Andrew reassured me throughout the entire process not to worry about a thing. That is exactly what happen, I did not worry about a thing. Very good service. Guys are very professional. My Grand Cherokee was brought over after I was in an accident for repairs. Andrew reached out to me the day after and we met to discuss what will take place. From the moment I met him he is very professional and knowledgeable. They handled everything. When I got my truck back it was like brand new and still drives the same. I would recommend this place and definitely will go back for detailing service (hopefully no more accidents). Village Line is my go to for any repairs. I recently got rear ended and needed some extensive work done on my brand new car - insurance was a nightmare and Andrew was beyond helpful in guiding me through it all and helping me navigate it all. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service and of course the quality of their work. My car is back to brand new and they worked really hard to get it back to me as fast as possible! Andrew and his staff are amazing, you feel confident leaving your vehicle to be fix with them they help you them dont try take advantage. Very friendly and i would recommend anyone to . And it not just collision they do oil changes, brakes, anything you can think of they can do.

Village Line Auto Body is an excellent company. I always bring my cars to them. They have done work on my Kia stinger as well as my Optima. They are quick and efficient. They ensure that my vehicle is completed and like new once they return it to me. They keep you informed all throughout the process which makes things so much easier and less stressful. Never did what they promised to do. Just got the money from the insurance complany and were done. Bumper is not properly installed. Would not recommend.

On Christmas Eve I was in my Nissan Rogue on Southern State Parkway on my way to work when traffic came to a stop. Unfortunately the car behind me didnt stop until it hit the back of my car, also pushing me into the back of the police car stopped in front of me. Nissan staff sent me to Village Line where I found all the staff to be friendly and professional. They arranged for a GEICO representstive to come view the damage and had Hertz pick me up so I would have a rental car for the duration of the repairs. My Rogue was ready by the estimated date and it looked brand new.

Came in with a dinged up donar blue bumper for my red WRX, after someone tried to fit between me and a dumpster.. gouging the corner and popping a fist size hole on top.The bumper looks flawless, absolutely spot on with the rest of the car. Very fast turn around! Pleasure to work with.

Village Line Auto Body is the best body shop in New York. I have dealt with this business for years and they have have always been beyond supportive and the work they do is far superior to any other body shop. I recently was involved in an accident last month and I now live out of the area (2 hours away from Amityville), once my insurance told me that I could have my car repaired at village line I immediately had it towed to the shop and happily made arrangements to pick up my truck. I can’t stress enough the service provided is worth every minute of my time. I picked up my truck and it looks like it came off the showroom floor.

VERY IMPRESSED!! I was confused, i didnt know where to go or how to deal with my insurance company. Andrew and Artie were very helpful. They had a rental waiting for me on site. They did all the paper work for me and handled my insurance company. I was worried if my car was going to be the same again.
