Whatever you do avoid this Rip-Off rental company. These people are as dishonest as can be. All the way to their corporate offices. I used a Debit card to pay a deposit and they claimed they couldnt credit my card back. Thank goodness for Bank of America, the money was back in my account the next day. But what a hassle with dealing with these people on the back end. Oh sure theyre nice and courteous during the sale but wait till time to return and settle up!! Rent at your own Risk!!!!!!!!!!

Rented a bunk bed for the summer. The guy put it up and took it down. Great price and quality service.

This place is the worst they call my phone when my payment is due I pay online they continue to call me. When I pay the other employees still call me stating I need to make a payment. They show up to my phone when I have made the payment all ready online. They call family members when they cannot reach me to inform them I owe a payment. My payments are due Saturdays for whatever reason I have not payed by Monday they come to my home its embarrassing. Not to mention the prices are ridiculous. Worst customer service ever. They are very rude and do not know how to do their jobs they constantly change my payment schedule as well. If I had the time I would put in a lawsuit for harassment !

This place will harass you when your not even late. they call my phone 4x a day leave me 3 messages. I almost lost my job because they kept on calling my job after informing them 2x to stop calling my job. They will harass you and stalk you until you pay. Their rental agreement they dont abide by I pay for 3 weeks to change my plan they still call me the week after and harass me. I had to call corporate to get my point across hopefully someone can help me. I pay every month and it seems as if my balance hasnt changed in months I feel they are lying to me about what I owe. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER RENT A CENTER EVER AGAIN!!!!

Being a good customer for over 3+ years, hasn’t been easy lol but it was worth it! At this point I’m less then a few hundred owed & in the summer I struggle. I work in a school so I’m out of work till September. My point is you get the same exact respect you give! Yes they do call but it’s there job you sign an agreement. After being proactive like always I call to tell GM about my situation being in the summer. About an hour later I get a call from the Head guy who over sees it all named Lance. This man told me to calm down & stop crying, he appreciates the fact I’ve always attempted to make arrangements or just even called in when I knew I’d be late or couldn’t pay it all these years. He then said “I’m paying off your account!!” “You own it all, no more worrying Angela”!! I can’t thank you guys in words enough, your all a team & I Thank You All! It was truly a blessing I didn’t expect! So for anyone who wants a legit review to read, read this one! The moral is, these Amityville guys, there just doing there jobs, give them a break like your all wanting when your struggling.. You get exactly what you give!! Thank you all for dealing with me lol even at my worst, you guys were the best!! Amazing outcome. Thank you Lance, O’Neil & your Amityville location team!

They promise delivery on 2 days then cancel my application n everything because my aunt said Im livin at my previous addres when I brought them my paycheck that Im currently receiving on my new address😡I dont recommend it to nobody

Great place to rent to own

They promised delivery at 4pm then denied my app because i only know the landlord and not the owners of the house Im renting from. They approve drug dealers but dont approve me i have 1000 a week income..............

They harass way to much!! Call even on the due date??!! Let me breathe!!

I have never bought in rent center but I would like to buy for they tell me that a lot of money is prayed
