anaheim when you live in LA why are you going to drive all the way to Anaheim very poor poor customer service

The products they have are of a very high quality, but their customer service is getting worse and worse, the boy who is always there is a lack of respect from him towards customers, as if he will give us things, but we pay for them and that you always have to keep it in mind, especially if you dont like to battle with people who stay at home.

Everyone is very attentive and efficient in helping you find what you need.

I have come a few times, because I live in Riverside, but EVERY TIME I come there IS NOTHING that I generally need, what I am looking for is Fondant and I never find the size or the color.
