I grew up with Cookies Etc. at Southbridge and they are the best! I recently sent two dozen to a friend in Illinois who is recovering from surgery. They were a huge hit with her and her family. I would have loved the option to ship a big custom cookie but I get that’s more difficult. Thanks for helping brighten her day!

This used to be my favorite place but for a couple years they grossly undercooked the cookies where they were still very dough like. But they have gotten really good again. The monster cookies are bomb. The cute older woman who last waited on me was very sweet and was wearing a face shield and while they kind of scare me look wise I appreciated it during this time while she was working with food. She had gloves on too if I remember right. However I am disappointed they no longer have the fountain pops the mountain dew tasted so good from here! Hit the spot. My other qualm is that its kind of pricy. The ice cream is nearly three dollars for one scoop. I could go across to wal mart and buy a whole carton of great value for that price. Im kind of a grandma I guess, lol. But the cookies are phenomenal. You wont be disappointed. Especially with the monster cookies hint hint! Sorry Im a nerd. Try this place.

I give 4 out of 5 stars, because the cookies are great, all of them. They are a little pricey, but its worth it. I wish they had better discounts for larger orders.

I had ordered a dozen cookies a week ahead of time, wanting them delivered on Tue, Aug 11. The 100+ miles per hour wind and rain storm had gone through the day before, and I assumed the delivery would wait until another day. I was shocked when my assistant texted to say the cookies had arrived on the 11th, and what a welcome surprise they were for her--on a day when she really needed something nice to happen!I am SO impressed with Cookies, Etc. in Ames, given what I know the storm damage was to the area, yet they got them delivered on time.Thank you so much for all that you do--I hope youre all safe and your families and homes are okay.Cherie, Northridge Village

Asked for a Mocha, they gave me a Black Coffee. I told the girl there to change it, she said it is from the machine and she can not do anything.i had used the place before, but would probably never go there again.

Sent my best friend a big cookie for her birthday. She got it on time, said it was delicious, and it looked great! The customer service when I called to confirm the order was phenomenal, and I was even told it was her moms special recipe which made me happy to hear. Highly recommend trying this establishment!

My daughters and I had to drive from twin cities to Kansas city this past weekend. Somehow we wound up here after wanting Jimmy Johns. I bought 3 chocolate chip cookies (1 for each of us), and all three of us commented about how these were the absolute best choc. chip cookies we ever ate. I just checked their website and am happy to see that they ship!Give yourself a treat and try them. You will NOT be disappointed.

My daughter and I love to stop at the Clear Lake store for cookies. I think their monster cookies are the best but my daughter loves the chocolate chip. When we are in Ames, we have to stop and sample their cookies as well. They are the best cookies and always fresh.
