This particular location has a bit of work to do. The staff is definitely friendly and they do try hard. Drinks are usually made right but sometimes not. The biggest issue is wait times and lack of training for some staff. Sometimes I order a drink from the menu(like the shaken espresso for example) and theyre asking ME how to make it. Another time I did a mobile order and still waited 10 mins at the window for it because they couldnt find it. So overall I think they do try hard but theyve got some bugs to work out to make it more of a seamless process and faster times.

We ordered 3 drinks with 2 of them being some of their simplest drinks, 2 nitro cold brews with sweet cream. I watched Anna overflow both drinks for a long while messing up the ratios by a lot. She remakes them putting 2x as much cream in one cup than the other. She then hands us both without wiping them off and coffee is all over both. I think Anna needs a job she enjoys.

Must be a pretty busy one as they where out of a few things. They have 🏳️‍🌈 and transgenered flags. Pretty neat place.

Was great when it first opened, now its a 20 minute wait every single time just to get a coffee.

The newest Starbucks in town on Sunnyside is great! The staff makes you feel appreciated every time. Of course they have lots of non coffee drinks and treats as well. I love the fact that I can get an almond croissant with my points. My favorite treat. I also love the hot cider in the fall.

Staff is always friendly. They get the orders ready really quite quickly even when they are busy and they get the order right, at least so far, so I give them credit!

I CANNOT SAY THANK YOU ENOUGH TO THIS STARBUCKS LOCATION!I had a tough day at work today , and decided to get a strawberry frappucino as a treat after work. I had a huge brain fart when I got to the payment window. The gal at the register was SO sweet. I cannot thank her enough. I cried a little bit I was leaving because she truly brightened my day. This was my first visit to this location & 100% will come back to this location every time. THANK YOU AGAIN!! My only regret was I didn’t get her name to thank her in person.

My Starbucks family are such a ray of light during the pandemic.Always greeted with kind words, cheerfully attitudes and most often by name. Of course the BEST coffee!!! My pop, Ceda, always gets her Pupichino!!!!!

So so happy to have one on my side of town and not have to drive across town and deal with the line at the 17th street location. The inside is beautiful and you would have never known that it was a fast food restaurant before. Thank you!

Very well designed and comfortable Starbucks with with nice furniture and awesome staff. Never very busy any of the times weve been in there so far. Hopefully more people will give it a try and help keep the doors open! 👍

Since opening I have gone a few times to this location but by far my least favorite in the area I always give the barista opportunity to fix my drinks. However today I was in a hurry and they didn’t get my drink right after two tries and my bacon sandwich didn’t have bacon ? At this point I just left idk why I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt.
