My husband and I have been looking for a while for a new mattress. We have been to multiple different places and we were happy that Mattress Firm had mattresses we could get much quicker than other places. There wasn’t a huge selection and the prices weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive, but we were able to find something that we really liked. The salesman Greg was informative, but also gave us our space. Overall, happy with our shopping experience.

Ordered mattress & box springs on 6/21. Promised it was available in warehouse & would be delivered Wednesday 6/23. Ha e. Led the store 4 times & cant get any calls from the store. Still waiting & its 6/30. NOT HAPPY!!! Will not reccomend this place to anyone. At least have the decency to return calls.Finally got a call on 7/1. Was told a store emergency was the reason I didnt get a call back. Clerk was apologetic & I was able to pick up mattress & box springs. Because of Craig? I might consider shopping here again. Thanks to your great employee!

We started our mattress shopping across the street from Mattress Firm, and the customer service and attention there was mediocre at best. Jessie did not let several customers overwhelm him as he made it a point to service everyone there. Being a salesman of 45 years, i let him do his thing, eventually directing us to the bed we ended up purchasing. Since we were the last ones to leave, we had a pleasant visit and conversation. He gets a 10 from us. I will highly recommend him to all my friends.

I called ahead to make sure they had pillows in stock. When I went in I showed the gentleman the photo from their webpage and asked to purchase it. He said no problem and rang me up-I asked you have it in stock correct? He said just pay and he would get it. I paid and he said ok you have your pillow. I explained we still didn’t have it. So he went and got it. I drive two hours home and then discovered instead of the pillow I showed him the photo of he sold me the more expensive one :( I am not impressed.

Its hard to find courteous and competent sales people anymore. Greg West is one of those hard to find sales people. He was most helpful in helping me to find a bed for my Dad. He went out of his way to make my experience a joy. My husband and I came in today, 7/6, to take a look at their amazing deals for the 4th of July. I came in with the mindset of a pillow top. Greg showed us a variety of mattresses within the medium plush range as my husband likes it a bit more firm. I was dead set on the hush pillow top that came with a free adjustable frame. We were qualified for a higher limit and were sold on the sealy plush hybrid instead. Greg was greatly informative on the different mattresses, helped us get qualified, offered amazing deals and joked around with us. Even though the Sealy was more he did not just point us to the most expensive option but informed how great of a choice it would be for us sleep wise. He was more than just a salesman, he seemed actually interested in us as customers versus a sale. He gave us amazing deals on everything and helped advise on additional costs worth getting but did not push us too much. We exchanged a few typical dad jokes and walked out beyond happy. Greg is amazing at his job, is personable and not super pushy. I highly recommend the store and cannot wait for my mattress to be delivered. Also no hidden fees. A prior review mentions fees they clearly state in the paper you sign which seem really fair. 10/10 experience.

To say that our sales person was amazing doesnt do him justice. Greg was the only one in the store, yet he greeted every single person who entered the store and thanked them for coming. He ran to each one of us helping where he could. He made sure that we knew everything about what we liked and what went with it to make it better. We came in for only a mattress and left with both a mattress and an adjustable base. I didnt even know that I couldnt live without this base until Greg showed me how it would change my life. Greg was tremendously helpful and kind. We stopped in to buy a queen mattress, we found the perfect one at a really great sale price. We got such a good deal. Greg showed us an adjustable base which was amazing! It has LED lights under the bed, I am so excited about this feature, you can even choose the color of lighting. It adjusts your head and foot heights and has massage features, we decided to purchase this along with our mattess. I cannot wait to try it out. Ive purchased a mattress here before and have been very happy without purchase. These guys have the best prices and Ive checked around. I wouldnt go anywhere else. He was very nice and professional he only showed me what was in my price range and even offered to throw in a free mattress pad as well. He wasnt pushy at all which is one of the thing me and I think alot of other people struggle with pushy salesmen who try to push you into get something.
