It seems like logo it on doesnt like to take care of small orders.I went in three weeks ago with a first small order of 50 T-shirts for my company. Brian promised to send a quote within the day but that never happened.The day after I showed up again asking for my quote and he replied he sent it on my email.. I never received that email.The week after he sent an email saying the color I choose in store was not available..so I picked up another color.. since then I never heard back from him.This morning I called again.. the secretary told me he was busy he would call me back in the afternoon but that didnt happened.Im a restaurant owner, I work 17 hours/day 7/7 and chasing logo it on for weeks has been extremely stressful and disappointing.If you dont have thousands of items to order you better stay away from them.

I ordered blankets for my company and even for some friends and they turned out amazing! They were custom to individual names and dates on the blanket, I even had a tricky design that they were able to work with. They were the best price, and great quality. Even better they were done fast! I love this local business and would recommend them to everyone. I have many friends that also go to Logo It On and they all have the same great experience as me!

And every time I go there I am greeted with a smile and my products are perfect. They complete my orders fast and with great work. I highly recommend them to all and sports teams.

We had the same experience as Jennifer. Called to order company shirts, left the details with a nice lady. She said the guy that can give me the bid back was busy with alpine school district, and would call me back. After a day we never heard back, so we called and were told by the same lady he would call us back again. 3 days later and after calling back 2 more times we still never got a bid. There is too much competition in the same field to put up with this. Well take our business elsewhere.

Been using Logo it On for over 7 years and I have never had one problem with any of the products they have sold me. Bryan has been warm, friendly, accommodating, and expert as he has steered me to the post popular/cool/worn corporate apparel and gifts. I have sent a ton of people his way, and always look forward to working with him on new projects for our companies.

Frustrating customer service

One star is gracious! Absolutely one of the worst experiences i have experienced. Got a quote and paid the half down he requested which was about $500. I was out of town and had to send my wife to pick up the hats. When i got back into town the invoice she paid was almost $300 more than the amount we agreed on. When i looked through the hats i ordered there was some missing. We asked the owner where they were and he said they were out of stock. So she asked if he could make the additional hats and his reply was well i can’t do that small of a order and wanted us to order more hats. (Which we had already ordered 72 hats).Still to this day we have not received our original order... will never give them our business again!

I work for American Fork Recreation Department. Ive had wonderful customer service experience using Logo It On for multiple sports including football, basketball, and ultimate frisbee. They are great to work with and always on time with their deliveries.

Weve used Logoiton for the past 4 years and they do great work. We have ordered many different hats, jackets and they always do great work on the embroidery. Youll love the showroom stocked with different brands and styles of shirts, hats, sweatshirts and jackets. Well continue working with them.

I went in with a small request of about 40-50 pieces. They assured me this was doable and they would get back to me. Well a week later I still hadnt heard back. I called and Brian said he was finishing up with another customer but would call me right back. I thought great, no problem. Here I am 3 days later never received a call and now its too late to get my order done anywhere. I wish I would have been told in the beginning that my order was too small or whatever so I could have gone elsewhere. Very disappointed.
