A big KUDOS to Raul in the furniture department! He was very helpful with the dining room set that I have been waiting months for. He helped me maneuver the app to order online and get all available discounts. He was very patient with me as I definitely am not a techy when it comes to that stuff ! Very courteous, kind and professional, the big box was very gently and neatly taken apart and loaded into my car as it was too big.Thank you again Raul !

Not a bad store that carriers thrifty items. I feel its under staffed at times, and when picking up furniture always double check your item as twice now that gave me the wrong items.

Surprisingly good selection of pottery for outdoor plants and a lot of good memorial day, 4th of July selections. Nice outdoor furniture reasonably priced. It is sort of a hit and miss place. But its worth stopping in to see whats there.

Nice big store ,a pretty good selection of products! Employees werent tentative to the need for an additional cashier when lines were getting backed up . One cashier is fine but when another person is needed jump in !

Great prices and great customer service

I was actually in the store to pick up a Roadie delivery order, and the gentleman at the checkout counter was handling like three issues at once, talking on the radio, and working with other customers being very courtious! I was out in 6 min or less, and the place was paced, all registers open!

Yeah I have to rethink this one cashier had a mouth like a truck driver didnt seem to like his job just got a credit card from them and I think I may cancel I dont like shopping in stores where employees seem to be so disgruntled. I remember years ago shopping at the store loved loved it not so much now and whatever you do dont ask questions youre not going to like the way your answered

Cheap items, and you find out why 30 days later, every single item I bought there except 2 benches all broke after 30 days, couch, 4 chairs, fans, space heaters, and tools all broke. I used to go there weekly for years..now I wont buy anything there anymore due to quality issues, but the building and employees are great!

Typical Big Lots. Needed help identifying a bed frame. The employee was too busy talking to another customer about taking another job. I guessed and the only way I knew I was right was at checkout and the price matched the sign. It was a bed frame and the boxes were intermingled. One register open, line 6 people deep. But the cashier could chat with another employee. Sure, prices are reasonable, but dont expect a good customer service experience. Wear your patience cap.

Shopped online for couch.*It said free delivery outside of front door due to COVID-19.Drove up to store to see & purchase brown couch- full price. After paying for it was informed I had to hire moving company to come get it & deliver it bc I paid in the store????$85 for movers + $20 tip to deliver.Big Lots sent the wrong BLUE couch! Didn’t see it until inside small doorways x 2, sprayed covering to disinfect, unwrapped & assembled! Now it’s late & I’m covered in bruises from flipping this all Around inside AND ITS BLUE! Went immediately to store in rain storm & was told the blue one should only have been in a bigger store somewhere else & they don’t have a new brown one wrapped- but they’re wrapping the floor model to deliver the next morning. Well that one is contaminated from being on display- I file a complaint about possible viral contamination during a pandemic.9 days later “Loyd” the manager calls to say he can’t find my couch anywhere & just got the email about it. He said they would have wrapped it & held it 3 days bc of COVID-19 before delivering it. But it’s not there he says!!! Come up this afternoon to get a refund for the delivery company I paid for.I get there, 2 guys/1 woman in back smoking on phones without masks. Right by the door is the BROWN COUCH Everyone claims is lost & it has a new receipt on it!!!!! They resold it CHEAPER with a loveseat to someone else???????????You get what you pay for!Should’ve gone to a professional furniture store.

I seen a king size matress frame on the showroom floor that I liked and wanted to buy. I asked an employee about it and I was told they were out. They said check next week on delivery day. So I went back after the delivery day and once again they did not have it. So I left for a couple days and went back and still no frame. Then I was told if I put the bedframe on layaway it would come in faster because they would see it on order and send it. So once again I was told to check back in a week. So I went back in a week and still no frame. So I sadly ended up just canceling my order and taking my money back. Not very happy because now I have a king size matress in my living room with no bed frame. 😡

This store has a surprising selection of furniture. Housewares, HBA, food, toys, pet supplies, holiday. I did not find curtains for standard sized Windows. Selection for cooking utensils is very small.

Clean and friendly staff. They had exactly what I was looking for, and more. I like their store layout and selection. Staff member was more than happy to assist me in finding acouple of items, and had great conversation skills. Extremely friendly and made it so that I would def be going back and frequently visiting this location.

Terrible service in furniture, only had some of the pieces to a bed set I wanted to purchase , 2 “ managers” claimed they couldn’t find the pieces after looking for 5 minutes , and didn’t know when the rest would come in or what was coming in. Will not buy from here again !
