I had my windshield repaired while I waited. Tom the owner was great to work with. He spent 20 minutes on hold with All-State before the claim finally went through. The windshield was repaired faster than the phone call. Great work. I would recommend Amity Auto Glass for all your glass needs.

My window was replaced and a few days later, it didnt go up. Amity did remedy the situation so I was then very satisfied that all was good. The shattered glass clean up could have been better.

Came in for a windshield replacement that safelite attempted to fix. They did a great job. My inspection sticker was a little messed up after the sticker swap, the guy at the desk took care of it as promised. Very happy with the service. They also tinted my windows on the same truck 3 years ago and also did a great job 👍🏼

Needed a windshield replace and amity glass was recommended by a friend. Upon contacting them, they promised they were able to get me original glass. They ordered the windshield and scheduled me for an appointment. I drive all the way from Yonkers to Amityville the day of...I leave the car and a few hours later they call to tell me that they ordered the wrong part. No problem mistakes happen. They promised to get the correct windshield. They called to tell me they have the correct windshield so I rescheduled. The day before my appointment they call me to let me know that they do not have the windshield and that they are unable to get it until 3 weeks. Very disappointed in this business. They lack professionalism, they are dishonest and I will never recommend them to anyone else. They completely waisted my time.

I drove from Brooklyn. My lincoln dealer said these guys are good. Well, they are more than good they are great. Tommy (the owner) searched around and found a rear glass for my 2014 MKS and installed it the next morning. Safelite told me it would take 15 days for them to have the same rear window shipped to New York. These guys are professional, understanding and will save you money. they are a family owned business and they treat you like family.

I had my windshield replaced from damage covered under my insurance glass policy (i went to amity auto glass over my insurance recommendation of safelite). My experience at Amity auto glass was great. Everyone was VERY friendly and accommodating and the work was great. No problems and no leaks. The hardest part was waiting on my insurance company to get back to me since I wanted to go to a local well respected business vs a chain store.

The person on the phone was nice and polite which made me feel comfortable in my choice. They came to my job installed the glass, I paid them and went back to work. It wasnt until after work I saw glass left in between the chair and door some sitting on top of the seatbelt. Im pretty sure they knew I have a child since the carseat was left in the car behind the broken window. The next issue was they didnt tighten the nuts on my wiper arms found out about it during a downpour at 3 a.m. driving my son to the sitter.

Weve used Amity Auto Glass once before. This time was for a vehicle with driver assistance tech that utilizes a camera mounted to the windshield. Insurance only approved aftermarket glass, which was installed and we were advised to have our dealership re-calibrate the camera.Dealer could not re-calibrate, blamed it on the aftermarket windshield. Amity dealt with insurance to have them cover an OEM windshield, which they installed. Our dealer was being a pain about getting the car back to get the windshield done.Amity installs the new window. Back to the dealer. They still cant re-calibrate. Now they blame it on a broken camera. Long story short, Amity indicated they could re-calibrate it, dealership was first demanding $1800 payment to release car, which kept going up. They had the car for nearly two weeks and couldnt re-calibrate.In the end, argued with the dealer to get the car back and brought it to Amity - they re-calibrated the car in less than one day without any issues or need to replace anything!!!!Big A+ to Amity Auto Glass.Tom is a great guy would definitely recommend them!

I called them on a recommendation from a colleague when Safelite made a mistake with my appointment and couldnt get me in for another week. I needed to have my windshield fixed that next day before I drove 5 hours with it the following day. This was a Thursday at 4pm. They had me bring the car in Friday morning and by 10am it was fixed. No problem getting a new windshield (Safelite said it took 4 days to order). I would highly recommend them.

This place is the only place where they do EVERYTHING they can to help you resolve your issue. The main guy went over and beyond to help me with my crossfire back window and was able to get a brand new vinyl top covered by comprehensive insurance in full. He went over and beyond to help me with my broken window. I will never go anywhere else because their service is EXCEPTIONAL. I worked @Allstate for years and never knew a place that did everything to help. The car looked brand new and beautiful. IF YOU NEED A GLASS REPLACEMENT DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE AND YOU WILL SEE WHY I WENT ONCE AND WILL TAKE EVERY CAR THERE THAT NEEDS A NEW GLASS OR HAS ANY CRACKS. BEST PLACE EVER.

Incredible experience. I called on a Thursday at 5pm, and was told I could have my windshield replaced the following morning. At 8:30 am I was greeted by two employees of the company at the parking lot of my office. They were on time (got there before me), and were exceptionally professional. The windshield was replaced at my work, which was quite convenient. They were done in approximately 45 min. The clean up was excellent. There was no debris or garbage left behind. Did a great job on my 2009 Chevy Tahoe. They even took the duct tape off of my truck that I used to tape a cover till the glass came in. Great price too.

Quick and easy

Unprofessional services. Installed a windshield without putting back original parts on. For example left antenna on the roof, which would be road debris once the truck drove off. Also disconnected defrosting unit and did not install back. Stay away from this business. They promised to make amends, but to this date they haven’t called me back and won’t answer the phones.

Got a next day 10:30 appt to replace my windshield. Car was ready when I got out of work at 1:00. Very happy and price was WAY less than Safelite. Very pleasant to deal with.

Our rear windshield broke and I got an appointment through our insurance through another glass company. We called on Saturday and I was given an appointment for what I thought was the following Tues. On Tuesday, I found out the appointment was for another week out. I called Amity Auto to see if they could fix it any sooner.Not only were Amity Auto Glass covered through our auto insurance but they fixed it the very next day. Had my windshield replaced a few months ago because a rock had cracked it. My experience was great. i was in and out and def recommend and use again.

Easy in, easy out! Had a crack in windshield. They offered me a ride home. I opted to wait. They pumped up the heat on a 25° day😁. It was first 90 mins to fix. Then they moved things around and it was 60 mins. It was 45 mins with calls to insurance company in reality! Tom and staff are great! 3rd time using them.

Dishonest over the phone. I called them to have a window replaced in my car ASAP and they guaranteed that they could replace it that day. When I got to the shop, they told me that they couldnt get the glass until the next day. They didnt bother to look it up over the phone, they just told me what I wanted to hear to get me in the shop. It took the guy there 2 minutes to find out if he could get the part. I drove 40 minutes to get there thinking they could do it.
