I purchased a home last year that had 4 sunscreens sold and installed by Classic. All looked and worked great. After the strong winds we had a couple months ago , one blew off its tracks. Classic came right out and repaired the screen. That evening our outside lights and irrigation stopped. We assumed it had to be due to the work they did that afternoonI was put in touch with Jason , who is one of the owners , and explained what we were experiencingHe didn’t question us or try to ignore it. He just said , let me send my electrician out. He did , the electrician came out on a Sunday , and fixed the problem.That is great customer service. Not matched by many companiesSo with their great products, prices and customer service , why go elsewhere? I will recommend them to friends and neighbors with no hesitation.Thank you Classic for showing how much you value your customers business .

Repeat customer after a few years. Process went smoothly. I knew what i wanted (shutters), they came to me with samples and price points. Deal signed the same day. They rushed the order and were flexible when i had install date adjustments due to construction delays. Will go to them again for sure.

Have had Classic install plantation shutters throughout my entire house. They are perfect even though they were installed over a year apart. We did the street facing side of the house first followed by the rest of the house - can’t tell the difference between the two installs. Also used them for custom closet doors this is where they really shine! We couldn’t be happier with Classic. I love that they are a family owed local business.

Very difficult door to install in the laundry area. Uneven wall cut-out. They were able to customize the woodwork and make it look perfect. Would recommend them to family and friends, thank you for your professionalism, Cecile

Ive used this company for retractable screens (on every door in my house), shutters for my entire house (they were better quality and less expensive than Danmar), vertical blinds, closet doors (perfect in every way), and most recently, awnings that retract up when you dont need them. Home Improvement Success! Im very pleased with Classic Home Improvement Products as I recently ordered shutters for the front of my home. I called around to a few other vendors and got little assistance. Classic Home Improvement showed up, on time and provided a reasonable quote. I placed the order and (6) weeks later my shutters were installed on the front of my home. I have renovated my home from the ground up while living in it. Ive had CHIP come in and install a slider door for my bathroom off my bedroom and I just love it. My bathroom now feels 5 times larger and it gave a fresh look to my bedroom. The installer was on time, cleaned up after himself, and even took my old door out for me. While bring in the new and taking out the old, he never hit anything which is great to...Ive had them also install shutters in my bedroom and I couldnt be happier with them.I would highly recommend anyone to use them... I recently purchased a new home in the Orchard Hills, Irvine community and needed new blinds and window shades. My family and I just moved in and there was a privacy issue since there were no blinds and I knew that the sheets and paper we temporarily were using had to go and fast.I found this company originally on Yelp and did my research and when I called to scheduled my appointment, I explained that I needed to get this done ASAP. They were able to get me in for an after hours appointment which I very much appreciated. I was not able to find this in other companies as I was calling around.I was told that I could have my blinds installed in around 3 weeks and they called me in 2 weeks and again was able to schedule me for a late appointment. Very impressed by their customer service, friendliness and their installer Cesar was great.

I was very impressed and appreciated a phone call from Cesar saying that he was ten minutes away from coming to my house and would be on time for the job. Just a comment from the Fords. We had Classic Home Improvement install our retractable french door screens as well as a retractable screen to our door out to the garage. They did this almost 2 years ago and we still love them. They are very professional and do excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact on my neighborhood website I have had several people asking who installed my screens and I have given them, along with the neighborhood website, your name and number. Great products, great service, but pay with a check and save 3%. They have installed 4 bypass mirrored closet door sets over several years and they are the best - both install and product hold up to tenants and pets.

Used this company to get 2 retractable screen doors for my home. Had seen them all over the place and thought I would give them a try. There staff was very professional and I received some of the best customer servicer I have ever seen threw out the entire transaction. Very pleased with quality of retractable screen doors. Installation was professional. Very little of the original opening area was lost and that was my concern. Decals for sticking on retractable screens to prevent damage due to walkthroughs are difficult to find. CHI provided some.

The double retractable screens were installed on my pocket doors today and they turned out great. The guys at CHI are the best!!! Im picky, and I would not hesitate recommneding them.

Very disappointed with this Company. When they installed my plantation shutters they did a wonderful job so I went back to them for a rear screen and a hall way door and the service has been horrible. 1st they never processed the order after talking with them and I had to call repeatedly to see what was going on. They never sent me what I asked for and had to call again. Then the measure the door and again, no call on the quote or any emails and I had to call another 2 times to get them to send it to me. Very disappointed with the service this time around. It sould like they are very busy and I suggest people take your work to another Company.
