They have very nice furniture, but very high.

They will always get my business. Very nice and helpful. Couldnt imagine going anywhere else.

They actually had freezers that you could get delivered within 4 days. Friendly, helpful sales associates!

Jeff was nice when speaking with me about the account but Ann was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I will never do business with this store again because I’ve had too many issues. When speaking with customers please lower your attitude and remain business like at all times. The store owner was pleasant and did everything he could to make sure we started a good relationship and certain sales reps lack the communication qualities needed to maintain it. Thanks.

The lady named Debbie,the sales consultant. Wrote my contract wrong. I knew it was wrong. Called her,she insisted it wasnt. That was on a Friday. I purchased the furniture Tues. Saturday when they finally showed up with it. They brought me a wrong piece.i called her again. And all she had to say iswell! You cant exchange it! Very rudely. so come Monday,Ill tell you this! I was back at the store, and I walked out with them saying were going to fix it. Well call you .I should have known this was going to happen. She was in such a rush to get me out of there on Tuesday she didnt even speak to me when I went back in their. She denied everything. And when I originally walked in the store.she went to the back. And why do they charge so much. Everythings made of particle board.

Never gave a for sure date of delivery so waited around for three days for a phone call. then on the last day the called to confirm a time, didnt know that wasnt a for sure time, it just gives them a three hour window. extremely inconvenient

VERY RUDE MANGER! Went in to buy 2 child recliners for my kids Christmas in which the sales guy was so very helpful and went beyond to get what I wanted shipped from another store. Sold me the smaller recliner that was on the floor in which I was okay with. Being it was for Christmas I was going to put them in the shed and didnt wont them dusty so simply asked for a box to put them in. Called back that Monday and the lady said they were in went to pick them up the financial guy said the new guys tore down all the boxes and he didnt have a box for the small one. I simply said okay and he told me he would put my name on one the following day once they make some deliveries and he would call me. Next day no phone call so I called back and got the MANGER. I told him what me and the financial guy had talked about and the MANGER told me It wasnt his problem once it left the store. Indeed I told him I wasnt saying it was their problem I just simply need something to wrap or put the chair in so they wont get dusty from being in my shed for 3 weeks. I couldnt believe how rude he was being the MANGER of that store. That afternoon my husband and I went and pick the chairs up I carefully looked them over and told the financial guy what was said. The small chair which come off the floor not to mention there was 5 of the same kind of kids recliner on the floor in which I dont understand why put 5 of the same chairs on the floor and not keep at least a couple in boxes. But anywho the bigger recliner that we had trouble finding bc there wasnt ANY in the warehouse nor in any store close by came in a box and wrapped in plastic with the box never been open. If it wasnt for that one chair being the last one I wouldnt EVER deal with farmers furniture. They were rude to me last year when I bought something and rude to me this time. Being the MANGER it looks like he would know better!
