So I will start by saying that the people who work there are incompetent and have zero knowledge about customer care, theyre literally 20 year old kids who have no idea how to treat people. This account has been with Verizon for over 20 years, my grandfather retired from Verizon and I just got a galaxy s9 plus that fell from less than 2 feet with a case on and broke the screen, I went in upset, the glass is enough to scratch your finger and I asked for something for help and they were saying unless I had insurance really unfortunate but nope unless I coughed up 300 for repairs, and the Samsung rep wouldnt give his name and wouldnt even have talked to me until I told him to stop grinning, yes he was smiling at my misfortune. And after speaking with Samsung guess what, its being fixed for free and then they said the rep could have easily done this for me in store. Rude, and fairly stupid people, would avoid at all cost
