Good selection in the store and service has been great. Can be a little pricy but these days getting good boat service is difficult. Would recommend to buy or get service.

Your staff is very knowledgable and friendly. The estimate for the work on my boat was clear and easy to understand. Brian in service was courteous, kept me informed as things progressed with an accurate finish time.I was a BMW Technician and Foreman for 30 years. The Mechanic who did the work on my boat was very knowledgeable, understanding and helpful.When I picked up the boat, it as clean around the repaired areas (as I keep it). (No greasy mess or spots to clean up).I have already and will continue to recommend your staff for repairs!If you want your repairs done by knowledgable staff the first time, look no further than Alpin Haus.

I took my boat to be winterized and have the oil changed. Last year I was charged $323, but this year it cost $448. That is a huge increase from one year to the next, so I called another place and asked what they charge. They quoted me $280 for the same service. You would think if you buy your boat there that you wouldnt be ripped off when you take it back to be serviced. I am very disappointed and will take my boat elsewhere for service next year.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Our hot tub had a leak in it. One of the service people came and looked at it and said it needed a new valve. They said they would order another one. This was 6 weeks ago. My husband called 4 times and went there in person 3 times to see if the new valve had been ordered. All 7 times he talked to someone at Alpin Haus they said we’ll look into it. They took his name and number and never once made a return call. That is just bad business and a lack of common courtesy. It is sad to see how far this establishment has fallen.

We previously bought 2 jet skis in 2017, and now we are buying a 2021 chaparral boat. The staff has always been so helpful but not overbearing. Thank you Mike, Mark and Ron.

Edit: The staff really do care that they are providing quality products at competitive prices. I had been looking for a new boat for a few years. Each time I came close to buying one, I had a bad experience with someone at the dealership and changed my mind. Finally I tried Alpin Haus. Both my husband and I met Josh and were very impressed. He was knowledgeable about the boats but friendly and courteous to us. We made several calls and trips before making the purchase and each time we had a positive experience. Also, we decided to have a canvass enclosure added so we were introduced to Dennis. He patiently designed just what we wanted, then proceeded to create it for us. Amazing. I can’t say enough about all of the employees at Alpin Haus. They make boat buying painless!

The no dicker sticker makes it easier to work with. I only wish after spending 30k on a pontoon they would at least offer some type of discount on accessories. I did get a 300.00 gift card from Bass Pro shops as part of the deal, but that is from the manufacturer not the dealer. Other than that all went well. Everyone was friendly and Rick, the guy who went over my boat was a great guy and very helpful. Did not feel rushed and was attentive.

We were in the middle of working a deal to buy a Sea Doo, dealer knew we were ready to put a deposit down and told us they were sending a bill of sale over for us to review...only to get a call back an hour later to tell us they sold it to someone else in the meantime. Great way to do business.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. Their service department is an absolute joke as well. Never have I been more disgusted by the way Ive been treated when purchasing something. Do yourself a favor and find the next closest dealer for the product you are looking for and save yourself the headache. Im astonished that they are still in business considering how they treat their customers. If I could have given them less than one star I absolutely would.

If I could give None I would for this store and RV store. Screwed us twice! Last year at RV store they sold us a camper with water damage and didn’t reveal it to us. They NOW sold us a golf cart at the Rt 30 store sight unseen (it was getting new batteries and “in storage”) was in good shape. AFTER signing finance papers, we are now told it belongs to ANOTHER store!! And we can’t have it!! If you buy from here you’re nuts. This is so illegal

Adam in sales went over above to help me out. Technical staff responded quickly to a small issue with our new boat. Good experience all around.

SCAMMERS! Absolutely astonished on how they botched a $28k sale of a pontoon boat. I put a deposit of $1k on a sun tracker with Alpin Haus. They told me they had the one I want in stock because I didnt want to order one and wait. I dont hear from them for 2 days. I call them and talk to the finance lady. She tells me I was approved but your boat is a pre-order. Im like what? She is like Ill have the sales rep call you hes at a boat show in queensbury.I decided to drive up to the Queensbury boat show to see whats going on. When I get there I see the boat I was told was available being displayed for sale. I ask a different sales rep if this boat was available for purchase, not a pre-order, but if this boat on display can be purchased to drive away with after the show. She says yes, not knowing who I was. Im like thats strange because I put a deposit on this boat the other day. She was like oh let me get James that delt with you.James tells me that the manager changed my application & deposit as a pre-order because they had the boat at the show. He said if the boat doesnt sell at the show it will be my boat.. WHAT??? That doesnt make any sense. Your telling me that someone can come and buy this boat at the show even though I just put a deposit and have a application in already?? I told them to give me my refund. I ended up going to Andersons boat that had a booth at thet same show. I ended up getting a StarCraft Pontoon boat for $29k. I was so fed up with Alpin Haus that the extra few thousand I spent on the StarCraft was way worth it!!!! Im still in shock in how they tried to sell the boat I put a deposit on and changed it as pre-order without my knowledge. WOW!
