They never answer the phone...the wait time is through the roof. If youre short staffed please hire some help. Its really ridiculous for them to never answer the phones!

I have been dealing with CVS for about 27 years an i have never been so tired of a company than i am with them.It take them 2week to feel a pres. an they tell me the same BS each time for last 3 weeks NEW YEAR NEW DRUG STORE.

My meds was filled without delay. Outstanding

Poor customer service. Didnt even acknowledge my presence for 10 minutes them despite walking by me 3 times. Then told me theyd be with me in a few. Then waited again for awhile until I decided to go elsewhere. This is the usual there.

Been in drive through 15 minutes. Stand in store 10 minutes. Now back in drive through sitting and waiting.

Staff is fairly nice but do not expect to get your prescriptions when they say they will be ready. I have used this location for almost a year now and get medications monthly and have yet to have had a good experience getting anything filled on time. Also nearly impossible to get someome to answer the phone and when they do youll get told a time it will be ready yet when you go to pick up at the time they told you it probably wont be ready. I suggest if its a serious medication you need to receive in a timley manner dont come here.

Lines in pharmacy too long. Staff too slow and not enough staff. The pharmacy is unorganized and messy. Staff in pharmacy are not polite and need Customer Service training.

They always have something good to offer you.

My prescription was called in over an hour ago and still is not ready. If I needed my meds to keep me alive I would be dead. And the prices are too high get a move on damn it
