From the moment we discussed our move with Evergreen, until the last box was off the truck our moving experience was great! Everything was thoroughly explained to us and everyone we spoke with made us feel comfortable and confident about the move. The inventory was done carefully and every box and piece of furniture was accounted for. Our belongings were carefully loaded onto the truck and delivered in the shortest possible amount of time. Everything was unloaded and placed where we wanted it carefully with no damage to the new home or our furnishings. Moving can be stressful, but Evergreen and Mayflower made it seem effortless. I highly recommend them!

Had a local move with them a few months ago and was thoroughly impressed with how great their staff handled my needs. From the gal behind the counter giving me updates, the crew at our house, and the swiftness with which they finished the job. A special thanks to the gal for bringing out the boxes before hand. So Helpful!

We us them for Island Home Finishes shipments and were absolutely thrilled with Mike Cherry, the GM, and the company.

Not impressed. When the movers came to load the truck they found several items that were behind boxes that didnt get packed at all by this packing company! Very disappointed.

I wish I could give less than one star. I called this company to set up a move and storage for my upcoming deployment. I asked if they had storage space to store about 1.5 bedrooms and if they could have it packed up sometime before the 20th since that was when I was leaving on deployment. They told me yes they had space and while they don’t usually pack/move on the weekends they could do it sometime between the 15th and 19th. We set up a day for an estimator to come out and check out my things. Unfortunately, with a busy military flight schedule I had to cancel and the second time we had it scheduled it didn’t work out either. I will say the one small redeeming quality was how understanding Katie was about this and started contacting me via email to continue my move. We had multiple exchanges daily over email about how much stuff I had/ how many boxes I would need/ how long I’d need it stored for, etc. I even sent pictures to help faciliate the understanding of how many things I had to pack. A couple of days went by and there was radio silence on their end. Finally I called them a few days before we had discussed them coming out to pack up my things and was speechless over the conversation I had with Katie. She told me she “definitely couldn’t have anyone come pack my things up Friday or Monday” (I leave Tuesday) and that her warehouse had no space for the rest of the month. I actually thought that I had misheard her I was so confused. I asked her when she planned on telling me this (it had been multiple days since I heard from her) and she told me she just found out that day. Not to mention she was rude to me on the phone and had a tone as if I was inconveniencing her. I was very upset and she said she had another option for me. Hoping she was going to work out how to get a crew out to me that weekend I started feeling better. Until I realized she was giving me the number to another company. As if a moving company will have availability on such short notice. I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is and how rude their workers were to me on the phone. When I got upset with her and asked her what the point was in her telling me that they could pack and move my stuff a few weeks ago when she didn’t intend to do that at all she said “well when I did your quote we did have space but we don’t anymore” ...what??? Unbelievable. I advise you to go somewhere else because here I am 3 days before I deploy scrambling to pack my things myself and rent a uhaul because Katie and the evergreen team dropped the ball. Awful company with awful employees.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Scheduled a military move and dates weren’t confirmed accurately. A simple customer service respect training should be conducted. Backlashed and claimed a FALSE report of my words. Wish I would have recorded the conversation. DO NOT USE FOR MILITARY MOVES.
