Sent a part in for repair and it came back worse. Regret ever recommending them to customers I sold lights to when I worked in a LFS.

Buyers beware. Warranty program is comparable to a Somalian pirate negotiation.

Ramo Csurer is dishonest. He asked me to do a job for his client prior to then moving in. He did not pay me for the job. The homeowners and him were happy with the job. He said he would pay me but kept on avoiding me. I also heard from another contractor that was working on the house that he does not pay how contractors. Beware this company if you dont want liens attached to your home after you buy it.

Very horrible customer service!!! Every light Ive bought(aquaillumination) has had issues since day one and it is an absolute miserable time talking to customer service. I was told to just put lights from my other tank on to the tank that had issues to fix the problem!! I will never purchase their products again!!!!
