Online buying experience is bad. They won’t give you any info about a vehicle without you giving them your phone number. What a turn off. Communicating thru email is not good enough.

Excellent customer service! Check engine light came on, so I dropped my car off at Legend for the first time. Best VW I have ever used for servicing my car. Shoutout to Heather for always keeping me informed about what was going on (turned out to be a big job), offering me a loaner car when it appeared the job was going to take longer than expected, and being a friendly face in an unfamiliar setting. When it comes time to get my next VW, Ill be purchasing my vehicle from Legend VW.

This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Jose provided me with an excellent car, competitive price, pictures, and details over the phone and through email. When I arrived at the dealership, I did a test drive and put down a deposit. A day later I took the car home. No misdirection, no deception, no hidden fees. Ivy was also a pleasure to work with on financing. I would gladly buy from them again.

I had a very good service experience at Legend. Brought my Audi in with a leak in the clutch master cylinder. They were pleasant and took care of my issue. The next week, my washer fluid hose had a kink in it so I brought it back in. They drove me to my office and then came and picked me back up, once they discovered they needed to order a part.The next day we had a snowstorm. Apparently, a plow shoved a bunch of snow under my car causing the underbelly flap on my car to dislodge and jam with snow. I drove it right to Legend. They took me right away (no appt.) and didnt even charge me to fix that issue and remove all the snow. Also, my washer hose part had come in and they took care of that as well.While I wasnt thrilled to have all these issues, it didnt cost me a cent, and they could not have been nicer.

$100,000+ I paid Legend Nissan for a GTR....Then I find out when I bring the car in for an oil change.....They charge me for it....BUT THEY DO NOT CHANGE THE OIL!CHECK YOUR DIPSTICK....IF IT IS BLACK, THEY DID NOT CHANGE IT!VERY DISHONEST LEGEND!

If i could give 0 stars i would, had to file several complaints with BBB against them and even a complaint with porsche NA. the service manager is unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. told me porsche doesnt lay down like BMW when i questioned some charges on my bill. he even went as far as refusing to service my car because of my complaints. porsche of huntington is just a few miles up the road, do yourself a favor and go there, completely different experience. buy from them at your own risk!
