Outstanding service! We called to make sure that there would be someone there for when we dropped off the trailer. Not only were they open until 7PM but we were met at the door as we walked in. Kryslyn gave us friendly service and she went out of her way to assist us. We will use their services again. Thank you

Friendly employees. Put us in a real bind by not making our unit accessible after hours when we had rented a trailer from them too and they knew we were unloading that night. Customer service did an excellent job making things right. (Didn’t charge us to have the trailer overnight, upgraded our access, etc.). Recommended to get everything moving related done in one place!

Ordered a storage locker and began the process of filling it as I was moving into a new place. They took my card information and we set up an autopay. A week after renting the space I showed up with a load, only to find a lock and a red tag on my locker saying I hadnt paid rent. No phone call. No text. No email ... nothing. And now, come to find out, they assigned me one locker and listed another locker in their system ... and then proceeded to lock me out of both. The storage space is nice and clean, but their customer service is pathetic. Good thing I wasnt desperate to retrieve something important.

Horrible customer service ! Will never rent a unit again

I reserved a unit, and when I went to check into it, their code system wasn’t working and they couldn’t figure out, so I had to go back the next day after waiting for 2 hours. Then they assigned me the wrong storage unit and had to fix it. Then they said I was all good to go with the storage unit, but the unit was locked, and they didn’t give any instruction on how to get in.

Hailie and the team is the best. I have had 2 interactions with this store. They are friendly, efficient and offered insurance. You defiantly want to use this store for your next move!!

We rented a trailer from them to go from Ammon to Rexburg and was told we could drop it off at at the Rexburg location with no extra cost. We ended up having extra charges added and was told that they needed it back at the Ammon location. It took close to three hours for the rental and they had to swap trailers two times since the lights werent working so they had to cancel the order and put in a whole new one. The assistant manager that was there was making fun of the employee that was helping us which made the situation worse and made the employee keep messing up. We got everything squared away and the motorcycle we were towing back barely fit in the trailer since they had nothing bigger unless we went down to Pocatello. I had called them before we went and asked them what sizes of trailers they had and if they had everything working in them and they told me they had what were were looking for. This whole situation made it so I will rent from uhaul again.

They missed spelled my last name had a hard time doing after hour drop went in at 7 (when then open) to pick up my deposit and they dmwas not open hung out for 20 minutes with still no door opening. Used the other locations NOT this one people
