Very positive experience. Every step of the exam was explained in detail, and Mr. Catri went over the results of my audiogram thoroughly. I also learned a lot about hearing health and the importance of routine hearing evaluations. Would definitely recommend Catri Hearing.

They take good care of my hearing problems. I did try to get one hearing aid repaired and it was not good. Went back 3 times but I wasted my money. They would not send it back and kept telling me how old my hearing aid is. I feel cheated and will never go back. The hearing aid they had repaired for $359.00 only lasted 3 weeks.So they only take care of you when the hearing aid is new.
