I’ve contacted the manger, general manager, and warranty department over a month ago regarding the boat that I purchased a year ago and have not heard ANYTHING back! Our floors are warped and swells with water while we are in the water. This is not normal! We have a history of multiple issues with this company regarding faulty parts and installations within a month of us purchasing the boat. I would take the boat in person like I use to do but our location in SC shut down ( I wonder why). We have been so patient and it’s unfortunate that this company takes advantage of that.

Integrity: The quality of being honest and having strong moral values.My wife and I drove 7 hours after both Justin and Daniel assured me the RV we were interested in was in excellent condition with no damage or repairs. I asked very specific questions about the condition. Both lied. Once we arrived, it only took me 3 minutes to point out the roof was rotten with a hole from a leak and part of the roof had a 2’ long strip of tape covering another ripped roof area and the finish was faded with sun damage.These guys give salesman a bad name. Very deceiving and dishonest.If your interested in a boat of RV save yourself the trouble and keep looking for a reputable dealer. They even flood every city listed on Craigslist with their ads. Cant even look at local ads without every ad being from this dealer.Honest hard working guy here just passing on my experience with these clowns, hopefully saving you the same experience.

I normally never leave reviews but I had the worst experience purchasing a RV from here. From the terrible service to the RV itself it was sub par. The RV didn’t even come with the started kit. I get home and find out that so many things aren’t even working.

Ever sense I had my key largo 16 it takes gas vary slow cant hardly get it in if I dont blow out the vent ,piss pore set up it seems im not the only one having this problem

I purchased a 2001 Stingray 240cs and the ad said like new condition. Asked if the boat was sea worthy and had service to which they gave me the service sheet, but how do you miss a leak the size this boat had along with a blown gimbal bearing if you inspected and serviced the vessel. Ha, yea like new taking on water in the bilge with a blown gimbal bearing not to mention the new trailer i purchased fell apart wench, and side runner. Awaiting a call back!

Horrible! Started calling when they opened and was told to go online and fill out an application. Filled out an application and was told it would be 2-4 business days till we hear something back..... I call the 1800 number to speed the process up and was told they were sending it to the store. Called up there to see if they could go ahead and tell me something so we know if we need to head that way and asked if it would be better if we came up there. They told us it would be better to drive up there. We live an hour away. Drive all the way up there for them to be too busy so we went to lunch and was told they would have it going when we get back. Got lunch came back and filled out another application and was told “well the manager isn’t here to run it so you can either wait till he gets back or I’ll call you soon as he does. He never stays gone long he should be coming back in soon”. We leave after driving an hour up there and waited 1 And a half and no call. I call them to see what the hold up was and was told they were too busy to run it right now that it will be later. I’ve been calling since 930am and it’s now 4pm. Also told me they didn’t know if i would hear from them before 5. We will be taking our business some where else. They apparently don’t need the business.

2010 Starcraft 1900 pontoon Jan 2020 told boat was water tested ran good . Idid not put boat in the water warm to change oil on warm up no oil pressure.was told to return for repair by Scott.Has had boat over 5weeks.did not return calls was told to take boat theycould not fix it. Don’t do business with these people

Huge shout out to Daniel. We have been discussing a new RV for myself as I have recently sold mine. He is working hard to find me the camper best fitting for me. I had a terrible experience working with factory direct marine. The boat I bought was constructed very poorly. There were air pockets under the gel coat. you could poke a hole in the boat with your finger. Factory direct marine said this is a cosmetic issue, not covered by warranty Please look up this companys complaints with the better business bureau. They are the factory as well as the dealer so if there is an issue the dealer sides with the factory since they are the same. Warranty not honored very poor quality boats. Look nice not built to last.

These are not factor direct RVs, they are used RVs. The name misrepresented the business type. Im ok with used RVs, but I was expecting, new factory direct RVs.

I love my boat, 325 Lexington pontoon. I have never had a problem getting anything I need fixed and the service at the factory is awesome!

Nice people, but seemed inexperienced and when I called they were supposably prepping my trailer, but when I received my trailer it was dirty.

I just wish I could get someone from this place to call me back. I have called like 8 times in the past few weeks and just get excuses and told that someone will call me right back but that never happens. Also, none of them I have spoke with dont seem to know what their talking about.

Worst group of people I have ever delt with. Service is nonexistent, had my boat 4 months fixing minor issues and I bought it brand new. The director of operations wouldnt even come meet my wife after an 8 hour drive to get the boat only to find out nothing was fixed other than a latch and simple radio mount. The quality of boats suck. The use the cheapest cheap parts available. Do not buy a boat from these people. Stick with a big name brand with a warranty!! This boat will be sold asap!
