Lifesavers!!!!! Had a baby that wouldnt sleep, so thought Id kill two birds with one stone, get her in the car and also get myself a soda... sodalicious is right next to my house, arrived there 10 to 10pm and they told me they were already cleaned up and closed. Thankfully I made it to Fizz on time and you guys were still taking orders 10:57pm. This momma loves you and will always just come straight to you guys. 🥰🥰

First time checking this place out. Overall the experience was decent. I asked a few questions, as I have never been to a Fiiz location. I used to frequent a Sodalicious back where I used to live. Thought I’d give this place a shot! However, I felt like the person assisting us wasn’t as helpful understanding the menu/pricing. I don’t mind paying extra for a good drink or what not but I felt like the menu wasn’t very clear initially. I shrugged the total price at the window and went ahead with the purchase. I took my first sip and I felt like the flavors weren’t really there. It sucks being charged extra and then getting a sub par drink. I probably will be driving the extra distance to go elsewhere, but it was a good attempt.

Not a huge fan of these types of places but we do visit this location and they have always been great! Very friendly staff and good menu options if you don’t want the super sugary drinks. The pretzels are a nice option as well!

Really friendly service. The drinks are wonderful and flavorful and of course delicious. This is a must stop. Oh and for sure try the macaroons, simply wonderful.

Fiiz definitely has this drink industry down to a science. So many options. Good prices. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. What more could one ask for when stopping in for a sugary thirst quencher?

Staff was very friendly and fast service, but apple was the only flavor we could taste, its like they didnt even put in any other flavors.

Every single time we go here, there is something missing from our drinks. If you want Fizz, and want a drink with Cream in it (examples: berry good doctor or the raspberry sorbet) go to the Traverse location where they know how to do their jobs. This is the 5th time its happened IN A ROW. Fix something.

I used to work here and I quit after about 2 months. Almost every employee is bratty and cliquey and they gossip about other employees and roll their eyes when you ask for help or clarification. The manager is very young and would barely reply to my messages when I told her I couldnt come to work because i was sick or even when I turned in my two weeks notice. Not a word. She would randomly come in and sit on her phone for an hour. Once the owner or something came in and she jumped up and pretended like she was working. Sometimes her friends would come in and hangout which was a really big inconvenience for us employees because it was distracting and another unnecessary thing for us to clean. I would 100% not recommend this location for employment or for getting drinks.

We love Fiiz, though they have been struggling to get our orders right lately. Thats been super disappointing! We always have to triple check when were handed our drinks-larticularly if we make modifications to usual drinks.

I love the Audrey Hepburn drink and the macroons, especially the pistachio cherry! Yum fast service too!! Macroons are a bit pricey for the size!

First time here! Not at this location, but first time here - EVER. Back home we don’t have drive-thru soda shops so this is still a new idea for me and the family! New location here in American Fork. The employees were super friendly and accommodating, especially Bailey, and explained how the menu works. It’s a pretty big menu, but was happy to see that it was categorized into the actual sodas you prefer. Came here because of a BOGO coupon, so buying flavored soda was justified from my point of view. When I do drink soda (which is not a regular thing) I do Diet Coke. “Lime in the Coconut” was recommended. The taste is alright - very subtle and the flavor is not overpowering, actually lacking flavor in the lime and coconut. If I was to come back I’d request a double shot of the coconut. The lime you can taste towards the end of the soda right before swallowing. However, the second drink of choice was Sprite, and I chose “Strawberry Shortcake” which is: strawberry, vanilla, cupcake, and cream. It blew my tastebuds! Loved it at first sip!! Will def be back for Strawberry Shortcake as that flavor is a WINNER.

Don’t ever let them put four drinks in a drink carrier because their flimsy drink carrier will break and they won’t replace your drinks.

My favorite soda shop! Fiiz is the best of all the different soda shops! The flavors are just better here. I always get the berry bad doctor! Its so good!! They also carry macarons from fillings and emulsions! Must try.

Amazing had wonderful service, the frozen and hot steamers were amazing.

Fiiz is always amazinggg, by far my favorite soda place in Utah, the drive thru/entrance is a little hard to access if you aren’t coming directly from the freeway but you’ll get there :)Try the Dr. Red! Thank me later, and let them if know you have a dog!

This is our favorite place to get sodas! The names call back to some of my favorite things as well as their mixes are delicious! I really like their childrens menu as well and that they have pictures of what the drinks look like. My daughter is able to tell me exactly which drink she wants without me having to tell her the ingredients.

This is by far my favorite Fizz location! The staff is always so friendly and quick to get my drink and treats! ❤️❤️

I dont want to admit how often I go here... its not my fault... the drinks are good. Yes of course you could go to a gas station and use their flavors like some common peasant. Or you can pay people to make it for you in the comfort of your car and it tastes all the better! I do wish they had an app to track rewards points

Not enough selection for me. I just didnt find it with what I like, others may love the options.Decided to try the place again. Everyone I went with found multiple things they wanted. I found my go-to item. I cant say it is a bad place, it does exactly what it should, Im just not the ideal customer. My wife loves coming here.

First and last time I will be going here again. I understand that the lobby is closed but saw people walking in. When my wife and I entered, we were told that we couldnt enter the lobby or order there (which is totally fine). Even though there were already 15 people there ordering and being in the lobby. Was told they were there since they were friends and that it was ok for them but not us. If your gonna close your lobby, close it, very unprofessional.

Great shop. The drinks are great and the atmosphere is awesome. We love coming over with our kids and hanging out for a while. The workers are fast, helpful, and make it a fun place to visit. Will continue going by for great drinks.

I love going to Fiiz in American Fork! The establishment is always pristine, modern and has a great vibe. The staff is quick and always upbeat. Not to mention the drinks and cookies are AMAZING! Go check it out for yourself!

Fast, friendly and I love that they mark your drink with a printout of your order. (I’ve had a lot of group orders get mixed up elsewhere because they didn’t mark which was which.) They also have a lot of interesting drink combos!

I was hesitant to try a new drink place since there are already so many in Utah County... but Fiiz exceeded my expectations! They have a more unique menu than other places, which included a wide variety of drinks, cookies, slushees, and even macaroons!

OK I took me and my kids on a walk over to Fiiz I knew that their lobby was closed so I just planned on walking through the drive-through like everywhere else when we want to go on an adventure during cOVID-19 They informed me that they do not serve people not in a car and I said just to clarify there’s no other option unless I have a vehicle they said yes.... how does that make any sense the same distance from me to the cashier on foot is the same distance from somebody in their vehicle to the cashier window and if it’s a safety thing because people are on foot next other cars... welcome to the world there are people in cars everywhere along with pedestrians on foot everywhereOr have another option tell me I can call In and wait out front for them to hand deliver my order I don’t care but to offer no other option than a vehicle going through drive-through or parked in a car out front waiting for their call in order seems ridiculous maybe they’re unaware but some people don’t have cars or might also share a car and not have access to it 🤦‍♀️ also the past few times I have driven through they have messed up my order. I doubt I will ever come back even if I’m in the car 😒

I will never be going to this location ever again. I am a lover of fiiz but this location has only gotten my drink correctly twice. And even a couple of times the top of my drink was 2 inches below the rim of the cup and the reason was because I got no ice. I feel like the workers at this location are not there for the customers, I feel like they are just there for a paycheck and nothing else.

Very disappointed by today’s experience. When ordering a soda and an Italian Soda the girl working there first handed the wrong size drink to us, then gave us an Italian soda without the cream and without asking us if we wanted the whipped cream. When we politely told her there was supposed to be cream she rudely rolled her eyes and told us the cream was extra. Italian soda’s have cream, that’s their whole point. Who wants to drink plain club soda with flavoring? I’m not paying $4 something for that... the gentleman working was very apologetic but the girl was again rude when she demanded us take the lid off and quickly added the cream, not apologizing, and still not offering the whipped cream. What a waste of money this was...

Went to fiiz at 10:15 pm, right when me and my family walked in the door. The dark haired lady rolled her eyes and said we close in 5 minutes but I guess we can serve you guys. The place doesn’t even close until 11:00 pm. Also kept ignoring some of us and rolling her eyes, and was talking to her group of friends who were also being very rude to me and my family saying rude things she also told us to hurry up?! PLEASE FIRE HER! The lady who closed on 2/15/20. Worst customer service we have ever had! We even said thank you and she didn’t even say you’re welcome... 👎🏽

Yum!!! Their sodas are 👌, and I also like that they have fiiz water on their menu for something a little lighter/less sugary. Their kids menu is really fun, and honestly, it looks so good I would order from it myself... The sugar cookies are decent, and they also have really tasty macaroons that I think they get from a local bakery. Quality-wise, I feel like fiiz is a step above their competition. Ive also never had slow service there or had to wait in any long lines. Fiiz is my new favorite.

I asked the order taker who is a young man about a drink around 8 pm tonight. And I knew there was no Boba at the store. But a woman who is working with him who laughed so hard about what I am asking. I will never go to the soda shop anymore. She can make lose more customers for being rude.

Today was the second time I’ve been to this location and both times my drink was awful. No flavor whatsoever. It’s sad when you pay that much for a drink and then you end up dumping it down the sink.

Flat soda. Your name is FIIZ. Any fast food place within a mile radius has more carbonation in their soda, and they arent even marketing that. You had one job.

We love fiiz. When we lived in our old house we had one kitty corner from us and were there several times a week. When this one opened we were so excited to not have to go to Highland or Orem anymore to get our fix. Unfortunately, weve been there three times and every single time my drink taste like they sprinkled violet mints in my drink. Theyve been great about everyone elses drink, which is why I gave them 3 stars. Im bummed that we will still be driving to Highland or Orem, but at least my drink will taste right.

Wide variety of options for the pop and sweets lover. They even gave our dog a treat from the drive-thru window. Look for coupons in the mail.
