Let me start by saying I live in a rural area as far away as one could be from Scott Walker Audio and still be in the US of A. Scott and Colby did everything they could to make me feel comfortable in my purchase of a very large and heavy speaker set. I received excellent communication throughout in all forms…email, text, cell and that seemed to be almost any time even with our time difference.Needless to say all went without a hitch and I received my TAD speakers in beautiful condition thanks to Scott and his crew.Thanks to all at Scott Walker Audio for a great job!

AMAZING experience here. I am still pretty green when it comes to audio equipment, but i know top tier customer service. Colby helped get me set up with a turntable to fit my needs and stay in my budget. Took time to explain the ins and outs to me and even helped me get it set up and demo it in the store. No pushy sales tactics and spent really focused 1 on 1 time with me even though i wasnt buying the most expensive equipment.I was intimidated stepping into the world of hifi audio, but Colby really made it feel accessible and earned a customer for ALL my future audio needsThanks guys!

Everyone is very down to earth and will spend as much time needed to make sure you get what you are looking for.My girlfriend just got into audio and I setup up a small system out of extra bits I had laying around. She ended up using it a few times a week for the past few months so I figured I’d get her something a little more modern.I contacted Kolby and setup a time to come in and addition some integrated amps as my girlfriend wanted something as simple as possible. We arrived and everything was setup and ready to go. They even went through and let her addition different components.We took a lot of their time and they were very nice and attentive during all of it. I found SWA through Audiogon. I purchased a pair of B&W 803 D2s from them Feb 2020. The photos of speakers online were very good and representative of the condition exterior condition. That said, they did not remove the tweeter cover to inspect/photograph them. Upon receiving them (shipped CA to FL) and inspecting, I noticed that both tweeters had damage. I contacted Colby who I worked with on the deal and he brought Scott into the fold. I have to say, I was impressed with Scotts response and upfront willingness to do what was right not only in offering to accept the return if I wished but to also replace the tweeters if preferred. I chose to keep the speakers and they sent me replacement parts promptly and rectified the experience/issue. I agree with one of of the other reviewers that email communication was not as prompt as may be desired; however, by phone/text they were quick to respond. All in all a quality audio adviser/dealer.

I picked up a lightly used pair of Martin Logan Summit speakers that arent even broken in yet. I emailed Scott last night and less than 24 hours later, Im sitting here looking at and enjoying my new speakers. Quick and painless. I looked over the speakers very closely and they are literally perfect. I saved over $5000 by finding Scott. I couldnt be happier with the price, product, delivery etc etc. Cant think of a thing Id change about the entire transaction. Thanks guys.

Scott Walker Audio, IMHO, is one of—if not the—premier audio retailers in the entire USA.The cool thing about Scott’s business and his lineup of high end gear is that you are never pressured to buy any particular brand. Although he seems to have an allegiance with ultra-premium brands like Magico and Synergistic Research, you will never feel compelled to include these brands in your bucket list of audio must-haves (though I am a HUGE fan of both brands!).Scott and his crew (and this is in particular, a shout out to his colleague Josh Doyle!) absolutely rock. Earlier this year I had difficulty getting a response when coordinating with SWA via e-mail. Since then, the owner has taken very fast action to help resolve everything in just a few days. E-mail is probably not the best channel for trying to reach this team, when on the phone they are extremely responsive to customer needs.
